Specialization of the Components of Project Management in the Implementation Stage of Information Technology Project Management
This study seeks to examine the standard components of project management in four knowledge areas of integration, scope, time and quality in IT management projects and with regard to infrastructures in different countries, to specialize those components for implementation in Iranian active IT corporations. Accordingly, using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique, the opinions of experts in this area were collected and a specialized conceptual model based on the mentioned standard components in association with IT management projects was developed. It was also found that, contrary to some industry projects, IT projects can be very diverse. Identification of relatively large weaknesses in the field of quality management in IT projects was the other finding of the present study. Moreover, it was found that most of the IT projects stop before being finished. Finally, the extracted conceptual model was implemented in three reputable IT corporations (the Iran (NOSA) Hardware and Software Corporation, the Hamkaran System Corporation and the Mesbah Energy Corporation, and findings were analyzed based on the Promethee II ranking model.

Strategies to Ensure Business Continuity in the Auto Maintenance Business
In the United States, many small business owners display inadequate preparedness strategies to mitigate natural disasters. The damage caused by natural disasters usually costs millions of dollars in injuries or lost lives, disruptions to operations, and property damage. Small business owners who fail to plan and prepare for disaster frequently face closure when disasters strike. The goal of this study was to explore strategies independent auto maintenance business owners use to mitigate natural disasters. Holling’s organizational resilience theory grounded this qualitative multiple case study. From the population, a purposive sample drawn, included five participants who implemented disaster mitigation strategies from Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana and participated in this study. Semistructured interviews were used to collect data, which was analyzed by triangulating the results against company strategic plans, financial data, emails, website information, and operation manuals. The implementation in the data analysis of Yin’s 5-step data analysis process yielded important themes of: employee relations and financial strength, disaster planning and response guideline, communication, and collaboration and partnership. The analysis of the analysis led to the presentation of key recommendation for business owners, notably to comprehensively understand, plan, and execute successful natural disaster mitigation strategies, to ensure business continuity and resilience. The implication for positive social change is the potential for businesses to avoid permanent business closure, create jobs, retain employees, and improve the economic standard of living for communities.

Study on influence of Women Status on contraception prevalence in EAG states
Social and physical status of a woman is always considered as very important factor for affecting the fertility. And it becomes more important when we talk about developing countries like India. Our study consists of fertility influenced by women status in EAG states of India. In consideration of that study we use the weighted data of EAG states reported in NFHS-III (2005-06). In that perspective we have approximately 54000 sampling units in which approx. 45000 females are considered as not pregnant and not in amenorrhea. For this we take women population in between age group 15-49 years. A multivariate model was fitted for living children for different socio-demographic variables taken as influencing factors. For background characters we consider 8 different variables on basis of socio- demographic status norms. There is significant association in between contraception use to the living children in light of background characters controlling. Within the range of 95 percent confidence interval the odds ratio for education and living children for those who ever used any contraception is 1.77 (1.71-1.82)and 6.65 (6.39-6.95) respectively. By which we can define a significant association between ever using contraception to education and living children based on women’s socio-demographic status. This implies that if the strength of status of women make uplift then fertility condition will be better in population

Surveying about Different Techniques that are involved in Machining Titanium Bars
Lots of research and developments have been made in accepting the behavior of engineering materials when machining at higher cutting conditions. Developments attained from research and development activities in this area have particularly enhanced the machining of difficult-to-cut titanium alloys that have traditionally exhibited low machinability due to poor thermal conductivity, high strength at elevated temperature, resistance to wear and chemical degradation, etc. These alloys are used extensively where the strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance are of the utmost significance. Even though there have been prodigious developments in the development of cutting tool materials which have significantly improved the machinability of a large number of metallic materials, including cast irons, steels and some high temperature alloys such as nickel-based alloys, no equivalent development has been made for cutting titanium alloys due primarily to their abnormal characteristics. A worthy accepting of the cutting tool materials, cutting conditions and functionality of the machined component will lead to efficient and economic machining of titanium base super alloys. This paper evaluation the main problems associated with the machining of titanium as well as tool wear, the mechanisms responsible for tool failure. Step growth in productivity, hence lower manufacturing cost, without contrary result on the surface finish and surface integrity of the machined component. It was found that the straight tungsten carbide (WC/Co) cutting utensils remain to maintain their superiority in almost all machining processes of titanium alloys, whilst CVD coated carbides and ceramics have not replaced cemented carbides due to their reactivity with titanium and their relatively low fracture toughness as well as the poor thermal conductivity of most ceramics. Cubic Nitride Boron (CBN) outfits are also normally used for machining harder alloys such as titanium and nickel alloys. The implements are expected to endure the heat and pressure developed when machining at higher cutting conditions because of their high hardness and melting point. An effort has been made to debate special machining methods, such as Rotary cutting, High pressure coolant delivery, Cryogenic cooling, Minimum Quantity Lubrication and the use of ledge tools, which have shown some success in the machining of titanium alloys.

The Bezold-Jarisch reflex: two case reports and a literature review:
The Bezold-Jarisch reflex is a cardioinhibitory reflex characterized by a triad of signs (bradycardia, hypotension, and apnea) and involved in some cases of vasovagal syncope. Its physiopathology is still largely unknown. We report two cases of young patients presenting with vasovagal syncope and whose autonomic system investigation showed a profile highly suggestive of Bezold-Jarisch reflex.

The COVID- 19 Pandemic, Preventive Approaches, Perspective
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused lots of crises, losses, and damages to the people's livelihoods. Undoubtedly, vaccination is the most essential and urgent solution but this solely may not resolve the issue in long term. Since the uneven and partial distribution of approved vaccines further complicates the issue. Besides, none of the present vaccines confer cent percent immunity. Furthermore, there are concerns about the longevity and efficacy of these vaccines as the new variants may evade current vaccines. Moreover, there is a minority of people with allergic reactions to these vaccines, and the side effects of the present vaccines in the long term are not yet known. Indeed, a multilateral approach is required to manage this pandemic. The COVID-19 is primarily a respiratory disease. The establishment of reliable procedures for regular disinfection of the respiratory system may help restrain the pandemic. In this proposal piece, a condensed description of traditional approaches to respiratory infectious illnesses is provided. These may inspire the development of preventive packages to protect people fairly against this contagious disease.
