Necessary to achieve the objectives of the organization, the most valuable resources. In this context, growth, progress, prosperity, and enhance the capabilities of employees, as employee empowerment, has been of interest to scholars and experts. The influence of the factors affecting empowerment, job satisfaction and, as a case study, the staff at the Ayandeh bank , using the so-called solidarity, and through the analysis questionnaire. In this study, the model of empowerment Spreitzer, has been considered. The sample size of the study population according to the investigations, about 460 people-are, according to Cochran formula, was estimated at 210 people. To collect information from the sample, and to test the hypotheses is set to the survey, the survey, a total of 30 questions designed to the 17 questions translated questions Spritzer, and according to the Terms, the Ayandeh bank , have been implemented, as well as questions 1 to 13, separately, related to employee job satisfaction, according to Susan Linz model is used. In this study, after collecting data, regression testing, to determine the extent and degree of the relationship between two variables is used. Results indicate that, competence and job satisfaction of the staff at the Ayandeh bank , self-organizing job satisfaction, effectiveness and job satisfaction, meaningful sense of job satisfaction, and trust others with job satisfaction, respectively, significantly 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, influence, and so all hypotheses of the study were approved.

The present study investigated the relationship between Unknown emotional, interpersonal problems, in high school students' knowledge Sarpolezahab district, is at 2012-2013 years. Research method was descriptive, correlational, population of this study, all high school students Sarpolezahab district boys and girls in the age group 14-19 years, a total of 5435 people. using simple random sampling, a statistical sample of 360 students (180 girls and 180 boys) were selected by Morgan. instrument used in this study, the scale of emotional Unknown Toronto (FTAS-20), and the scale of interpersonal problems (IIP-60), has been used. methods of data collection, data analysis, the index and methods of descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics including the Pearson correlation coefficient, t the independent variable in the regression to predict criterion has been used in research. The results showed that the students have difficulty describing feelings, interpersonal problems, positive correlation is, and the difficulty in identifying feelings, and externally oriented thinking with interpersonal problems related to students there. Results of regression analysis, showed Unknown components can be emotional components of interpersonal problems (responsibility, confidence, decisiveness), penetrate the nose. Based on the present results, we can conclude that the Unknown emotional, and personal problems between students, the relationship is positive and significant.

This paper is mainly concerned with the existence of mild solutions for some partial neutral functional integrodifferential equations with state-dependent delay in Banach spaces. The results are obtained by using resolvent operators and Krasnoselski-Schaefer’s type fixed point theorem.

Iranian contemporary poet, Behzad Kermanshahi is a poet devoted himself to Persian culture and literature and has had a special devotion to ancient Khorasani style, especially the peak of the epic poem, Ferdowsi Hakim. His works - which in Khorasani style are intermingled with modern language - contains profound human themes and meanings, which has given a beautiful tone to his poems. The most important of these themes can be summarized in patriotism, oppression, political commitment, loving Ahle- al-Bayt (AS), religious commitment, human-orientation, social and emotional commitment, hope and panic. Patriotism and love for the homeland has a special place in Kermanshahi’s poems. The poet's use of long and epic themes of the Shahnameh and its strong style and lofty language structure have led to the issue that in some poems, especially when writing a poem about patriotism and love for the homeland, Ferdowsi voice echo to be heard more than other issues.

Good governance and human rights are mutually reinforcing. Human rights principles provide a set of values to guide the work of Governments and other political and social actors. They also provide a set of performance standards against which these actors can be held accountable. Moreover, human rights principles inform the content of good governance efforts: they may inform the development of legislative frameworks, policies, programmes, budgetary allocations and other measures. However, without good governance, human rights cannot be respected and protected in a sustainable manner. The implementation of human rights relies on a conducive and enabling environment. This includes appropriate legal frameworks and institutions as well as political, managerial and administrative processes responsible for responding to the rights and needs of the population. Good governance is the exercise of authority through political and institutional processes that are transparent and accountable, and encourage public participation. Whereas human right refers to the standards set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Good governance led by human rights values create avenues for the public to participate in policymaking either through formal institutions or informal consultations. They also establish mechanisms for the inclusion of multiple social groups in decision-making processes. They may encourage civil society and local communities to formulate and express their positions on issues of importance to them. In the realm of delivering State services to the public, good governance reforms further human rights when they improve the State’s capacity to fulfil its responsibility to provide public goods which are essential for the protection of a number of human rights, such as the right to education, health and food. Reform initiatives may include mechanisms of accountability and transparency, culturally sensitive policy tools to ensure that services are accessible and acceptable to all. In context of rule of law, human rights-sensitive good governance initiatives reform legislation and assist institutions ranging from penal systems to courts and parliaments to better implement that legislation. Good governance initiatives may include advocacy for legal reform, public awareness-raising on the national and international legal framework, and capacity-building or reform of institutions. Anti-corruption measures are also part of the good governance framework.

