Analysis exploiting of resource energy alternative as new energy to Support Substitute BBM
Energy represent requirement of human being base, what increasing in line with its life storey;level. Oil fuel / fossil energy represent one of the source energy having the character of do not newly ( non sources energy renewable) which during the time representing pledge to fulfill requirement of energy in all activity sector. Properties of resource of energy in Indonesia, that is Hydropower, hot earth, earth gas, coal, peat, biomassa, biogas, wind, sea energy, sun and other can be exploited as alternative energy, replacing depended to oil fuel, what limited progressively goodness sum up and its reserve. Oil fuel hold very dominant position in accomplishment requirement of energy in country. Have to realize in this time Indonesia have imported crude oil and also oil fuel to ful fill requirement. crisis of Energy which knock over world affect, world crude oil price height, having an effect on direct to activity of economics. Properties of resource energy, specially the source of new and new energy which we have, require to difikirkan to be exploited as alternative energy, replacing and lessening role of oil fuel in consumption of energi in Indonesia. On that pattern, Body Research and Development of University of wijaya Putra doing research with activity of Analysis Exploiting Of Resource of Energy Alternative Is Ready of Energy Society in Indonesia, upon which policy of management of exploiting of resource of energy existing. Renewable energy To support BBM subtitute.

Biodiversity of Moths (Lepidoptera: Heterocera) in Three Areas of Rajmahal Hills, Jharkhand, India
Moth species were collected from three different locations of Rajmahal hills in Jharkhand State of India from March 2011 to May 2013. Month-wise collection of moths was done using light trap and sweeping net. Totally 222 species of moths belonging to 18 different families were recorded. Family Erebidae contained higher number of subfamilies (11), genera (37) and species (74) and was the dominant family in the study area. Noctuidae, was the second largest family represented by 44 species. Moth population was very high during monsoon season. The diversity analysis clearly indicated that species evenness was closer to the maximum level during monsoon and winter periods. The present study clearly shows that Rajmahal hills are a suitable ecosystem for moth fauna in all seasons.

Development of adsorbent from fly ash and study their behaviour with K2Cr2O7 and methyl red solution
The present environmental concerns over fly ash disposal have sparked interest in its conversion to value added product such as adsorbent. Fly ash derived from coal residues has a potential for conversion to adsorbent. Still more remarkable is the subsequent utilization of theses adsorbent synthesized from fly ash as adsorbent for removal of dye and heavy metals in the industry. In the present study the coal based fly ash was used to synthesis adsorbent by alkali fusion, followed by hydrothermal treatment. The synthesis is carried out by thermal method with a temperature of 5500C. Based on adsorption batch studies it can be concluded that the adsorbent developed in the present study is fairly effectieve in the removal of Methyl Red and K2Cr2O7 solution.

Examination of Positive Job Feelings and Job Satisfaction among Workers in Lagos State Ministries
This article examines the influence of positive job feeling on job satisfaction among workers in Lagos State Ministries. A priori expectation is that positive job feeling has a correlation with job satisfaction among workers in Lagos State Ministries. The study sampled six ministries where a sample of four employee categories (Top Management staff, Senior Managers, Middle Lower Managers, and non-managerial employees) was made. A structured questionnaire containing 8 items drawn from the variables (dependent and independent variables) was the main instrument used to explicate data from respondents, measuring the various aspects that reflect the nature of these variables. Besides the primary source, secondary sources such as books, journals and internet materials were also used to conduct the research. The study adopted analytical models such as correlation, regression and path analyses in assessing the research question, while the chi-square was used to analyse the hypothesis. In conclusion, the article found that positive correlation exists between positive job feelings and job satisfaction among workers in Lagos state ministries, and recommended that factors of perceived fairness should be strengthened as it promotes positive job feelings which in turn motivate job satisfaction.
