Triceps sparing approach for open reduction internal fixation Analysis of 47 cases of fracture distal humerus
The purpose of the study was to analyze the functional outcome of fractures of distal humerus managed with open reduction internal fixation by reviewing 47 cases of fracture distal humerus surgically managed with triceps sparing approach during December 2012 to September 2016. The medical reports and radiographs of 26 males and 21 females patients with a mean age of 34.87±14.11 years and a mean follow up time of 10.2months (range 3-18 months) were retrospectively and prospectively reviewed. Flexion , extension, range of motion , Mayo Elbow Performance Score (MEPS) , Disability of Shoulder Arm and Hand score (DASH SCORE), duration of surgery and blood loss were used to assess the functional outcome of fracture distal end humerus treated with ORIF through the triceps sparing approach. according to AO foundation (AO) Classification there were 2 cases of type A , 2 cases of type B , 17 cases of type C1 , 20 cases of type C2 and 6 cases of type C3 fractures. Out of 47 patients, 24(51%), 16(34%) , 7(15%) obtained excellent , good , fair MEP score respectively. No patient fell under poor category of MEP score.

Soccer Syndrome – 4: “Manual therapeutic corrections” for common innominate malalignments
The pelvic or innominate malalignment syndrome is most common in sports injuries and even in every client who presents with low back or pelvis pain and dysfunctions. In my experience, the treatments for the pelvic or innominate malalignments were best, using manual therapy techniques and focused on corrective exercises. The three manual techniques were we used to correct the pelvic malalignments are (i) trigger point release (TrP), (ii) muscle energy techniques (MET), and (iii) the Isolated and/or Core muscles strengthening exercises. The current study focused on the manual therapeutic corrections for the different common innominate malalignment presentations in soccer players.

Dorsal lunate fracture-dislocations of the carpus (About 14 cases)
Our work is a retrospective study of 14 cases of dorsal lunate fracture-dislocations of the carpus, listed in the service of traumatology and orthopedics of the Ibn Sina Hospital between 2010 and 2014. The back lunar dislocation of the carpus , the most common intra-carpal dislocations, interest in most cases of adult male youth, and whose injury was caused in half the time by accident from the public highway. The diagnosis is only radiological because the clinic can not be evocative.Surgical treatment was recommended at the outset in all cases. The dorsal approach was performed in 10 cases, and the volvar approach was used earlier in one case. Patients were reviewed at a mean of 30 months for clinical evaluation of functional results according to the score of Allieu and Witvoet. The results were satisfactory in all cases reviewed, and only three were lost to view. In conclusion and in light of a literature review, we believe that surgery alone provides a satisfactory reduction and repairs bone and ligament injuries, the only guarantee of a favorable outcome to avoid the long term most serious complication: osteoarthritis of the wrist.

Hemangioma of the ulna simulating an osteoid osteoma
The bone hemangioma is arare intraosseous benign vascular tumor. It primarily affects the vertebrae and skull;the lesion of the ulna is very rare. We report a rare case of hemangioma of the ulna initially diagnosed as osteoid osteoma. The aim of this study is to emphasize a diagnostic trap.

Axillary aneurysm due to Behcet’s disease revealed by nerve compression
Aneurysms of the axillary artery are rare, most often they are pseudo-aneurysms of post-traumatic origin, The pathophysiology of aneurisms in Behcet’s disease remains poorly understood and rare in axillary localization. We report the case of a patient who consults for signs of nerve compression of the left upper limb due to an axillary aneurysm, the patient suffers also of Behcet's disease, the revealing mode of the aneurysm and the rarity of this complication prompted us to report this interesting observation.

Rare case of bilateral dorsal elastofibroma
The dorsal elastofibroma is a rare benign soft-tissue tumor that is slowly progressive and is present in 99% of cases in the sub-scapular region, occurring in the active elderly. The diagnosis can be established on the typical topography of the mass and its characteristic aspect in CT and MRI.The purpose of this study is to highlight the diagnostic characteristics of the elastofibroma and to evaluate the rarity and the existence of bilateral localization. This study reports the case of a 62-year-old housewife with a bilateral location of scapular dorsal elastofibroma, the largest and most symptomatic of which is the left-sided.The diagnosis of the elastofibroma is clinical above all , it is evoked before any dorsal under scapular mass sometimes painful or genat the back and the shoulder mobility.Computed tomography or MRI is the key test for diagnosing the tumor, and some authors report that the specific and evocative appearance of the elastofibroma on the imagery is largely sufficient to confirm its diagnosis, while others believe that the anatomo-pathological examination of the mass is irreplaceable not to miss a malignant or more aggressive tumor.Elastofibroma is a rare benign tumor soft tissues that deserve to be known, for a better adapted therapeutic attitude, its typical location and radiological studies characteristics should evoke the diagnostic. Surgical excision allows histological diagnosis and constitutes the treatment of these tumors.

A transfixing wound of the shoulder: An interesting case
We report the case of a 35 year old man who was assaulted by knife landing on the posterior aspect of the left shoulder causing a transfixing wound and imprisonment of a large metallic blade under the scapular region has gone unnoticed and migrated in the shoulder while sparing the axillary vessels and the left brachial plexus. careful dissection after exploration of the axillary nerve vessel bundle allowed the extraction of the knife, which measured 10 cm in length

Interest of extra articular Anterior Cruciate Ligament(ACL ) reconstruction with gracilis and semitendinosus tendons (STG)
The use of the gracilis and semitendinosus tendons (STG) is emerging as a method of choice for reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ,to restore knee stability and the results are shown. This retrospective comparative study involves two groups operated in Clinque Judge Marseille in France between January 2011 to December 20, 2012 by four senior surgeons for instability with an ACL injury: Group 1 with 30 patients undergoing extra-articular and Intra-articular ligament with STG. Group 2 with 30 patients undergoing intra-articular ACL reconstruction with STG. The mean IKDC subjective score of the last follow-up was 75.9 (± 9.1) in Group 1 and 67 (± 6.6) in the group 2. The purpose of this study was to compare the results of a series of isolated ACL reconstruction with STG to those of a series of ACL reconstruction with an external reinforcing.
