Team Spirit Formula (12u+U2v= Vr1)
Team spirit begins with vibrant leadership, individual good inter-relationships, resulting in a cordial, cooperative relationship binding the team members together with inspiration, understanding and vision, of ‘smart’ (specific, motivating, ambitious, realistic and time-bound) goals. The team spirit prevails in the mind of each and every one solely because of the exuberant, far-sighted leadership and equally excited team members, who are all wholly bent upon achieving the goals within deadlines.

Some classes of p-valent analytic functions involving certain integral operators
In this paper we introduce some classes of p-valent analytic functions involving repeated Erdelyi-Kober fractional integral operators and investigate some of their properties specially inclusion relations for these classes. Some class preserving properties of an integral operator are also discussed.

An impact of consumer buying behavior in decision making process in purchase of electronic home appliances in Chennai (India): an empirical study
Consumer behavior is the study of individuals, groups, or organizations and the processes they use to select, secure, and dispose of products, services, experiences, or ideas to satisfy needs and the impacts that these processes have on the consumer and society. It blends elements from psychology, sociology, social anthropology and economics. It attempts to understand the decision-making process of buyers, both individually and in groups. It studies characteristics of individual consumers such as demographics and behavioral variables in an attempt to understand people's wants. It also tries to assess influences on the consumer from groups such as family, friends, reference groups, and society in general. This empirical study contributes to a vital comprehension of the impact of dissimilar factors on consumer buying behaviors. The numerous independent variables in electronic home appliances market in India are deeply analyzed. The factors that are affecting the consumer behavior in electronic home appliances markets in India have been taken as the empirical study of this research. The key findings of this study designates that, overall, the set of self determining variable are weakly associated with the self determining variable. The profound analysis institutes those social and physical factors along with marketing mix elements are sturdily associated with consumer buying behavior. The consumer decision making rules discovery is made possible through these analyses. The results shall support the manufacturers and electronic home appliances retailers in comprehending consumer behavior and enhancing the satisfaction of the consumers.

Impact of Intangibles on Bank’s Performance
Despite increasing attention paid to intangibles research since the end of the 20th century, there is a dearth of empirical evidence on the interactions among different intangible elements and their performance implications due to the lack of appropriate intangible measurements and the low level of intangible disclosure in the public domain. This paper seeks to investigate the role of intangibles in the Indian banking by studying 46 banks, seven years (2005-2011) quantitative data. The empirical results show that top management human capital (HC) has a positive impact on either customer relationships or bank financial performance, and the combination of different intangible elements tends to better explain the variation in banks’ return on assets than they do individually. They also depict a positive relationship between relational capital and banks performance. Hence it is advisable for banks to build up on their intangible assets to gain competitive advantage and distinguish themselves from competitors in a world where in the hunt for market share firms are resorting to copying tangible assets and capabilities possessed by others to beat each other.

An assessment of the prospects of property tax administration in Nigeria: a case study of Bauchi state board of internal revenue
Property tax is generally a tax imposed by municipalities upon owners of real property within their jurisdiction based on the value of such property. This form of tax is reported to be one of the most stable sources of revenue to governments however most state and local governments in Nigeria are yet to tap revenue from this form of tax. Revenue generated from this tax is used to provide basic amenities to the people. The paper examined the prospects of property tax administration in Bauchi state and the factors militating against its implementation. The data for the study was collected from the Bauchi State Board of Internal Revenue and the Bauchi State Ministry of Lands and Housing using the interview method. The study revealed that some of the property taxes were administered in Bauchi state such as stamp duty. The main problems identified that militate against the successful implementation of the taxes are lack of political will and inadequate records on properties. The study concluded that property taxation is not being fully enforced in Bauchi state and very few of the taxes are charged. It was recommended that more professionals (Estate surveyors and Valuers) should be employed in Bauchi State Board of Internal Revenue and the Ministry of Lands and Housing, and laws/edicts supporting the enforcement of the tax be introduced.

Combining abilities among Quality Protein Maize (QPM) inbred lines for yield and other agronomic traits
Quality Protein Maize (QPM) is bred for its high protein content compared to conventional varieties. To study the genetic effect of grain yield and other agronomic traits, field experiments were conducted at the Teaching and Research Farm, Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti and Saint Michael’s Catholic Grammar School Farm, Efon-Alaaye, Ekiti State during 2011 cropping season in a complete diallel analysis using eight QPM inbred lines as parents with the objective to determine SCA and GCA among some selected Quality Protein Maize varieties. The mean values were significant with respect to grain yield with an average of 3.64 tha-1 for parents, 5.58 tha-1 for hybrids and 5.25 tha-1 for reciprocals, the hybrids had significantly higher grain yield than the parents. The GCA effects were significant for plant aspect, plant height, ear height, stalk lodge, ear drooping, ear rot, ear aspect and weight of 100seeds.However, the SCA was significant for all the traits. P1 (ACR,94TZECOM5-Y), P2 (OBATANPA/TZLCOM.1), P3 (POP66-SRQPM) and P4 (POP15-SR) are good combiners with P8 (POP66-SR). The crosses between P1 (ACR,94TZECOS5-Y), P2 (OBATASNPA/TZLCOMP.1), P4 (POP15-SR) and P8 (POP66-SR) have the potentials for superior hybrids formation.

Accounting and accountability issues relating to Australian rules country football clubs in Victoria
This paper examines accounting and accountability issues relating to Australian rules country football clubs within the state of Victoria. Football clubs are part of the largely unaccountable not for profit (NFP) sector in Australia. As there has been a lack of research on country football clubs, this paper explores the myriad of financial information that is produced by both junior and senior clubs in the state of Victoria. The result of this survey has found consistency in the production of some accounting reports by club type, but also variability in regularity and usefulness.

Evaluating the comparative effectiveness of staff in-service trainings on improving the service quality (before and after the in-service trainings)
The present study has been conducted with the aim of examining the effectiveness of staff in-service trainings on improving the service quality in Islamic Azad University, Aliabad Katoul Branch. The statistical sample of this study has comprised 66 unit personnel who have been selected by simple random sampling. The method of study is applied based on the aim and survey based on the descriptive method. Data collection tools of questionnaire have been based on the closed answer with the Likert range. After data collection the distance estimation method of success ratio (p) has been used for employees in order to analyze data and the nonparametric chi-square for the managers. The statistical model of difference between two correlated ratios has been used in order to evaluate the effect of performance before and after the training course. The results indicated that the personnel have considered the In-service training positive and effective on improving and promoting the service quality at university.

Ternary semigroups in which prime ideals are maximal and primary ideals are prime and maximal
In this paper, we study the structure of cancellative quasi commutative ternary semigroups. In fact we prove that if T is a cancellative quasi commutative ternary semigroup, then (1) T is a primary ternary semigroup, (2) proper prime ideals in T are maximal, (3) semiprimary ideals in T are primary, are equivalent. We obtain a characterization for semipseudo symmetric ternary semigroups with identity in which proper prime ideals are maximal and also we characterize semipseudo symmetric semigroups without identity in which proper prime idels are maximal and globally idempotent principal ideals from a chain. Further we characterize quasi commutative ternary semigroups containing cancellable elements in which proper prime ideals are maximal. Finally we study the ternary semigroups containing, identity with either one of the following properties. (1) Every nonzero primary ideal is prime as well as maximal, (2) every nonzero primary ideal is prime, (3) every nonzero ideal is prime.
