Can non human animals be allowed to enjoy rights?
Non human animals are used and exploited by human beings for different purposes such as, agriculture, carrying goods, circus, medical experiment and in laboratory for research activities where they have to suffer more. But against these cruel activities some thinkers have raised their voice. They are in favour of granting rights to them. They thought that being sentient, non human animals have feelings of pleasure and pain and therefore they are right bearers. They are entitled to enjoy their basic interest such as, avoiding suffering. In this paper I shall try to justify that we ought to allow rights to non human animals , particularly right to life.

CFD Analysis of Centrifugal Air Compressor for Turbocharged IC Engine
Compressor characteristics, being representations of the compressor pressure ratio as a function of gas flow through the compressor have been studied. Compressors are used in turbochargers to increase the pressure of air and also its density greater than ambient. Choosing the right compressor is very important in obtaining best power output of engine by turbocharging, so it is important to have compressor map for matching turbocharger with a particular engine. Compressor map is drawn by running compressor at varying speeds and mass flows. In this paper compressor characteristics were investigated through CFD analysis.

Comaring the effect of emotional intelligence on the marketing of economic firms and marketing intelligence of managers (Case study: Bu Ali industrial estate of Hamadan)
This study, entitled "Investigating the Effect of EQ and marketing intelligence on the success of marketplaces in marketing" was conducted with an overall objective and 5 sub-objectives in the Bou_Ali industrial estate of Hamadan in 2013. This research is a descriptive-analytic study in the form of a causal - comparative survey. The research population consists of 180 individuals and includes all the managers and persons in charge of the manufacturing and service factories in Bu Ali industrial estate. The sample size was measured at 123 by Cochran's formula and it was randomly selected. Data were collected through three questionnaires. One standardized Sherring EQ questionnaire with 33 questions and two researcher-made questionnaires for marketing intelligence and marketing success, and were analyzed using SPSS software version 19 and by multivariate regression. Face and content validity of three questionnaires were measured and then assessed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which in all questionnaires was 0/70. Results showed that EQ had effect on the success of marketers and marketplace. Accurate results suggest regarding the three factors of the overall success in marketing, analyzing the market, and selecting target markets, the EQ was stronger than the marketing intelligence. But the marketing intelligence functions more strongly than EQ only in two factors: fusion of marketing elements and efforts in marketing

Comparative Evaluation of the Growth performance and Feed Intake of Weaned Rabbits Fed Tropical Grasses and selected Forage leaves
Twenty weaned rabbits of mixed sexes aged between 8 to 9 weeks were randomly allotted to five dietary treatments with four rabbits per treatment. Each rabbit was used as a replicate. Three tropical grasses and leaves from two forage plants were used to prepare the diets. The leaves were obtained from Myrianthus arboreus and Gmelina arborea two common forages and the tropical grasses incude Tridax procumbens, Pannicum maximum and Pennisetum purpureum. Parameters studied include average weekly feed intake, average weekly weight gain, feed conversion ratio and feed efficiency ratio. The study was carried out in the rabbit section of the Faculty of Agriculture Research and Teaching Farm of the Delta State University, Asaba Campus Delta State Nigeria. Significance was reported at 5% level of probability and the means were separated using Duncan's Multiple Range Test Procedure. Significant differences were observed for all parameters measured between all the test materials. Variations in feed intake and weight gain were observed and values obtained were within the ranges of reported values.

Comparative study between effect of some antibiotic agents and probiotic lactobacilli species on the selected human urogenital pathogens
Probiotics are live microorganisms which are mainly strains of Lactobacillus species (spp.), and others. These microorganisms offer a health benefit for the host when administered in adequate amounts. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) samples were obtained from 42 patients who had been admitted to hospitals in Al-Karameh hospital during July 2016. These samples were inoculated onto enriched and differential culture media. Susceptibility of isolated pathogens to standard isolates lactobacilli spp. (107 CFU / ml) and twelve commonly used UT antibiotics was tested using standard susceptibility testing. Thirty one variance bacterial species were isolated. Escherichia coli (E coli) 9 (92.03%) were the most commonly isolated microorganisms, followed by Proteus mirabilis (P mirabilis) 6 (19.35%), Staphylococcus aureus (S aureus) 5 (16.13%), Klebsiella pneumonia (K pneumonia) 5 (16.13%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P aeruginosa) 4 (12.9%), and Staphylococcus epidermidis (S epidermidis) 2 (6.45%). In susceptibility testing, Lactobacillus spp. had coverage against 31 (100%). The coverage of the remaining twelve antibacterial agents used was different in their activity, which ranged between 50-100%. The results of the current study concluded that probiotics had a high effectiveness to inhibit the growth (in vitro) of all pathogens compared with antibiotics. This indicated the therapeutic efficacy of probiotics.