This paper proposes cost effective method of monitoring of government schools which are functioning in rural area where no internet and other advanced technologies are available. The main objective of this paper is to monitor students / employee attendance and management of schools using biometric and mobile technology. Many rural schools may not have facilities such as computers, Laptops, or internet connection at the school. But most of the employees / teachers are well versed with usage of Mobile phone now a days and it is easy to carry and maintain. Many activities are happening at the school level such as construction of school building, construction of classrooms, providing drinking water facility, providing toilet facility and other incentives schemes such as mid-day meal, textbook distribution, uniform distribution etc. In this context, to manage rural school and to get accurate and correct data instantly from rural schools to the state level, mobile technology is proposed. The system allows the user’s to monitor students/employees by capturing attendance details and civil works progress details along with its GPS location with the help of mobile phone which is equipped with an internal GPS receiver and a GPRS transmitter. A mobile phone application has been developed and deployed on an Android phone whose responsibility is to capture attendance with the help of fingerprint scanner and civil work’s GPS location. Data captured through software will be sent to remote server by creating GPRS packet. Biometric technology involves the identification and verification of individuals by analyzing the human fingerprint. Commercially available android supported biometric device is used to capture students/employee attendance details. Smartphone with 5MP and above camera is used to capture image of civil works. Once the data is uploaded to the remote server, the data will be made available in the form of reports or dashboard through web portal. Instant data sharing across different levels in the organization is possible which leads to effective and efficient administration. This system ensures transparency, accuracy and accountability at all levels.

An exact analysis of unsteady radiative flow past a uniformly accelerated infinite vertical plate with variable temperature with uniform mass diffusion is presented here, taking in to account the homogeneous chemical reaction of first order. The plate temperature is raised linearly with time and the concentration level near the plate is also raised to . The dimensionless governing equations are solved using Laplace-transform technique. The velocity, temperature and concentration fields are studied for different physical parameters like thermal Grashof number, mass Grashof number, Schmidt number, Prandtl number, radiation parameter, chemical reaction parameter and time. It is observed that the velocity increases with increasing values of thermal Grashof number or mass Grashof number. But the trend is just reversed with respect to the thermal radiation parameter. It is also observed that the velocity increases with decreasing chemical reaction parameter.

Real estate sector is under deep crisis due to global financial meltdown. To mitigate the impact of GFM the real estate players were forced to adopt uncalled for practices such as lay-off, suspension of capital intensive projects etc. resulting into job losses. As there are very few buyers available in the real estate market today the real estate players are wooing them by offering incentives and have adopted various management practices to neutralise the impact of GFM on their bottom-line. The real estate players have adopted practices such as redefining capital structure, low cost housing projects, value engineering, asset monetization, offering discount etc. to face the burnt of GFM effectively rather than adopting uncalled for means. These management practices adopted by Indian real estate players have helped them not only in bringing down adverse impact on bottom-line but also in managing their business effectively. In the back drop of this a study has been conducted to study effective management practices do adopted by DLF Ltd, a leading player in the Indian real estate market to manage global financial meltdown.

Teaching of Physics at secondary level of education is most crucial. Secondary education is a decisive stage of individual’s entire academic tenure; at this level any ambiguity regarding concepts may deprive an individual intellectually and potentially. Keeping importance of physics in view this study was intended to develop module based on some innovative practices to teach physics effectively. The objectives of this research were to analyze the current methods of content presentation of physics, commonly used to teach in secondary level classroom and to develop a concept maps for content presentation of physics for secondary level students.

The Fourier-Finite Mellin transform is a variant of the Fourier transform; however, it certainly does not have as glorious or as predominant a history as the Fourier transform. This Fourier-Finite Mellin transform is used to correct various optical distortions, including noise in lenses, it is also used in radar classification of ships. Theoretically, the Fourier-Finite Mellin transform should provide a truly translation, rotation and scale invariant measure of an image. Fourier-Finite Mellin transform is frequently used in content-based image retrieval and digital image watermarking.The Object of the present paper is to prove an Inversion theorem for distributional Fourier-Finite Mellin transform with the help of two lemmas which are also given in this paper.
