Small air conditioning units are usually used for small and medium scale residential buildings. Therefore, more energy efficiency and lower cost are needed along with reliable control for the air conditioning units. An experimental investigation has been carried out to study the performance of a direct expansion air conditioning unit under abnormal surrounding ambient conditions. To facilitate variation of refrigerant flow rate according to the evaporator load, a suitable thermostatic expansion valve and liquid refrigerant reserve was used. The influence of evaporator airflow and its temperature on the air conditioning unit performance and compressor power consumption has been investigated. The performance of air conditioning unit is simulated using the TRANSYS Simulation Program. The model is validated by real operating data from the system. It has been found that a 14.28 % reduction in compressor power consumption is achieved by decreasing the condenser inlet air temperature from 50 to 35 ºC. The cooling capacity of the evaporator was increased by 32.2 % with decreasing the condenser inlet air temperature from 50 to 35 ºC, Also it was increase by 7.56 % with increasing the evaporator entering air volume flow rate from 300 to 600 m3/hr. It can be concluded that the COP increases by 19.84 % with increasing the condenser inlet air temperature from 50 to 35 ºC. The modeled results of the air conditioner’s COP show agreed well with the corresponding measured data, the uncertainty was within ±11.9 %.

The study examined the extent to which impulsivity and sensation seeking predispose adolescents to sexual risk taking in Kisumu, Kenya. The study was carried out in Kisumu Municipality being one of the leading regions in Kenya in HIV prevalence (15%), a likely indication of high sexual risk taking. A sample size of 384 was drawn from a population of 10,278 secondary school students, but only 357 completed the study questionnaires. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics while the qualitative data was summarized thematically. The male respondents comprised of 156 (43.7%) while the female respondents were 201 (56.3%). The results indicated that about half the adolescents in the study were highly impulsive and sensational seekers predisposing them to take up risks. Sensation seeking was a better predictor of sexual risk taking than impulsivity especially among the male adolescents, while impulsivity was a better predictor among female respondents. The study recommended that behavioral and communication strategies being developed for adolescents should be gender differentiated since male and female adolescents respond differently to the different aspects of sexual risk taking behaviors.

Solar energy has a bright potential to be the clean source of energy for the future. This paper presents a review on the literature found of the solar panel industry in Malaysia followed by identification of possible factors that may influence consumer’s purchase intention of the green product. The review exercise found perceived government policy, perceived costs and maintenance, product knowledge and experience, solar panel aesthetics, social influence, environmental concern, environmental attitude, product benefits as well as demographic factors (such as education level and income) as possible influencing factors for solar panel. The review outcomes are beneficial particularly for solar panel marketers and businesses who can develop proper planning and strategies to market this product from the consumer’s behaviour insights gained to help the renewable energy industry to grow.

Electronic Mail is the “killer network application”. It is ubiquitous and pervasive. This paper presents an implemented framework for data mining behavior models from email data. There are different methods for detection of spam through email. The main goal is to develop a method that outperforms the existing methods in terms of detection of spam, ham and wrongly classified spam, that is, the accuracy of the proposed method is higher compared to the other existing methods. The other goal is to implement the proposed algorithm for reducing the time. So, to recapitulate, this paper deals with the accuracy and process timing based on prioritization of detecting email messages.

Education is very important in all societies. In this process, teacher and his training procedures are very important. However, it can be said that teaching is not easy because the teacher is faced with many variables in the process of teaching. Better identifying these variables and using them in a timely manner can help teachers focus on its goals. In this regard, the present study is an attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of student-centered education on creativity and social compatibility of junior students in Dashtestan city in 1393. The population of this study are junior students of Dashtestan city that 40 students of the target population were selected and investigated. Based on the objective, this study is functional and based on the nature, it is descriptive – analytical and gathering data has been done based on Library, documentary, and field studies. Data has been collected based on Bell’s social compatibility questionnaire in this study containing 25 questions and also Torrance’s creativity test has been used. The results show that there is a significant relationship among the student-centered teaching method and increasing creativity and social compatibility of students. So it seems that planning for teachers to use modern teaching methods (student-centered) in their teaching to improve the quality of education is necessary.

