Over two decades, Somalia has been intense fighting, population displacement, food insecurity, humanitarian crisis and generalized lack of centralized governance structures. Somalia has been lacking a functioning state since the overthrow of the military government. However, personal interests, power and economic ambitions of warlords caused the rebel factions to fail in the formation of inclusive government to settle the country from what was perceived by them as social, economic and political injustices committed by the military regime. Somalia civil war went through different phases and caused the death of hundreds of thousands of Somalis in different ways, while many others left the country to get peace and life in other countries. Throughout the lawlessness of the country, warlords and clan militias fought for the control of power and resources. That situation affects peaceful, co-existence and the attainment of sustainable development goals of the people and country at large. Political instability mainly resulted of the inability of government to perform and the weakness of national institutions and competency of rule of law in the country. The general objective of this study was to assess the factors influencing the political stability in Somalia by measuring strategic leadership, corruption and government policies. The researcher used descriptive statistics research design both in qualitative and quantitative. The target population of this study were the members of Parliaments and Cabinet of the Federal Government of Somalia and selected 80 people as sample size using Slovene?s formula. Data was collected through questionnaire and finally processed and analyzed the result using computer SPSS. During the study found that the examined factors have a significant influence on political stability. It was obtained that strategic leadership and government policies have a positive significant influence on political stability while corruption has negative significant influence on political stability. Interpretation is to mean that the above variables are very important to overall the political stability issues in Somalia. The study by (Kew 2006), (Harriman, 2006), (Adejumobi, 2004) and (Adejimi, 2005) is partially supports by the findings of this study. Also indicates that strategic leadership and government policies are the most effective and enhanced factors of political stability of Somalia and but corruption influences negatively with stability which causes instability. This researcher recommends on two issues; corruption and leadership which meant to address policy makers those willing to make a positive change in attainment political stability.

Fintech is a short form of financial technology. It is completely revolutionizing the speed, the scale and the cost of getting financial services to the people by offering new services within the traditional banks, while potentially offering new opportunities within their competitive propositions such as alternative payments and lending mechanisms. Today, mobile payment solutions are available to those without a traditional bank account. Kenya is a world leader in the adoption of mobile payments. M-Pesa, Kenya?s first mobile wallet launched in 2007 to seamlessly transfer funds throughout Kenya, had over Kshs 7 trillion transacted and in 2017, the platform had over 1.7 billion transactions (Safaricom MPESA report, 2017). The transaction value processed through M-Pesa in 2018 shall be higher than the Kenya?s GDP which is Approx. USD 72Billion. Fintechs services offer diverse new opportunities to the banks and they should be embraced. Proper security measure should be put in place to protect the clients who use the services. Banks should also come up with strategies and ways of approaching and dealing with FinTech firms, to ensure that their interest is safeguarded.

This paper focusses on the flow behavior of quaternary blended HPC using modified slump cone test. 49 HPC mixes including control mix were developed incorporating mineral admixture combinations of metkaolin, slag and fly ash up to 92.5% replacement levels. Semi-empirical models were proposed for yield stress and plastic viscosity as the function of the slump and slump time. It was found that the fluidity of concrete increased moderately and the plastic viscosity and yield stress decreased noticeably, when mineral admixture combinations were substituted partially for cement. Out of 49 HPC mixes, the quaternary HPC mix developed with 57.5% cement, 7.5% metakaolin, 25% slag, and 10% fly ash, gives a minimum yield stress of 878 Pa and plastic viscosity of 179 Pa.s.

As an engineer we need to solve the problems facing the present society. One among them is pollution it is very serious problem. One of the major cause for the pollution releasing of methane gas to the environment from the vehicle. To reduce this folding electrical cycle is a small effort which helps to reduce the pollution and provide more comforts to the rider. In this cycle we are arranging lithium battery to reduce the mechanical work done by the rider & folding experiences the rider more reliable,comfortable & portable to the rider

Reversible logic is suitable for the design of various logics, functions which indeed has lower power consumption and improved speed. In this research work the testable reversible realization of multiplexers, demultiplexers, flip flops and shift registers is done using new testable reversible gate (NTG), which combines feynman gate and Haghparast Navi Gate (HNG). The flip flops are the basic element for any sequential circuit design. The various flip flops are designed using the reversible logic with the appropriate combination and are used as base element for the design of shift registers. The results from the proposed testable reversible multiplexers and demultiplexers show the 10% reduction in power and also 2% delay improvement as compared to Rgate reversible logic. The sequential elements i.e. flip flops and registers using proposed method show 10% power reduction and 5% speed improvement as compared to designs using Rgate logic. A single unit of combinational and sequential logic is designed for delay and power improvement, practically this can be utilized in the large designs to reduce power consumption and delay to a considerable value. Reversible logic is becoming more and more prominent as the technology sets higher demands on heat, power, scaling and stability. Currently, computations are commonly irreversible, even though the physical devices that execute them are fundamentally reversible.

