Perceptions and Problems of Teachers and Administrators Regarding Implementation of English Language Curriculum at Secondary Level
The present study examined the perceptions and problems of teachers and administrators regarding the English language curriculum implementation at secondary level. The study was based on the purposive sample of 10 administrators and 40 teachers of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The responses of school administrators and English language teachers were gathered through interview. The course content of English language was analyzed in the light of curriculum guidelines. Finding revealed that overall teachers are believe that loud reading and extensive writing helps in the acquisition of English language. For better English language teachers should use new teaching styles and methods in their classes. Teachers encourage students to think in English because if a child starts thinking in a particular language then it becomes easy for them to communicate in that language. Major drawback is that even after having a good syllabus of English language at secondary level many students do not have proficiency in speaking because of the clash in the mother tongue and the foreign language.

Performance Analysis of Image Denoising Technique Using Neural Network
Image processing is widely applied in various area of applications such as Medical, military, agriculture, etc.. The problem which generally occurs in image processing is the removal of noise generated due to various sources. In this paper a new approach based on neural network technique is proposed for the removal of noise. This technique follows three levels. This technique combines the advantages of filtering, neural network and bayes shrinkage technique. The noisy image is first passed through a bilateral filter and neural network is applied to the filtered image and the output of NN is then applied to bayes shrink. The proposed method outperforms other methods both visually and in case of objective quality peak-signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and MSE. Proposed method is verified for additive white Gaussian noise.

Silk based biomaterial in combination with honey and RHEGF for diabetic wound healing
Silk fibroin (SF), a naturally occurring protein polymer, has several unique properties such as biocompatible, slowly biodegradable, minimal inflammatory reaction and endowed with excellent mechanical properties and process ability. The silk blended scaffolds were prepared by using SF as vehicle with dextrin and other healing agent of honey and Epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) is used as drug releasing model. Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) was used to observe the morphology of prepared scaffolds for process versatility and the highly specific surface area. The structure was studied by Fourier transform infrared. The samples, treated at different concentration of honey and EGF, are analysed to investigate the growth inhibition effect of bacterial growth. These data showed the potential application of silk based scaffolds along with honey and rhEGF is intended to provide improved environments for zone of incubation when compared with normal scaffolds without rhEGF. Next the wound pus samples were collected from different diabetic patients and they were tested for antimicrobial test. Silk scaffolds had shown a promising natural product with healing for wound treatment. Processing silk scaffolds with honey and EGF offers a very attractive opportunity for producing a variety of medical products with great potential for bio medical end uses due to its superior biocompatibility of Silk. This prepared silk fibre based protein scaffold would be better in healing of diabetic wound healing as a very widespread model.

Simplified modeling of hydraulic governor-turbine for stable operation under operating conditions
Power system performance is a?ected by dynamic characteristics of hydraulic governor-turbines during and following any disturbance, such as occurrence of a fault, loss of a transmission line, a rapid change of load or hydraulic transients. Accurate modeling of hydraulic governor-turbines is essential to characterize and diagnose the system response during an emergency. In this paper, the identification/development and implementation of hydraulic systems in power plants via literature survey and computer based simulations have been described and it has been analyzed with comparing different models. This article examines the responses of different models through simulation in MATLAB/SIMULINK. The results obtained provide an insight into the interaction between electrical and hydraulic system of hydro power plant governed by di?erent governor settings, so that the system may remain unaffected during any disturbance.

Smart electricity grids with high efficiency plasmonics-based solar cells
This paper presents an improvement method for future smart electricity grid performance using high efficiency solar cells. The smart grid offers several advantages for the connection of solar (renewable) energy sources to provide an efficient operation and better performance of the power systems. Finite-difference time domain (FDTD) method is employed to simulate the light transmission, reflection and absorption of high efficiency solar cell structures. Simulation results show that the reflection loss is reduced with the use of nanostructures compared with the flat type substrates. Therefore, the proposed solar cells will inject more energy into the electricity grid and hence improving the overall system performance.

Study the relationship between adiponectin with thyroid hormones and cortisol in Type 2 diabetic patients (NIDDM)
Thyroid hormones has profound effects of lipid metabolism and carbohydrate homeostasis . Abnormalities in serum lipids and lipoproteins are frequent findings in thyroid dysfunction, mainly in hypothyroidism. Impaired glucose tolerance and insulin resistance have been documented in patients with thyroid dysfunction. In addition, thyroid hormones are remarkable regulators of energy metabolism, being the adipose tissue the largest fuel storage compartment. Furthermore, thyroid hormones share some physiological actions with adiponectin, such as reduction of body fat by increasing thermogenesis and lipid oxidation .However, a few number of studies have found low adiponectin levels in hypothyroid subjects (Díez and Iglesias, 2009). Cortisol excess in man is characterized by abdominal obesity, hypertension, glucose intolerance or diabetes and dyslipidemia. All these features share a state of insulin resistance, and contribute to high cardiovascular risk typical of this condition. Glucocorticoids negatively regulate adiponectin mRNA in human visceral adipose tissue. Cortisol counteracts the action of insulin at multiple sites, and increases hepatic gluconeogenetic efficiency (Fallo et al.,2004). Study the relationship between adiponectin with thyroid hormones and cortisol for both gender and for both control and diabetic groups also in diabetic patients according to duration of disease. This study was conducted between November 2010- November 2012 and, it was carried out at the diabetic Centre / Merjan Teaching Hospital in Babel Province by taking 120 diabetic patients(Type II DM) (60 male and 60 female) with disease duration (0-5),(>5-10 )and (>10 )years ,with age average (30-65 year)and most of them were on oral hypoglycemic drugs. While the study included 40 people apparently healthy that included 20 male and 20 female with age average (30-65 year).