Comparative study of proximate, amino acids and fatty acids of Moringa oleifera tree
Proximate, amino acids and fatty acids compositions of the leaves, stem and root were determined in Moringa oleifera. The proximate composition was determined in fresh samples while other parameters were determined on dry weight basis. Both crude protein and total ash followed the trend of (g/100 g): leaves > root > stem but the soluble carbohydrate had a trend of root > stem > leaves. Leaves had the highest level of total amino acids (76.4 g/100 g) and followed by the root (70.9 g/100 g) while stem had 65.4 g/100 g. For the EAA, it was 35.4 g/100 g (leaves) > 28.4 g/100 g (root) > 26.3 g/100 g (stem). The total sulphur amino acid was generally low at 2.81-3.06 g/100 g but the % Cys in TSAA was slightly high at 48.5-51.6 %. In the amino acids scores, the following amino acids had scores greater than 1.0 in comparison with whole hen’s egg: Gly (1.56-1.97), Glu (1.15-1.28), and Cys (1.14-1.16) whereas Met was the limiting amino acid in each of the three samples with values of 0.31 (leaves), 0.23 (stem) and 0.30 (root); in the pre-school children requirements, these amino acids had scores greater than 1.0: Met + Cys (1.12-1.22), Phe + Tyr (1.04-1.11) and His (1.02-1.08) whereas Lys was the limiting amino acid with values of 0.57 (leaves), 0.64 (stem) and 0.63 (root); on the provisional amino acid scoring pattern, only Phe + Tyr had scores greater than 1.0: Phe + Tyr (1.17, leaves), 1.09 (stem) and 1.10 (root), Val was the limiting amino acid here: 0.63 (leaves), 0.62 (stem) and 0.69 (root). P-PER had values of 1.60-1.72 and EAAI had values of 0.86-0.93. The samples were basically acidic with pI values of 5.4 to 5.8. The most concentrated fatty acid was SFA with values of (%): 97.5 (stem) > 58.0 (leaves) > 53.8 (root). Predominant MUFA was in root with a trend of (%): 38.7 (root) > 4.61 (leaves) > 1.00 (stem) and in PUFA, trend was 37.4 (leaves) > 7.54 (root) > 1.20 (stem). Under the fatty acid parameters, leaves were best in 4/6 (66.7 %) in EPSI, PUFA, PUFA/SFA and MUFA + PUFA whereas root was best in 2/6 (33.3 %) in LA/ALA and MUFA/SFA.

Compression technique for XML - a new prototype
XML makes data flexible in representation and easily portable on the Web but it also substantially inflates data size as a consequence of using tags to describe data. Although many effective XML compressors, such as XMill, have been recently proposed to solve this data inflation problem, they do not address the problem of running queries on compressed XML data. More recently, some compressors have been proposed to query compressed XML data. However, the compression ratio of these compressors is usually worse than that of XMill and that of the generic compressor gzip, while their query performance and the expressive power of the query language they support are inadequate. In this paper we propose our approach a XML compressor which support querring compress XML data with partial de-compressor. Our approach address the compressor time and adaptive compression ratio of existing XML compressor.

Controllability studies on unstable SOPTD systems with a zero
Design of proportional integral and derivative (PID) controllers for unstable SOPTDZ (Second Order Plus Time Delay with a Zero) system with a negative/positive zero is difficult. If zero is positive, it shows an inverse response. A simple method is proposed to design proportional integral and derivative controllers for such systems. The proposed controller is applied to the various unstable transfer function models of exothermic CSTR, an isothermal CSTR carrying out an autocatalytic reaction and crystallizer. Simulation results on linear model equations of exothermic CSTR, an isothermal CSTR carrying out an autocatalytic reaction and crystallizer are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed PID controller. The performance of proposed controller in terms of integral square error (ISE), integral absolute error (IAE) and integral time weighted absolute error (ITAE) is compared with the literature reported data.
