Practical Analysis of Harmonics Effects on Transformer
Harmonic currents or voltages are generated from a non-linear load when it is connected to the mains supply. The problems caused by harmonic include overheating of cables, especially the neutral conductor, overheating and vibration in induction motors and increased losses in transformers. In this paper, the details analysis of harmonics effect on a 1KVA transformer is analyzed. A frequency oscillator source is used for generating the harmonics signal on the transformer. The total harmonic distortion, crest factor and K-factor are analyzed by using a Fluke-435 power analyzer.

Tablet manufacturing processs and defects of tablets
Tablet is defined as solid pharmaceutical dosage form containing drug substance generally with suitable diluents and prepared by either compression or molding methods. Tablets remain popular as a dosage form because of the advantages afforded, both to the manufacturer (e.g. simplicity and economy of the preparation, stability, and convenience in packing, shipping and dispensing) and the patient. Because of their composition, method of manufacture or intended use, tablets present a variety of characteristics and consequently there are several categories of tablets. Tablet formulation and design may be described as the process where by the formulator ensures that the correct amount of the drug in the right form is delivered at or over the proper time at the proper rate and in the desired location, while having its chemical integrity protected to that point. Latest concepts and regulations focus on bioavailability, bioequivalence and validation etc. impact formulation designing and manufacture.

QoS based performance analysis of EAODV protocol in Overlay Network
An overlay network is a computer network which is built on the top of another network. Overlay networks can be mainly classified into two types of networks, Peer-to-Peer networks and Content Delivery Networks (CDN). This paper complements the current research on routing in Ad hoc network by proposing a new protocol EADOV. In this paper we have measure the performance of mobile wireless network UPD-based application for various routing protocol and compare them with proposed EAODV protocol. Also QoS based performance analysis of EAODV protocol in different scenario has been done and results are compared. Network Simulator NS2 on Fedora environment is used for simulation which included two mobile nodes with four types of traffic VoIP, video, CBR and FTP for creating heavy load and to simulate the protocols.

Review of stage-frequency data analysis methods
Surveying number entering a particular stage of a stage-structured population (e.g. arthropods) using field sampling data has been subject of many studies in last 60 years. Stage-frequency data consist of count of individuals in different development stages in samples taken from a population over a period of time. Several methods are then available for deriving estimates of stage-specific survival rates and other population parameters that are of interest to the ecologists that Manly (1990) listed 23 methods. The application of some of these methods is limited by their computational difficulty and others are limited by restrictive assumption that they make. Each method has advantages and disadvantages which arise from its assumptions. The first method in this field may be offered by Richards and Waloff (1954). Richards et al (1961), Dempster (1961), and Southwood and Jepson(1962) suggested further methods and the KNM method proposed by Kiritani & Nakasuji (1967) and extended by Manly (1974). There is therefore something of a problem for the data analyst to decide what is the best for a particular set of data. The purpose of this note is presenting a review of some important and applicable methods to show differences among these. So, it is recommend that any method be used with respect to the required information and parameters.

The Impact of Practicing on Cloze Tasks in Class on Iranian Undergraduates' Foreign Language Proficiency
This study attempted to discover whether practicing on cloze tasks could improve Iranian undergraduates' foreign language proficiency. Sixty two Iranian EFL students of Azad University in Rasht served as the EG and the CG of the study and performed on a TOEFL serving as the pre-test of the study. The statistical technique of t-test formula revealed the two groups were not statistically different in terms of their foreign language proficiency at the outset of the study. The EG received thirty cloze tasks of various types during the course. In order to learn whether this treatment was effective or to see whether there was any statistically significant difference in the EFL proficiency between EG and CG after the administration of treatment, the participants were all post-tested on another TOEFL. The statistical technique of t-test formula revealed the EG, which had been equal to the CG before receiving the treatment, came to differ from it after it received the treatment; results showed that regular practice with cloze tasks was a very effective means of improving Iranian EFL proficiency. Therefore, the null hypothesis: There is no relationship between practicing on cloze tasks and improving Iranian EFL proficiency, was rejected.

Application Functional equations on quasigroups
In mathematics or its applications, a functional equation is an equation in terms of independent variables, and also unknown functions, which are to be solved for. Many properties of functions can be determined by studying the types of functional equations they satisfy. Usually the term functional equation is reserved for equations that are not in some simple sense reducible to algebraic equations, often because two or more known functions of the variables are substituted as arguments into an unknown function to be solved for. For example: The commutative and associative laws are functional equations. When the associative law is expressed in its familiar form, one lets some symbol between two variables represent a binary operation, thus: (a * b) * c = a * (b * c) But if we write f (a, b) instead of a * b, then the associative law looks more like what one conventionally thinks of as a functional equation: f (f(a, b), c) = f(a, f(b, c))We study generalized quadratic functional equations on quasigroups. These are equations s = t, where each variable appears exactly twice in s = t and each Operational symbol is assumed to be a quasigroup operation on a (fixed) set. A fundamental problem in this class of equations is to investigate their structure and classify them accordingly.

Fluency in workshops learning depands on an ethical teacher
Learning in workshop is different from learning in a classroom, because learning in a workshop usually use tools and materials. This study aims to look at how smooth learning in the workshop depends on the teacher. This study is a qualitative and quantitative analysis which documents and questionnaires to obtain information. Three main objectives namely ethics teacher, the transmission of knowledge and leadership. Respondents in this study consisted of 49 students in three secondary schools in Batu Pahat District. Questionnaires were given to the respondent contains 59 items. Cronbach Alpha reliability test derived from the pilot study is 0.832, this means that items in the questionnaire can be used in the actual study. Overall results indicate that teachers in terms of leadership, ethics and teaching can deliver Learning and Teaching (T&L) to the students properly. Based on this study also found that students' prior knowledge can also help smooth the process of T&L.

Comparative Analysis of Ann (Artificial Neural Network) To Identify Olive Ridley Sea Turtle
The present study deals with the performance and comparison between two architecture in neural networks namely perceptron neural networks and feed forward neural networks. This networks help to identify the particular species of olive ridley sea turtle. The existing algorithm in training the images faces many difficulties such as time delay in training the images and also improper learning rate in the ANN. To overcome this problems the new algorithm is developed were training is made with both perceptron and feed forward neural networks. Initially 8 images were trained and these images consisting of four main features which includes length, breadth, color and shape. These trained images are processed for performance analysis to make effective identification of olive ridley sea turtle.