The research that has been done in the area of evaluation methods all seek to achieve an efficient evaluation system for employees. The purpose and expectations of an organization determine performance evaluation method. Although most researchers and human resource managers believe that comprehensive and time consuming methods provide us with more effective information, the important point is that a suitable method based on organization situation and using cost analysis must be selected. 360-degree evaluation is an evaluation method in which a list of the merits is provided and all people involved in organization including superiors, colleagues, subordinates and the individual will be asked directly and indirectly to assess somebody on the basis of the merits required. The appraisee also participates in the process of self-evaluation. The present paper aims to investigate the difference between two types of evaluation methods including 360-degree evaluation and traditional evaluation among the employees and managers of Imam Reza Hospital in Kermanshah Province. The study sample is composed of all staff involved in Imam Reza Hospital including 50 managers, 46 physicians and also 479 employees who were surveyed by traditional evaluation method and 360-degree evaluation method. The data obtained using independent t-test and F-statistics and multiple comparison Tukey test showed that there is a significant difference between the means of the results obtained from the traditional evaluation method and 360-degree evaluation method, and 360-degree method provides the system with the a more accurate evaluation than the traditional method.

Automatic annotation is in fact the process of classifying medical using global and local features of standard image codes (IRMA) while being extracted. This includes four technical data axes of providing image (modality), direction, anatomy, and biological system. A few number of recent researches have been conducted on the extraction of Gabor filter feature in HSV color space for automatic annotation, but until now no complete comparison has been conducted on the accuracy of the different classifications in resolution and annotation of the images based on the Gabor filter feature in HSV color space. The results from the known and famous classifiers used on the four characteristics of anatomy, direction, biological system and modality are presented in this paper, which show that K-Nearest Neighbor is the most efficient classification group as far as accuracy is concerned.

The goal of this study was to determine the customer satisfaction of Keshavarzi bank divided by services and customer classes, based on SERVQUAL model in four Keshavarzi bank branches in Kish Island. Research Methods and Procedures: In this study, descriptive correlation method is used and statistical society consists of all the customers of four branches of Keshavarzi bank in Kish Island which statistical samples were 384 persons based on Cochran unlimited society. Gathering tools for information analyzing in this work, were SERVQUAL (1988) standard expectation and customer perception Questionnaire with 20 validity and 0.75 reliability and the customer satisfaction questionnaire with 24 validity and 0.72 reliability. The results of this study showed there are a meaningful and significant relation between customer satisfaction with bank services (deposit and electronic) and building trust, reputation, accountability, tangible factors and empathy in all Keshavarzi bank branches in Kish Island. Conclusions: The order of importance effective components on customer satisfaction with electronic and deposit services in this research follows respectively, the organization reputation, building trust, tangible factors, accountability and empathy. Therefore it seems increasing the organizations reputation, building trust, caring to facilities and utilities and staff appearances, accountability and empathy are important variables to satisfy the customers in all branches of Keshavarzi bank in Kish Island.

The global liberalization and integration of financial markets has created new investment opportunities, which, in turn, require the development of new instruments that are more efficient to deal with the increased risks which is a characteristic feature of any investment. Derivatives products provide certain important economic benefits such as risk management or redistribution of risk away from risk-averse investors towards those more willing and able to bear risk. These functions of derivatives help in efficient capital allocation and price discovery in the economy. Since its inception in June 2000, derivatives market has exhibited exponential growth as the market turn-over has boosted from Rs. 40180 million in 2000-2001 to Rs. 474308323 Million in 2013-2014 .Within a short span of fourteen years, derivatives trading in India has surpassed cash segment in terms of turnover and number of traded contracts. The present study attempts mainly to focus on growth and performance of derivative market in India during post liberalization era. This paper also attempts to analyze sector wise classification of derivative market like stock, index, currency etc. Some space is also devoted for a brief discussion of basic concepts and fundamentals of derivatives. The paper concludes by pointing out trends of derivatives and factors affecting the growth of same. This work can serve as a source of guide for the study related to derivatives.

Present paper addresses the role of State Research problem is that legal discipline imposed by State is sometimes not admired by citizens and, consequently, political system faces with instability while laws and regulations should naturally establish public order. Therefore, the main question is that “what is the role of State in changing public order to legal order in responding people’s demands? Out hypothesis is that due to the emergence of human security and the rationality of structural functionalism theory, legal order by State can establish such function imposed by the concept of public order. Studies indicate that in general law, public order consists of citizens’ demands in the format of society’s value system. Since any legal norm should be implemented by political power support, the State which implements such rules is too important. Considering the existing values in the heart of new concept of public order and the possibility of changing society’s value system, State can provide such function committed to natural law approach and impartial in public arena. Such State should be also committed to the requirement of good governance theory in order to provide human security.
