Dufour effect on free convection MHD flow past a moving vertical plate through porous medium with variable temperature and constant mass diffusion
Dufour effect on unsteady free convection MHD flow past a moving vertical plate through porous medium with variable temperature and constant mass diffusion is studied here. The Laplace transform technique has been used to find the solutions for the velocity, temperature and concentration. The results obtained are discussed with the help of graphs drawn for different parameters like thermal Grashof number, mass Grashof number, Prandtl number, permeability parameter, the Hartmann number, Schmidt number, Dufour number, time and inclination of magnetic field. The numerical values of Skin-friction have been tabulated.

Early Childhood Education
Children are like white cloth that parents need to make, to become a nation's next generation. Early childhood education is crucial in determining the direction of their lives in the future. However, many do not know how to make children in the right form. The study aims to expose the society to the early form of early childhood education based on early childhood education theory of Islam and the West. The concept of early childhood education is divided into two stages. The first stage starts from 0 to 3 years, and the second level starts from 3 to 6 years. There are three theories that need to be incorporated to formulate the curriculum for early childhood education namely behavioral theory, theoretical behavioral theory and constructivist theory. This study is a form of information gathering through sources of books and journals related to early childhood education in Malaysia. The summary of the literature review finds that early childhood education needs to be emphasized by parents who are the first teachers at 0 to 3 years with the support of preschoolers from 3 to 6 years so that the generation of brilliant generations can begin early on.

Effect of some natural products on the corrosion behavior of mild steel exposed to 1.0M hydrochloric acid
The effect of some natural product extracts (Punica Granatum Peel PG, Solenostemma Argel SA, Olibanum O, Datura Seeds DS and Datura Leaves DL) on the corrosion behavior of mild steel in 1.0M HCl was studied by electrochemical techniques (open–circuit potential, linear polarization resistance and Tafel plots polarization). It is clear, these extracts give inhibition in both anodic and cathodic slopes in Tafel polarization, that indicate these inhibitors used as mixed-type inhibitor. The thermodynamic adsorption isotherm was studied and falls into Langmuir isotherm indicating physisorption isotherm behavior. In addition, the surface morphology of mild steel samples without and with the inhibitors was examined using scanning electron microscopy.

Effect of tilt angle and Temperature on PV performance
The studies improved that the temperature has an impact on the PV as well as the solar radiation. In this article, we try to find the relation between the tilt angle and the temperature resulted. The practical experiments were conducted in the lab using a solar cell simulator to find this relation and to evaluate the impact of this relation on the panel's outcomes. The results indicated that the PV module temperature increases as a result from the increase of the solar intensity with increasing the tilt angle. The increase in the PV module temperature caused an increase in the voltage, a decrease in the current, and finally, increased the power

Effect of vermicompost substrates on amount of organic carbon, total nitrogen and carbon to nitrogen ratio
This study was performed to evaluation of vermicompost substrates on amount of organic carbon, total nitrogen and carbon to nitrogen ratio. in training and consulting center of the Flower and plant in the Tehran municipality, District 4. CRD design was selected for our study and treatments included: cattle manure (control), manure + leaves, manure + sawdust and paper with three replications. Eisenia Foetida was selected for study and to analyze the vermicompost, it was placed in semi-shade environment. At the end of vermicomposting process some chemical properties and nutrients were measured such as organic carbon, nitrogen, carbon than nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, iron, and initial moisture content, pH, Ec. All treatments had significant effects on studied properties and according to result it was founded that best treatment is manure + leave in compare to control and manure + sawdust and paper and according to Duncan test, there were significant differences between treatments in compare to control.

The basic benchmark statistics on the state of human resources, demography, culture and economic structure at this crucial juncture of the country’s history would be vital to guide and shape the future course of the Nation In a country like India, with multiethnic, multilingual, multicultural and multilevel society, the Census is much more than a mere head count of the population. It gives a snapshot of not only the demographic but also the economic, social and cultural profile of the country at a particular point of time. . Evaluation of the empowerment affecting factors role in job satisfaction-Case study: the staff at the Ayandeh bank
Necessary to achieve the objectives of the organization, the most valuable resources. In this context, growth, progress, prosperity, and enhance the capabilities of employees, as employee empowerment, has been of interest to scholars and experts. The influence of the factors affecting empowerment, job satisfaction and, as a case study, the staff at the Ayandeh bank , using the so-called solidarity, and through the analysis questionnaire. In this study, the model of empowerment Spreitzer, has been considered. The sample size of the study population according to the investigations, about 460 people-are, according to Cochran formula, was estimated at 210 people. To collect information from the sample, and to test the hypotheses is set to the survey, the survey, a total of 30 questions designed to the 17 questions translated questions Spritzer, and according to the Terms, the Ayandeh bank , have been implemented, as well as questions 1 to 13, separately, related to employee job satisfaction, according to Susan Linz model is used. In this study, after collecting data, regression testing, to determine the extent and degree of the relationship between two variables is used. Results indicate that, competence and job satisfaction of the staff at the Ayandeh bank , self-organizing job satisfaction, effectiveness and job satisfaction, meaningful sense of job satisfaction, and trust others with job satisfaction, respectively, significantly 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, influence, and so all hypotheses of the study were approved.

Examine the relationship between Unknown emotional, interpersonal problems, in high school students' knowledge, Sarpolezahab district
The present study investigated the relationship between Unknown emotional, interpersonal problems, in high school students' knowledge Sarpolezahab district, is at 2012-2013 years. Research method was descriptive, correlational, population of this study, all high school students Sarpolezahab district boys and girls in the age group 14-19 years, a total of 5435 people. using simple random sampling, a statistical sample of 360 students (180 girls and 180 boys) were selected by Morgan. instrument used in this study, the scale of emotional Unknown Toronto (FTAS-20), and the scale of interpersonal problems (IIP-60), has been used. methods of data collection, data analysis, the index and methods of descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics including the Pearson correlation coefficient, t the independent variable in the regression to predict criterion has been used in research. The results showed that the students have difficulty describing feelings, interpersonal problems, positive correlation is, and the difficulty in identifying feelings, and externally oriented thinking with interpersonal problems related to students there. Results of regression analysis, showed Unknown components can be emotional components of interpersonal problems (responsibility, confidence, decisiveness), penetrate the nose. Based on the present results, we can conclude that the Unknown emotional, and personal problems between students, the relationship is positive and significant.
