On the effect of daily average reading and sleeping hours on student’s Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)
Cumulative Grade point average (CGPA) is a commonly used indicator for academic performance among students in the Universities. Many factors could act as barriers to students in attaining and maintaining a high CGPA that reflects their overall academic performance during their stay in the University. Such factors include test anxiety, time management, test competence, academic competence, study techniques, Lecturer teaching method, peer group, health, learning environment, parental background etc. In this study, a sequential procedure is used to model a combination of daily average reading hour and daily average sleeping hour to maximize students’ CGPA. The design for this study is stratified sampling scheme with department as the ultimate sampling unit. A Sample of 200 students was randomly selected. The questionnaire for the research contained information on students’ CGPA, daily average reading hour and daily average sleeping hour. SPSS software package was used to produce summary statistics. A second order response surface model (SORSM) was constructed from the data to determine various combinations of daily average reading hour and daily average sleeping hour that will make students to be in either good academic standing or not in good academic standing. The above SORSM was subjected to a canonical analysis to characterize the nature of stationary point of the model as well as to determine the daily average reading hour (x1) and daily average sleeping hour (x2) that maximize students’ CGPA. The model gives daily average reading hour (x1) to be 4 and daily average sleeping hour (x2) to be 5. Hence, the student’s maximum CGPA would be achieved if daily average reading hour (x1) is four and daily average sleeping hour (x2) is five after normal daily lectures.

A class of exact solutions of plane steady non-Newtonian MHD flow with variable viscosity
The aim of the present paper is to find some exact solutions of steady two dimensional finitely conducting incompressible non-Newtonian fluid flow under the presence of transverse magnetic field using transformation of variables. We have considered, vorticity distribution proportional to the stream function perturbed by a quadratic stream. Moreover, the results are shown by various graphs.

Recognition of alternating group by its noncommuting graph
Abdollahi, Akbari, and Maimani put forward a conjecture named AAM's Conjecture as follows. If is a finite nonabelian simple group and is a group such that, then .In this note, we prove that if is a finite nonabelian simple group with, then ,where is the alternating group of degree 16.

Regulation of advertisements: national and international perspectives
We are exposed to countless commercial messages every day persuading us to buy brand name products, creating images for us to adopt, and convincing us that we need and want more. Because of this, it is important to carefully examine advertisements to determine exactly what they are saying. This has been realised by the regulatory and enforcement agencies that there is lack of awareness and resultantly understanding amongst the consumers; of the deceptiveness of the claims shown in the advertisements. This is the reason that most of the Indian consumers not even claim their rights and the violations on the part of the advertisers go unnoticed and unheard. So it is necessary to analyse different regulatory mechanism and their efficacy. The paper examines the Laws and Regulations relating advertisement prevailing nationally and internationally. First part of the paper discusses different authorities scrutinizing the advertisement in various countries including USA, Japan and UK. In the second part of the paper various laws and regulations controlling the malpractices by the marketers have been discussed the third and the last part of the paper concentrates upon the principles laid down in some of the landmark cases.

Phase constitution of kaolin-based refractory concrete castables containing spinel or mullite (preformed and insitu) additives
The present maniscrupt aimed to improve the castable refractory castable concretes. Thus, kaolin-based refractory castables investigated were carefully prepared. They are composed of 90 wt. % well-graded (coarse, medium, and fine) kaolin aggregate, 10 wt. % binding matrix and adequate amount of distilled water. The binder mixture was calcium aluminate cement (CAC) containing 80 % Alumina and magnesium-aluminate spinel (MA- spinel) or mullite either preformed or insitu. The castable batches were cast into cubes (25 x 25 x 25 mm), cured for 7 days under water, and followed by drying at 110ºC for 24 hrs. The samples were then subjected to firing at 1550°C for a soaking time of 1 hr. The phase composition of the prepared castable samples were investigated by using X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). Results of these investigations confirm each other.

Marketing margin of mandarin: case study of Sargodha region Pakistan
Pakistan is among the top ten countries in the world with large area under citrus orchards. Punjab province is endowed with one of the best Kinnow varieties of the world and Sargodha district has largest share in area and production. The primary data was collected from two tehsils (revenue units) of Sargodha district, namely Sargodha and Bhalwal. The Value Chain Analysis was performed to investigate the marketing inefficiency of Mandarin trade. The study concluded that by decreasing the number of the intermediaries in both form i.e. open and packed, not only the purchased price of the consumer decreased but also producer received high profit.

About unitary quantum theory and catalytic process theory
In article is considered approximately unitary quantum equation with oscillating charge for single particle. The Laws of the conservation are got after averaging on ensemble of the particles. Using of this equation allows with united position to explain many mysterious phenomenas of the catalytic processes and nature.
