Early attrition: cause of concern for human resources
The BPO industry in India has become a growth engine for the economy. It has achieved staggering growth in the last 10 years of its operation, adding 5 million jobs and USD 15 billion in its revenue. 5 million jobs naturally imply that 5 million people are working in some capacity or the other for the industry. This makes the job of HR all the more demanding, and important. Human resource is responsible not just for procuring the right kind of people for the right jobs, it also makes sure that these people stay with the company, and, during their stay contribute optimally to the company’s development. Although, in a BPO, it is relatively simple to lay down the technical qualifications of the job, the channel through which people with such qualification can come to the company, and the manner in which these aspirants can be evaluated. The high attrition rate in the industry is primarily due to the restricted career options or growth opportunities for the youngsters. Fear of stagnation is a major factor that forces the employees to quit the industry. While some leave their career mid-way in pursuit of higher education, others are drawn in by the higher pay packages offered elsewhere. The new entrants into the BPO sector, who are consistently on the lookout for trained youngsters, offer higher remuneration. With the employees moving to other jobs in less than a year, the industry has to confront the gnawing problem of attrition.

Assessment spatial variability of soil penetration resistance in sugarcane ratoon fields (Case study amir kabir sugarcane agro-industry, Khuzestan, Iran)
Sugarcane is one of the most important major economic plants under cultivation in Iran. Heavy equipment and the intensive use of machinery can cause to soil compaction in sugarcane fields. In order to studying quantity of compaction in soil depth in two ages of ratoon 3rd and 6th, cone penetrometer was used for soil resistance measurements was conducted in 45 km south of Khuzestan province Amir kabir Agro-industry (31º03´N, 48º14´E) which has total area 12000 hectare which most of time 9500 hectare is under cultivation. Values were determined by using variograms maps of variable produced by kriging technique. Geostatistical software (GS+5.1, 2001; Gamma Design Software) was used to construct semivariograms and spatial structure analysis for variables fields. results showed differences were found both in soil depth and percentage of soil penetrometer resistance values ? 2 MPa and results shows differences between 61-80cm soil depth in furrows of 3rd and 6th ratoon are very obvious than 0-61cm of soil depth. In 61-80 cm of soil depth resistance in both ratoon field have increased and usage of mechanical loosening techniques subsoiling to remove soil compaction is necessary. In general combination of geostatics data with primary analysis can assist agricultural mechanization studies field and scientists through a previous identification of degraded zones within the field (e.g. block kriging) and management methods involved in slightly areas.

Energy Auditing and development of economical model for greenhouse cucumber production in Lorestsn and Markazi provinces
The purposes of this study is analyzing energy consumption and investigational the influences of energy inputs and forms on yield of greenhouse cucumber production in Lorestan and Markazi provinces. Data used in this study were obtained from 64 greenhouses randomly during one period of plant cultivation season in 2011-2012. The total energy input of 1070966.3 MJ ha-1 was required for cucumber production. The portion of fuel by 78.4 % of the total input energy was the highest energy input. The energy use efficiency, specific energy, energy productivity and net energy gain were found as 0.14, 5.67 MJ kg-1, 0.176 kg/MJ and -919867.9 MJ ha-1, respectively, that indicated inefficient use of energy. The economic model estimation revealed that the impact of, human labor, fertilizer and chemical energy inputs that significantly showed a positive effect on yield that mean increase in quality of these inputs causes yield increases significantly. The results of sensitivity analysis of the energy inputs showed that the highest the MPP value of human labour. Econometric analysis indication of the benefit–cost ratio was estimated as 1.86

Maternal parenting style and adolescent’s self-efficacy: the moderating role of mother’s age
This study aims to determine the moderating effects of mother’s age on the relationships between maternal parenting style and adolescent’s self-efficacy. Participants included 382 school-going adolescents with an average age of 14.27 years. The data was collected by using multi-stage cluster sampling. Results revealed that maternal authoritative and authoritarian mothers tend to foster high level of self-efficacy. Nontheless, no significant moderating effect was found for mother’s age. The current study underscore the need to focus on the role of parenting style and adolescents’ self-efficacy especially in Asian countries.

The analysis of stress around tunnel in shear stress domain
One of the important models in tunnel design and underground structures are determining the stresses and stress concentrations around them. The method of analysis is usually based the theory of elasticity. Therefore; it has the advantages of accuracy and uniqueness respect to the numerical models. The stress conditions in subsurface or underground domains are usually in the form of both normal and shear stresses. Those are because of the geological features such as bedding, jointing, folding and nonuniformity of petrology. Therefore; the directions of principal stresses are not parallel to the original Cartesian coordinates and they make specific angles to the x and y-axis. The analysis is two-dimensional for circular tunnel and it is applied for plane stress and plane strain conditions. The analysis can be applied for the case of supporting pressure pi. The radial and tangential deformations could also be determined at the roof and walls of tunnel.
