Soccer Syndrome – 4: “Manual therapeutic corrections” for common innominate malalignments
The pelvic or innominate malalignment syndrome is most common in sports injuries and even in every client who presents with low back or pelvis pain and dysfunctions. In my experience, the treatments for the pelvic or innominate malalignments were best, using manual therapy techniques and focused on corrective exercises. The three manual techniques were we used to correct the pelvic malalignments are (i) trigger point release (TrP), (ii) muscle energy techniques (MET), and (iii) the Isolated and/or Core muscles strengthening exercises. The current study focused on the manual therapeutic corrections for the different common innominate malalignment presentations in soccer players.

Synthesis, Growth and Characterization of new Semi Organic Single Crystal: Urea Copper Sulphate (UCS)
Good quality of semi organic single crystals of a urea copper sulphate (UCS) was grown from solution by slow evaporation technique at room temperature. Good optical quality single crystals with dimensions 15×11×3 mm3 were obtained. The grown crystal had been confirmed by single X-Ray Diffraction Method. UV -Vis absorption, studies reveals that the grown crystal was optically transparent through the visible range. The vibrational frequencies of various functional groups in the crystals had been derived from Fourier transform infrared spectrum. Dielectric studies have been made. Dielectric studies give information about the charge transport mechanism of a material. The optical absorption studies indicate that for the sample, optical transparency window is quite wide, making it suitable for NLO applications.

MSMSEs Corporate Bankruptcy Prediction Models
In Mexico, processes for assessing credit risk of MiPyMEs (MSMSEs) requesting to have access to governmental financial support as well as commercial banks or any other kind of funding, are based on traditional methodologies which results use to lead to a substantial rejection of applicant enterprises. In this study, through an interpretative analysis with cross-cutting approach it is analyzed and determined the usefulness of methods for predicting corporate bankruptcy in MSMSEs and start-ups, regardless of their business activity. Likewise, besides highlighting and recommending the importance of their use, it is shown how such as prediction models contribute to reduce costs due to information asymmetry and financing costs by themselves and, help to prevent rejection of financing and ensure the permanence and competitiveness of enterprises.

Analysis and Optimization of Boring Process using Taguchi and Grey Relational Analysis
The optimization of computer numerical control(CNC) boring operation parameters for aluminum alloy 6063 T6 using Taguchi and Grey Relational Analysis(GRA) optimization technique. Machining industry is playing a crucial role in the present manufacturing scenario and boring is an operation which is quite highly used nowadays to enlarge and achieve greater accuracy of the internal holes. In the present work an attempt is made to select the combination of optimum cutting parameters which results in better surface finish (minimum surface roughness i.e. Ra and Rq) and Circularity (Cr). Machining with optimum cutting parameters will result in minimum machining time and enhance the productivity. Three parameters viz. cutting speed, feed and depth of cut of boring bar has been taken as control factors. The cutting trials are performed as per Taguchi L27(3^3) orthogonal method to deal with the response from multi-variables. Taguchi orthogonal array is designed with three levels of boring parameters with the help of software Minitab 16. Grey Relational Analysis is performed for finding out the optimal parameter setting for the Al alloy 6063 T6 material. Additionally, for analyzing the data, the analysis of variance (ANOVA) technique is used to find the significant factors and their individual contribution in the response function i.e. surface roughness and Circularity.

Earth Air Heat Exchanger Performance in Summer Cooling For Various Supply Air Conditions
There is a growing interest in heating and cooling systems based on renewable energy. This is the property of earth ground the below about 2.5 to 3 m, the temperature of ground remains nearly constant throughout the year. This constant temperature is called undisturbed temperature of earth. However, a good visualize the undisturbed ground temperature, for a correct interpretation of the geothermal heat exchanger. The undisturbed temperature is very important yourself, which remains higher than the outside temperature in winter and lower than the outside temperature in summer. The EAHEs are considered as an effective passive heating/cooling medium for buildings. It is basically a series of metallic, plastic or concrete pipes buried underground at a particular depth through which the fresh atmospheric air flows and gets heated in winter and supplied to the building if at sufficiently high temperature and vice versa in summer. Until now, many researchers have conducted a series of studies in the development, modelling and testing of systems of the EAHE. This paper observe on earth air heat exchanger in summer cooling for various supply air conditions in summer climate in LNCT Energy Park Raisen Road Bhopal M.P.

Utilize Trash Materials as a Source of Extreme Fashionable Designs
Cheap is definitely cheerful. Included here are several designers and artists, who have turned their backs on the high prices of high fashion to make clothing and accessories out of the most abundant and inexpensive materials. In any single culture, the definition of what constitutes an extreme fashion may be agreed upon; but extreme fashion, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. Trash items such as attachments, extensions, tapes, plastics, cartons, paper, and wire could be starting materials for innovative extraordinary details and additions in clothing design. The objective of this paper is to develop strategic thinking in designing in order to achieve viable solutions for fashion designing. Design extreme ideas for give final shape by draping in three dimensional feeling to create fashion designs usage as source to new fashion trend, as fantasy clothing, and fashion windows display stores. Create ten designs using trash materials as a source of extreme fashionable designs.

Aptitude and Intelligence are not Fixed, So, Why Aptitude and IQ Tests? A Challenge from Multiple-Intelligences and Dynamic Assessment Perspectives
That intelligence is not static rather dynamic and changeable, so that human being has a wide range of- rather than a restricted set of- capabilities all potentially developable (Gardner, 1983) and that socio-cultural agencies and mediating tools (Derry, 2013) shape and extend the expanse of existing capability to an actualized status were the main impetus to claim that aptitude is not likewise stable. Hence, the psychometrically fixed properties of aptitude test and nature of IQ came to be examined and challenged as the main aim of this study. In the quest to develop the abilities of the test takers in the light of formative assessment, aptitude test in its present form and function, as a psychometric tool routinely applied for student selection and placement, may be considered as biased, for it restricts and forestalls the potential evolution of the ability of the test takers. The argumentative results of the current study reveal that the era of exclusive speculation in the context of standardized tests at the price of the exclusion of socio-culturally-triggered pedagogical agendas and measures has expired, the former being associated with first test, then jump to the conclusion by virtue of a single numeric value and the latter underpinning the socio-culturally embedded motivational variables and alternative assessment. By theoretical implication, the predictive and consequential validity of aptitude test and IQ test are open to debate, being a possible incentive to the researchers to further explore the controversially decontextualized nature of aptitude and IQ test.

Evaluation of the Seasonal Physicochemical Changes in Manjakkudi and Pakkam lakes, TN, India
There is the necessity to preserve the water resources which gets polluted everyday due the development of urbanization. We should acquire the knowledge of nature and level of pollution for choosing the effective remediation techniques. In the present study, the water quality and nutritional characteristics in two freshwater ecosystems, Manjakkudi and Pakkam lakes were investigated simultaneously every month over a two-year period (March 2013 - February 2015). The physicochemical characterization results revealed that there is a strong correlation between the seasonal variation and the physicochemical variations. There is a monthly fluctuation in the physicochemical parameters of both the lakes which was reflected by the variation in the supply of nutrients. In conclusion, the observations of the present investigations enunciate that the seasonal variations and human activities, both plays a great role in the water quality in Manjakkudi and Pakkam lakes.
