The science of emotional intelligence
At the heart of a human being are emotions, feelings, and the behavioral manifestations that come from those inner stirrings. Emotional information plays a critical role in our working lives since the relationships we form are governed by rules of behavior – of cooperation and dominance, among others – that are triggered by our emotions. Before the 1990s, EI had been an overlooked part of human nature – recognized intuitively sometimes, but not examined according to rigorous, scientific criteria. The new scientific idea behind EI is that human beings process emotional information; they comprehend and utilize emotional information about social relationships. This idea was launched in two 1990 scientific articles by Peter Salovey and myself. Daniel Goleman’s successful popularization of those early articles on emotional intelligence, and the related work of many other scientists, led to a great deal of popular discussion of the idea. This popular notion of EI as anything but IQ has created a new management fad. Unfortunately, the faddish appeal of emotional intelligence has encouraged many people engaged in otherwise legitimate business consultation to include a wide variety of approaches and concepts under the umbrella emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is increasingly relevant to organizational development and developing people, because the EQ principles provide a new way to understand and assess people's behaviors, management styles, attitudes, interpersonal skills, and potential. Emotional Intelligence is an important consideration in human resources planning, job profiling, recruitment interviewing and selection, management development, customer relations and customer service, and more. Emotional Intelligence links strongly with concepts of love and spirituality: bringing compassion and humanity to work, and also to 'Multiple Intelligence' theory which illustrates and measures the range of capabilities people possess, and the fact that everybody has a value. The EQ concept argues that IQ, or conventional intelligence, is too narrow; that there are wider areas of Emotional Intelligence that dictate and enable how successful we are. Success requires more than IQ (Intelligence Quotient), which has tended to be the traditional measure of intelligence, ignoring essentials behavioral and character elements. We've all met people who are academically brilliant and yet are socially and inter-personally inept. And we know that despite possessing a high IQ rating, success does not automatically follow.

A Review on Mobile Transaction and Disconnection Management
Mobile computing is an innovative technology, Born as a result of remarkable advances in computer hardware and wireless communication have made mobile computing possible that tens millions of users uses a portable computer device with wireless connection. This technology introduces a term called as mobile database which increasingly uses day by day. Using mobile database technology, mobile user can read and update the database while they are disconnected from the network. In this technology, data is being moved closer to the applications in order to improve the performance and autonomy. But it is having some problems which we will discuss here. As a solution we proposed a module to handle co-ordination between Mobile Host and Server.

Treatment seeking behaviour of infertility in Uttar Pradesh: A comparison of rural and urban females
Infertility is considered as critical health problem among all societies all over the world. Infertility has many consequences for men and especially for women. Couples experience stigma, sense of loss, and diminished self-esteem in the setting of their infertility. Childless couples are stigmatized and discriminated against society. The blame for infertility is unquestioningly placed on the women. In this study an attempt has been made to estimate infertility. In this study an attempt has been made to estimate infertility from the direct questions regarding infertility and health seeking behaviour in Uttar Pradesh using the DLHS-III survey data collected in 2007-08. Here the study has been done for rural and urban regions separately. Chi-square techniques have been used to dependency of infertility on the various socio-demographic characteristics. Prevalence of lifetime infertility as well as lifetime primary infertility is higher in rural than urban areas. Treatment seeking is slightly higher among urban than rural women but there is not very big difference. Infertility is perceived as a problem across virtually all cultures and societies. The number of couples seeking treatment for infertility is increasing now-a-days due to more awareness of available services and latest and more successful techniques.

Ethical values and accounting in business organizations
The word ethics borrowed from Greek means spirit of culture. According to Oxford dictionary, it is a moral principle that governs or influences a person’s behavior. Ethics are the fundamental principle in any organization and these are the foundations for the survival and success of business concern. Many organizations develop a code of conduct for their employees; such codes are after prescriptive and set out specific guidelines for their employee’s conduct. In India, there are many scripture’s like Vedas, The Gita and The Ramayana. The ideals contained in these scriptures are universally applicable and there are no contradictions to them. Our Vedas and post Vedic concepts have a lot to contribute in management practices. In companies such as Enron, World Com, Satyam Computers and the most of late dotcoms. Now the management has taken steps to enrich the total personality of the employees, who are treated more as associates in the organization rather than mere instruments of production. This paper is an attempt to describe some of the basic principles of ethics, which are mostly concerned in managing accounting in the business world.