This paper presents, a FPGA based the 64-bit RC5 encryption algorithm. One of complex operation in RC5 encryption is rotate thus we implementation this operation on FPGA using barrel shifter. We implement total of mathematic equations based optimized logic circuits until dynamic power consumption reduced, also for increase in speed and maximum operation frequency we using pipelining technique in proposed method. The results from the place and route report indicate that logic utilization by this architecture is 17% with a maximum clock frequency of 175.69 MHz.

Pluralism in health care practices needs the pragmatism to have strong roots in the cultural practices. Any community which has to have continuous confrontation with nature develops methods which are not disturbing the balance which is naturally established and existing. Further these communities opt for the methods which are easy to follow and easy to practice. Migrating communities have more opportunities to face different kinds of environment and certainly develop more methods to face the disturbances in health conditions. Lambani community is one such community with history of migrating life style. Lambani community is characterizd by the socio-cultural practices which are connected to nature, especially to forest and products of forests. Being a community with long history of nomadic life styles, is having greater chances to accommodate various health practices found in other communities while dealing with them during their migratory course of community development. Further, unique language and life style of this community prevented whatever information gathered in community to remain within the community for long time. Thus this community got more chances to collect knowledge them sharing health care practices which involve utilization of forest products are more easier to follow and practice few of these practices existed even today the community to maintain health under certain conditions. Information about their health care practices passes from generation to generation. However, certain resource persons who adopt the life style to serve community with their health care knowledge are also present in this community. These persons though some time collect nominal reward for having rendered their service as knowledge resource of the community. A study of these practices and those of knowledge resource persons have been made in Davanagere District of Karnataka state, India. Role of knowledge of health care practices and resource persons in community has been discussed. Pressure of modernization on these practices and reaction of the community have been observed and recorded for the discussion.

The internet has served as the global language of the virtual world since the beginning of the digital world and the Internet in India is increasing rapidly .Internet served seriously in many more areas in current scenario like Trade, education, sports, and research. Internet is treated as coin because it having two sides merits and demerits. A major problem of internet in current scenario is “Cyber Crime”. Here we study and analysis about the current cyber crimes in India through the literature survey, government annual reports, verbal communication with ethical hackers and many more techniques like Questionnaires and from the head of cyber cell from different states in India. We also study and analysis the different cyber crimes case studies which is occurred in different states in India and Indian cyber laws framework is compared with other country framework. So, finally we conclude that, our cyber laws frameworks having some of the vulnerabilities and problems for executing cyber cases compare to other countries. So we propose a heterogeneous approach or model for executing our legal framework smoothly against the cybercrimes in current scenario.

This paper proposes a novel method of designing discrete cosine transform using Vedic mathematics. Multipliers are fundamental and area intensive component in the architecture of any DSP system. In many circumstances, there are situations where the complexity and delay of the whole circuit increases because of inefficient multipliers. So it is necessary to reduce such complexity of Multipliers for efficient DSP architecture. The design of Vedic Multiplier is aimed to create such. The design is based on the Sutras of ancient Indian Vedic mathematics which was rediscovered from Vedas between 1911 and 1918 .The whole of Vedic mathematics is based on 16 sutras and manifests unified structure of mathematics. The DCT algorithm is based on ‘Urdhva-Tiryak’ sutra .It is expected that the Vedic architecture reduces the space and time hence the complexity of the multiplier when implemented in digital domain. The algorithm is implemented using verilog HDL and is tested and verified. It is found to reduce the space and increases the speed by when compared to conventional dct using array multiplier. The multiplier can be substituted for conventional multipliers in various applications. The exploration of Vedic algorithms in Digital Signal Processing may prove to be extremely advantageous. Hence it can be applied for discrete cosine transform application.
