In this Chapater we prove two important results. Let L be a lattice. A congruence of L is said to be uniform, if any two congruence classes of are of the same size. The lattice L is said to be uniform, if all congruences of L are uniform. We prove that every finite distributive lattice D can be represented as the congruence lattice of a finite uniform lattice.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of degree to which a Q- fuzzy subset is a Q- fuzzy group by means of the implication operator of [0,1]. A Q-fuzzy subset A in a group G is a Q- fuzzy group if and only if its subgroup degree dg(A) = 1. Some properties of subgroup degree are investigated.

Modelling is an important part of any large scale decision making process in a system. There are large numbers of factors that affect the performance of the system.