Geographic Routing of packet using void handling techniques in MANET’s
MANET consist of nodes that are often vulnerable to failure of delivering packets due to wireless network. All the existing Ad-hoc routing protocol are node moveable for geographic network specified. As multiple node are disjoint path from source to destination node. Due to this we have proposed an efficient mechanism which is position based opportunistic routing (POR) protocol when take advantage of the stateless property of geographic routing and broadcast in nature of wireless network. In this survey we have classified the void handling techniques which is used for the virtual destination based void handling method that helps us in providing multi hop packet delivery in robust manner is used together with position based opportunistic routing protocol(POR). This POR is stateless geographic routing and broadcast in effective way. Thus we utilize free air backup method of communications along with multi hop facility without interruption in POR. During this opportunistic of forwarding in void handling process virtual destination is obtained in the manet. This method is local route recovery method which overcomes the problem of duplication caused due to rerouting of packet when delivery of the packet fails. This might reduce rerouting of packet where not necessary thus reduce the cost. Then it necessary places a call to node which is mainly reliable node with a reliable path in multiple segment the Mobile ad hoc (manet) environments. In opportunistic routing neighbourhood location information can be exchange using one hop or multi hop where network varies.

Finding closed sequential patterns in sequence databases
Sequential pattern mining has been a focused theme in data mining. Sequential pattern mining algorithms provide better performance for short sequences but are inefficient at mining long sequences, since long sequences generate a large number of frequent subsequences. To avoid the limitations of sequential pattern mining algorithms, closed sequential pattern mining algorithms were developed. Closed sequential pattern mining produces less number of patterns and works more efficiently than sequential pattern mining. In this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm CSPgrow to find out closed sequential patterns. To improve the performance, we developed an Extension Checking pruning method. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm CSPgrow outperforms ClaSP.

A review prevention of jamming attacks in wireless network using internal threat model
In a network multiple clients sends multiple messages from multiple computers to one computer at the same time, the problem of jamming occurs at the intermediate node, So that the opponents can easily target the messages of high importance. Opponents are able to retrieve the data from the messages. This problem is overcome by using the cryptographic primitives to prevent jamming attacks. In internal threat model, RSA algorithm provides security to message transmission over the network. The schemes to prevent jamming attacks such as Strong Hiding Commitment Schemes (SHCS), Cryptographic Puzzles Hiding Schemes (CPHS), and All-Or-Nothing Transformation Hiding Schemes (AONTSHS).

Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using two seaweeds and their potential towards environment
Nano-biotechnology is recognized as offering revolutionary changes in various fields of medicine. Biologically synthesized silver nanoparticles have a wide range of applications. The biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles is an eco-friendly method in the field of nanotechnology. Seaweed extracts of Caulerpa racemosa (Forsskål) J. Agardh and Ulva lactuca Linnaeus was used as a reducing agent in the eco-friendly extracellular synthesis of silver nanoparticles from an aqueous solution of silver nitrate (AgNO3). High conversion of silver ions to silver nanoparticles was achieved with Ulva lactuca at reaction temperature of 100° and a seaweed extract concentration of 10% with a residential time of 1 h using reflux extractor when compared with the other methods. Formation of silver nanoparticles was characterized by spectrophotometry and the electron microscopic technique. The average particles size was ranging from 35 to 75 nm. Antimicrobial activities indicate the minimum inhibitory concentration of biologically synthesized nanoparticles tested against the pathogen Staphylococcus aureus (1 mg/ml). High inhibitions over the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Vibrio cholerae and Escherichia coli were witnessed against the concentrations of 1 mg/ml. Enzyme assay of the collected seaweeds performed using standard protocol to assess the potency level. Further photocatalytic degradation and seed germination test proved that synthesized nanoparticles were environmentally safe, for which the same can be used for effluent treatment process.

Water quality assessment of river ngadda, northeastern Nigeria
Water is arguably one of the most priceless gift of nature that is regarded as the life line on earth, both aquatic and terrestrial organisms depends on it. The general desire to protect fresh water fisheries has led to an expansion of research into their water quality requirements, in terms of their physicochemical parameters such pH, temperature, dissolve oxygen, transparency, total alkalinity, total hardness, electrical conductivity, total dissolved matter, e.t.c. (Ibrahim et. al., 2009). The limnochemical status of River Ngadda was investigated within a twelve month period at three different sampling stations (Monday market bridge, Lagos bridge and Gwange bridge) which has varying degree of anthropogenic activities. All data gotten were compared with World Health Organization (WHO) standards. The comparison of estimated values of different parameters with W.H.O. standards indicated that the river water is polluted with reference to most parameters studied with Monday Market Bridge being most culpable, followed by Gwange and Lagos Bridges respectively, however some parameters such as temperature, pH, and TSS still within allowable permit. There is therefore an urgent need for improved water quality management within the study area with emphasis on the Monday market area more so because of the use of this water body by some inhabitants around it for household activities like cooking, washing and even drinking for both human and livestock.
