The potentiality of process intensifying techniques for improvement of inherent safety in chemical processing
Chemical industries are continuously faced with increasing challenges of safety requirements in plant design and operation. Consequently, more and more attention has been focused on developing greener, safer and efficient chemical processes employing process intensifying methodologies and equipment. While engineered safety devices can be added on to a plant as risk mitigation measures, safety is most reliably ensured by developing inherently safer techniques. This paper reviewed some of the process intensification approaches that could be utilized by chemical industries to improve inherent safety in plant design and operation protocols. Although the potentials of the techniques described in this review for intensification of chemical processing have already been proven in the laboratories, however their application on the industrial scale still presents a difficult challenge.

Freeman-Sheldon Syndrome: About a rare observation
Freeman-Sheldon Syndrome (FSS), also known as Distal Arthrogryposis Type 2A (DA2A), Craniocarpotarsal Dystrophy, Windmill-Vane-Hand Syndrome, or Whistler Face Syndrome, was first described by Freeman and Sheldon in 1938 [1,2]. It is a very rare syndrome of multiple congenital contractures characterized by a microstomy giving the appearance of the "whistling face", a club foot and articular contractures. FSS is the most severe form of distal arthrogryposis. We report a rare observation of a two years old child, who has a poly malformative syndrome admitted in our ENT department at the Specialty Hospital, Rabat. On examination, the child presents a facial dysmorphism with head bird facies with prominent forehead, hyperthelorism and small mouth. Otherwise, H aspect of the chin and mandibular retrognation are noted. At the endoral examination, we notice a cleft palate, dental overlap and glossoptosis. Moreover, osteo-articular examination shows hypertonicity of the limbs, especially on the fingers, and a left club foot. The geneticist's opinion is in favor of a Freeman-Sheldon syndrome. The child has benefited from a surgical closure of the cleft palate. FSS is caused by genetic abnormalities involving the "distal arthrogryposis multiplex congenita" gene, whose inheritance may be either mostly autosomal dominant or autosomal recessive. The management by health professionals of several medical disciplines must be undertaken from birth to evaluate the severity of their phenotypic presentation and minimize the risk of patient development delay.

An a new algorithm based on (general singular values decomposition) and (singular values decomposition) for image cryptography
The issue of information security is evolving on a daily basis and the Governments in the world have become e-governments. Which makes it necessary to develop ways to maintain information to protect them from hackers and and protect them from penetration. In this paper we will encrypt the image using two well known matrix analyzers, gsvd and svd, by relying on a complex cryptographic key, an image. The workflow will analyze the image matrix that we want to encrypt and matrix the key image using gsvd analysis. We also analyze the image matrix key using svd analysis. From the resulting matrices of the analyzes we form a new matrix through the process of constructing in a systematic manner and with new values considered large dispersion of the color values of the image matrix that we want to encrypt. This construct we have made will explain it by explaining the algorithm below. The resulting matrix represents the first and most important phase of encryption, a complex coding process that can never be broken. and to reduce the size of the last matrix to a quarter we fold it in a systematic way that can be reversed to retrieve the original values. What distinguishes this algorithm from the rest of the algorithms that preceded it is the readings that appear to the standards of global accuracy especially the encryption time, which did not exceed 1.9 seconds and the decoding time, which did not exceed 0.74 sec it is a very short period of unprecedented. We will make this clear through the tables below.

An experimental study on rose water production
An innovative approach incorporated to predict large quantity of rose water extraction through distillation process in a solar still under the climatic conditions of Coimbatore, India (11?.00 N, 77 ? E). The rose water extraction to utilize the process is performed to increase the large yield rate by coupling the still with the concentrating assembly. The hourly rose essence yield from the still and efficiency are recorded. In normal evaporation process of the still requires more time to evaporate the content in the still which spends 1½ hour for evaporation. But in this type of still concentrator plays a major role for evaporating the content within a short duration of time. It requires only 10 minutes for evaporation. Thus this type of still is very much support to extract the rose essence without any loss of smell. The conventional solar still loses its smell even before the evaporation process.

