Phenomenological Studies and its application in Dental Research
Research in Dentistry encompasses ingenious effort embarked upon in a methodical way to enhance the stock of information including understanding of man, culture and society, and the use of this information to devise new applications in dental well being of individual or society. Qualitative research, much like what a dentist does in an office visit, can seem intuitive and almost common sense in nature. Yet behind that research, when it is done well, lie years of training and practice, rules of evidence, guidelines for rigor, and various sub-specializations in its pursuit. Phenomenological research is a form of qualitative research which uses a person’s perception of the meaning of an event. By looking at multiple perspectives of the same situation of a community, a researcher can make generalizations of the experience. This is a method of research rarely used in the Dental investigative stream. Hence this review was conducted to evaluate the probability and prospect of Phenomenological studies in Dental research.

Performance Evaluation of OFDM System with Rayleigh, Rician and AWGN Channels
A Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) scheme offers high spectral efficiency and better resistance to fading environments. In OFDM the data is modulated using multiple number of sub-carriers that are orthogonal to each other because of which the problems associated with other modulation schemes such as Inter Symbol Interference (ISI) and Inter Carrier Interference (ICI) are reduced. This paper deals with the analysis of OFDM System utilising different modulation techniques (QAM and BPSK) over Rayleigh, Rician and Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) fading environments with the use of pilot aided arrangement and finally the results are conveyed.

Performance Evaluation of Flexible Pavement on National Highway-18 in Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh
An efficient and adequate transportation system is one of the key indicators of a nation’s prosperity, its developmental status and overall economic growth. The roads pass through areas with extreme climatic conditions from heavy rainfall to desert conditions; diverse terrains from plains to extremely high mountains, plateaus and varying soil grades, rocky and gravelly to marshy land. Over the past four decades, the share of total rail and road traffic carrying passengers and goods is gradually increasing because of fast and ever-increasing industrial, commercial, and other socioeconomic development activities, the road transport vehicle population, especially the vehicles carrying goods, has also increased phenomenally during this period. Because of economies in road transportation, overloading by truck operators is common. The majority of the arterial road system experiences overloading, as much as 18 to 20-tonne axle loads versus the permissible legal limit of 10.2 tonnes. The existing road network has shown signs of premature distress because of the unexpected demands of growing traffic volume and heavier axle loads. The network has fallen short of its structural capacity and hence it is greatly overstrained. The majority of allocated funds are utilized for providing maintenance and rehabilitation measures to the existing network rather than for new construction. With this background, in the present study, a road section is identified in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh to carry out the pavement performance study on distresses. For the selected stretch, data was collected on rutting, ravelling, potholes, edge failures, traffic, etc. The detailed analysis was performed using NCSS statistical tool and to develop a pavement performance model for the selected stretch.

Performance analysis and enhancement of TCP using Normalised Delay Gradient (NDG) in wireless networks
In this paper, we consider a new method to improve the performance of TCP over wireless networks. The method employs NDG loss-predictor function to determine congestion losses from that of transmission loss. The sender window can adjust its size depending on the loss information. If the loss is due to congestion congestion control algorithm is invoked to decrease the flow rate. If the loss is due to wireless transmission, immediate-recovery algorithm is invoked to recover the losses caused by the sender TCP. To minimise the packet losses due to congestion, we use stability analysis over the system by applying a time-delay control theory. By constructing Hermit matrix, system analysis is made for asymptotic stability. Explicit conditions are derived for Pmax (RED controller) and ? (fNDG parameter) in terms of wireless network parameters. Using the characteristic equation of the Hermite matrix, convergence analysis of the instantaneous queue length at the bottleneck router is made. Convergence of the queue length to a given target value is analysed. This minimise the oscillatory behaviour of the RED router. An approximate solution of queue length is also derived. Our results provide better solutions for global stability and convergence conditions of the wireless system.

Organotin applications and environmental toxicity
Organotin compounds have attracted global attention due to their extensive use for agricultural, industrial, medicinal, and domestic applications. These applications have made them enter the environment. This has caused environmental concerns due to the proven toxicological relevance of the compounds. Their toxic effects result in extensive damage to non-target organisms at ultratrace concentration levels (ppt) and accumulation in sediments and biota. This leads to the legislative restriction place on the uses of some of these compounds. Despite the legislative restriction, their environmental pollutions continue. Hence, this review which is aimed at providing an overview of the application of organotin compounds and their environmental toxicities.

Organizational performance: the role of intellectual factors
By appearing information age and the promotion of interpersonal relationships and the manifest of strategic organizational, the intellectual capital hypothesis have had a remarkable growth and became one of the popular organizational major. Intellectual capital is a comprehensive expression including utilizing organizational knowledge in all activity. The influence of intellectual capital on physical education organization’s (PEO) performance has been assessed in current paper. Intellectual capital dimensions in this study are: human capital, structural capital and relational capital. The proposed hypotheses by applying Pearson’s correlation and regression tests have been assessed and the positive and meaningful influence on intellectual capital on organizational performance was approved that relational capital with the weight of 0.619 had the most effect on organizational performance and then structural capital variable (0.545) and human capital (0.507) were placed in next places.

On the convergence and accuracy of the Adomian Decomposition and Picard iterative methods Applying to nonlinear ordinary differential equations
In this work, the Adomian decomposition (ADM) and Picards Iterative Methods were used to solve nonlinear ordinary differential equations analytically and numerically using the Trapezoidal rule approach, and the results are compared for accuracy and rate of convergence. Though a little modification by the use of contraction principle was made to the Picard Iteration Method in order to accelerate the convergence of the method it was found out that the ADM converges faster than the Picard’s method.

On connected eccentric domination in Graphs
ABSTRACT A subset D of the vertex set V(G) of a graph G is said to be a dominating set if every vertex not in D is adjacent to at least one vertex in D. A dominating set D is a connected dominating set, if < D > is a connected subgraph of G. For a Connected Graph G, a connected dominating set D is said to be a connected eccentric dominating set if for every v Î V-D, there exists at least one eccentric point of v in D. The minimum of the cardinalities of the connected eccentric dominating sets of G is called the connected eccentric domination number gced(G) of G. In this paper, bounds for g¬ced, and its exact value for some particular classes of graphs are found.

Oil price, exchange rate and DJIA: Effect to Malaysian stock market
The prolonged slump in crude oil prices and the exchange rate uncertainty can adversely impact global stock market. Malaysia also feel the pinch where in August 2015, its stock market index has plunged to its lowest level in more than three years since June 2012. Thus, this study is conducted to discover the relationship between crude oil prices and exchange rate to the Malaysia stock market index. Crude oil price, exchange rate and Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) are chosen as independent variables while Malaysia stock market index as the dependent variable is proxy by FBMKLCI. This study used monthly time series data covering 74 observations from July 2009 to August 2015. Employing correlation matrix test, our result shows that all independent variables have significant relationship with FBMKLCI. On the other hand, regression analysis indicates that only exchange rate and DJIA is significant in determining the movement of FBMKLCI while crude oil price is not significant. The finding further indicates that changes in DJIA will positively affecting FBMKLCI while changes in exchange rate have negative influence on FBMKLCI.
