The goal of this research is to discover the most appropriate approach for finding the reflection and transmission coefficients of the dominant mode scattering by a circular dielectric/ferrite cylindrical post in a rectangular waveguide and to generalize this approach so that it can be applied to the case of the layered posts as well. Microwave waveguide post filters are practically useful and the procedure of filter synthesis using dielectric/ferrite posts requires a solution to the inverse scattering problem. Typically, an algorithm for solving the inverse scattering problem requires a lot of computation time, because in each iteration it has to solve a number of forward problems. To speed up a process of a solution of the inverse problem it is required to find an approach that provides the small computation time. The problem can be solved by using some flexible methods, such as finite element method, finite difference method and finite difference method in the time domain [1] or software based on these methods such as HFSS or Ansys. Despite great flexibility of these methods, they, require a great amount of computation time. Using some geometrical properties that reduce computational effort by solving a part of problem by analytical means or at least by converting a problem to its simpler equivalent it is possible to reduce numerical effort considerably.

The statins (or HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors) along with other drugs, such as cholestyramine (Questran), comprise the class of hypolipidemic drugs. Hypolipidemic drugs are prescribed - sometimes aggressively so - to lower cholesterol levels in people with or at risk of cardiovascular disease and certain inflammatory diseases such as sarcoidosis. Statins are prescribed even though their full mechanisms of action remain unclear. One strong possibility is that statins exert their effects via the body's nuclear receptors, which are intricately connected to innate immune function. The statins have a range of documented negative effects, some of which may be immunopathological. Because statins may interfere with the Marshall Protocol, these drugs are contraindicated. Statins interfere with the actions of Olmesartan, as they are a very similar molecule, and compete with Olmesartan for many of Olmesartan's molecular binding sites. The actions of statins on the Nuclear Receptors are therefore competitive with Olmesartan, as they reduce or negate Olmesartan's therapeutic activities.

Sport accidents are very common for children and adolescents. They are among the most frequent traumas that occur in domestic and road accidents. They mainly concern the growth plate and the epiphyseal detachments. Among the avulsion fractures of the apophyses of the pelvis, it is very important to cite those of the anterior inferior iliac spine. Although they are rare, they occur most often for adolescents during sport activities. However, they are quite exceptional for adults. In the case of a 14-year-old adolescent with recent basal trauma happening during a soccer game, there was an inguinal pain and functional impairment of the lower limb. The clinical examination found a pain in the mobilization of the right hip in extension. The standard radiograph of the pelvis showed an avulsion fracture of the anterior inferior iliac spine. The patient was treated orthopedically with a rest and discharged from the traumatized lower limb. It has been noticed the disappearance of the pain in a few weeks later and then resumption of the sport activity for six months. During the observation, all attention of the team was centered on this type of specific fracture of the child and the adolescent athlete both diagnosed and how an early and adapted treatment of growth apophysitis helps prevent its occurrence.

Diabetes is a common illness, according to the unique assessments of ayurvedic concepts diabetes is the disease which occurs when toxins get accumulated in the tissue and result in circulation blockage. The various root causes of diabetes that ayurveda enlists are poor nutrition and poor digestion, inequity of nervous system, physical and mental stress, and disturbance in natural biological cycle. Many traditional medical systems have developed strategies to treat this condition. The alternative therapy most commonly used to treat diabetes is herbal therapy, which therefore become the primary focus of this review. The objective of this article is to conduct a search of the published literature on the use of Ayurvedic medicines for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. A broad search of Ayurvedic medicines showed that there was sufficient literature to support a systematic review of the use of Ayurvedic plants for the treatment of diabetes.

Isabel Allende is known to be one of the most expressive writers of the Latin American world. All her novels are a reflection of herself. In each novel we find a spirit of innovation and renewal. This research paper is carried out on her first novel The House of Spirits (1982).it focuses on the autobiographical element of the novel. The introduction will introduce the writer and the topic as well. This research will focus on the contextual evidence of her autobiography. The main focus will be her biography. The framework that the researcher has chosen will be Renza’s essay A Veto of Imagination: The Theory of Autobiography(1972). The researcher will look into his 3 modes of autobiography and the correlation of ideology with autobiography. The content analysis will focus on the events and characters of the novel that have been extracted from Allende’s life. The conclusion shows how such expression has helped Allende grow as a writer.

Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV), a ubiquitous and opportunistic pathogen, is a member of the Herpesviridae family of viruses. Infection with HCMV is generally asymptomatic, but naïve or immunosuppressed individuals, such as neonates, AIDS patients, and transplant recipients, often manifest serious disease. In the present work, MHC class-I, MHC class-II and B-cell epitopes for the envelope glycoprotein B (gB) of HCMV were predicted using the ProPred1, MHC2Pred and ABCpred servers respectively. The 3D structures of predicted epitopes were modeled using the HHpred server. In order to find the most relevant epitopes among all predicted T-cell epitopes, protein-protein docking was carried out for MHC-I and MHC-II receptors respectively. The energy score for every docked complex was calculated using the Hex 6.0 program. The lower energy score reveals higher binding affinity towards the receptor. It was found that the epitopes ‘YLFKRMIDL’ and ‘KYGDVVGVN’ possess highest binding affinity for MHC-I and MHC-II receptors respectively. For B-cell, the peptide ‘HVTSSEAVSHRANETI’ was highest ranked epitope. These predicted epitopes might be promising candidates for vaccine design against HCMV.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between government deficits and surpluses of budget volatility and money volume volatility with Tehran’s stock price index volatility. The data used in this study is the total price index of Tehran Stock Exchange and fiscal policies of governments and monetary policies of central bank, including deficits and surpluses of budget and money volume as a seasonal period (1996 - 2008). For describing long-term relationships between variables VAR model is used and for investigating this relationship the effect of macroeconomic variables namely interest rate, consumer price index, house price index on the Stock Exchange index are considered. Estimation results show that changes in stock price index have a positive relationship with the money volume and a positive relationship with government deficits and surpluses of budget.

Bluetooth is a promising short range wireless personal area network technology and is on the verge of being ubiquitously deployed over a wide range of devices. The basic unit of a Bluetooth network is a centralized master-slave topology, namely a piconet, which can be easily extended into a multi-hop adhoc network called a scatternet. Scatternets increase Bluetooth’s usability multi-folds such that numerous applications may be built over them to unleash the potential of Bluetooth. When more than seven devices to be connected in a Bluetooth scatternet, bridge devices are used to connect two piconets into a scatternet. To deal with possible data transmissions between different piconets, the bridge device must switch to different masters frequently. This may cause traffic in network.Our work tries to explore a less popular but powerful applications of Bluetooth which can help extend the range of Bluetooth communication and provide a free infrastructure for communication and find the transaction delay in Bluetooth network. Our approach is to design a transaction system that can be used to emulate and test the path selection from plentiful paths available from source to the destination. At the same this it assist user to select the optimal path. Due to this innovative approach; in transaction system it cause less traffic and it resultant in to less delay. Our work also analyzes the end-to-end packet delays, cumulative delay for both intra- and inter-piconet traffic and energy consumption, in a Bluetooth scatternet. Finally, we conduct simulations by using eclipse and NS-2 to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed transaction system.

The main aim of edge detection operation is a method to detect the presence of object image that commonly used in the field of image processing. The most well known technique for edge detection is gradient-based. There are number of methods that have been used to make an implementation of a gradient-based Edge detection algorithm design. This project proposes a design and implementation of gradient based edge detection algorithm using of Sobel & prewitt operator. Sobel operator is better noise suppression characteristics when compared to other operators such as Robert operator &2 order laplacian operator & others. An original image is converted into grayscale to obtain image intensity for edge detection. Sobel & prewitt operators are used for computing digital gradients. The whole process is performed in the hardware level. The result shows good performance of edge detection with which is able to detect just within 2ms.

The incredible growth of the information space, the hard competition between enterprises populating it, the need to collaborate and to share knowledge guiding to better decisions are factors that push Web Services providers to join each other into Web Services communities. Solutions proposed to tackle communities’ management lack of a formal and clear design which may alter the system evolving and maintenance. For these reasons, we propose to design and to implement a system able to manage Web Services communities using an agent oriented approach. As illustration, we design and implement a case tool for managing e-health care Web Services communities.