What about the Intra-parotid cystic lymphangioma in children?
Cystic parotid lymphangiomas are benign vascular tumors that rarely appear in adults; they are usually detected in the first two years of life. Their appearance is due to an abnormal development of the lymphatic system during embryogenesis. Herein we report on two cases of intra-parotid cystic lymphangioma that occurred in teen age. A six year girl and a young girl of 13 years age were admitted in our unit because of an indolent and renitent isolated mass occupying the right parotid region. The diagnostic of an intra-parotid cystic lymphangioma was clinically advocated on echographic and CT imaging findings and then definitely proven after histopathologic studies of the ablation fragments. A total parotidectomy was made, removing the entire tumor. The parotid localization of cystic lymphangioma makes their surgical management difficult because of the development of lymphangioma between the branches of the facial nerve. The question of the benefit / risk ratio makes the therapeutic decision more complex because the aggressiveness of the radical tumor resection encounters a benign tumoral origin. It opposes two fundamental principles, first that of being radical on the tumor which is very recurrent and on the principle of remaining functional while preserving the function of the facial nerve.

Economical and Technical Way of Ladle Pre-heating by the Use of Flameless Oxyfuel (HSD/LPG) Gas in the Steel Industry
For efficient heating with lesser fuel consumption and a quick way of heating, oxyfuel has been clearly shown to produce very low emissions of CO2 and NOX as compared to air-fuel for 15 years. Among oxyfuels, flameless oxyfuels can be even more economical and technically superior for higher production rates, excellent uniform heating and very low NOX emissions. In the present study, our casting centres have accommodated a number of reheating furnaces along with preheating stands working on flameless oxyfuel to 1 tonne capacity of smallest size ladles. Flameless oxyfuel has improved to a greater uniformity in heat distribution and decreased fuel consumption approximately by 30-65% compared to air-fuel mixture. It also falls to low NOX emission during high levels of ingress air, which is essential for economical use. In this work it lowered scaling losses, refractory wear during reheating and ladle preheating respectively by improving the steel quality to be produced during casting. It is also seen that for low calorific value (below 7-7.5 MJ/Nm3) gases such as top gas released from the furnace, use of oxyfuel combustion is an absolute requirement. With the advances in today’s technology, combining air-fuel and flameless oxyfuel can create semi-flameless combustion without replacing the air-fuel burners. The paper highlights the working of flameless oxyfuel and its application and also presents the results that have been achieved in controlling pollution and consumption.

Hotel suggestion box and it’s influence on the upgrading of hotel services
Hotel industry is a people oriented service industry which rely on the abilities, behavior and the attitudes of the employees to stay and lead the game. However customers suggestion and feedback is one of the most key factor which would ensure the sustainability of the guest flow to the hotel itself remains. This study aims to examine the differences in consumer behavior among guest of hotels in Malaysians in terms of culture dimension, demographic factors and consumer feedback towards using suggestion box after and during their stay as a guest in the hotel. The findings of the study will provide evidence for hotel management to look into the importance of suggestion box and how it could upgrade the services rendered by the hotel to its guest. Survey method will be employed in this study. Questionnaires will be distributed to two hundred quest who stayed at three different hotels which is categotrized as a “four star hotel” located in Pulau Pinang, Kedah, and Perlis during the period of November 2010 till January 2011. Respondents will be randomly selected based on the interval of every five customers that check-in to the selected hotels. EM Method of Estimation of Missing Data (Key assumptions and method for applied analysis)
Missing data are pervasive, and pose problems for many statistical procedures. We all should be using methods that treat missing data properly, rather than deleting data or using single imputation. Importantly, it is not dif?cult to implement these missing data. A relatively few absent observations on some variables can dramatically shrink the sample size. As a result, the precision of confidence intervals is harmed, statistical power weakens and the parameter estimates may be biased. In this paper we used EM method that aims to estimate Missing Values, and summarizes how to apply out EM method to estimation missing data using SPSS.
