The diffusion equation is solved in two dimensions to obtain the concentration by using separation of variables under the variation of eddy diffusivity which depend on the vertical height in unstable case. Comparing between the predicted and the observed concentrations data of Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) taken on the Copenhagen in Denmark is done. The statistical method is used to know the best model. One finds that there is agreement between the present, Laplace and separation predicted normalized crosswind integrated concentrations with the observed normalized crosswind integrated concentrations than the predicted Gaussian model. One gets that the four models are inside a factor of two with observed data. Regarding to NMSE and FB, the present, Laplace and separation predicted models are well with observed data than the Gaussian model. The correlation of present, Laplace and separation predicated model equals (0.52, 0.64 and 0.60 respectively) and Gaussian model equals (0.80).

The use of medicinal herbs to treat disease is almost universal among non industrialized societies and is often more affordable than purchasing expensive modern pharmaceuticals. Most of the countries all over the world still rely on traditional medicines for their primary health care’s with the knowledge passed by the ancients. The current study is aimed to make aware about the presence of certain bioactive compounds in plants which attribute them medicinal values & can provide alternative pathway for the replacement of synthetic drugs. With the help of literature reviews mentioning the importance of medicinal plants in socio-cultural, spiritual and health care of rural peoples of the world, a well known medicinal herb-Tridax Procumbens L. commonly known as tridax daisy is studied with the analysis of phytochemicals like alkaloids, tannins, steroids, flavanols, diterpenes, coumarins, anthocynins, amino acids, syringic acid, phenol, saponin, polysaccharides, pectins, hemicellulse etc - biologically active chemical compounds having disease preventative or protective properties and their general health effects.

The retail sector has played a phenomenal role throughout the world in increasing productivity of consumer goods and services. The India Retail Industry is the largest among all the industries. Modern retail industry plays an important and vital role in the economies of all modern societies. All the big business houses are entering in this sector and it is growing at a very past pace. The present study leads to explore the changing face of Indian Retail Industry in India. This paper also focuses on the shift of consumers from unorganized retail to organized retail. The retailing industry, which, until the early 1990s, was dominated by the unorganized sector, witnessed a rapid growth in the organized sector with the entry of corporate groups such as Tata, RPG, ITC and Bennett Coleman & Company into the retailing market. Retailing in India is progressively inching its way to becoming the next roar industry. The whole concept of shopping has tainted in terms of layout and consumer buying behavior, ushering in a uprising in shopping. Modern retail has entered India as seen in rambling shopping centers, multi-storied malls and huge complexes offer shopping, entertainment and food all under one roof. The changes in the organized retail industry are visible in the form of new retailing formats, modern techniques, exclusive retail outlets, emergence of retail chains etc. Shopping in India has witnessed a revolution with the change in consumer buying behavior and the format of shopping. The retail industry in India has modernized , and this can be seen from the fact that there are multi stored malls , huge shopping centre’s and sprawling complexes , which offer food , shopping & entertainment all under the same roof. Now the purchasing power of Indian urban consumer is growing. Increased availability of retail space, rapid urbanization, and qualified manpower also boosted the growth of the organized retailing sector . Apart from this, social changes such as increase in the number of nuclear families and the growing number of working couples resulting in increased spending power also contributed to the increase in the Indian consumers’ personal consumption.

The present study is about Viewers Perceptions about Code of Ethics and its Applications in Political Talk Shows (A Survey Conducted at Sargodha City). Political talk shows Capital Talk (Geo News) Kal Tak (Express News) On the Front (Dunya News) Sawal Yeh Hai (ARY News) and News Beat (SAMAA TV) are selected for this study. Total two hundred respondents have been selected for data collection with the help of questionnaire from Sargodha city. Social responsibility theory (SRT) is use to check the application code of ethics of media in the society. The Social Responsibility Theory (SRT) claims that the media has a duty to public and this theoretical approach is a result of shifting media ethics. Present research is identified to find the impact of analysis and discussion by experts through politics talk shows and opportunity of media ethics. This is becoming a more and more essential issue in modern society. Do the anchorpersons of TV political talk shows have focus on social responsibility and respect for media ethics in order to satisfy the public? Empirical findings show that Geo News program Capital Talk is more frequently watched by viewers as compared to other political talk show. It is also finding that Geo News program Capital Talk provides more political awareness as compared to other political talk shows. Findings show that Javed Chudary in his political talk show (Kal Tak) followed code of ethics as compared to other anchorperson TV channels.

Factors affecting customer loyalty have immense weightage in order to identify the reasons or the factors which are accountable to create loyalty among customers for a fastidious brand. The purpose of the study is to classify the role of customer loyalty in terms of sustaining continuous organizational growth in highly competitive Pakistani market and factor affecting customer loyalty and their impact on organization growth. The most recent and relevant studies contained by the literature have been included and summated in this paper. All results are based on the overview of previous studies.The review of previous studies and some research work about the factor affecting customer loyalty and their impact on organization growth and development. In these researches different service providers were embattled as the population whereas customer services and Price Fairness were taken as predicting variables towards criterion variable which is customer’s loyalty. The outcomes conclude that both the factors considerably contributed to explain customer’s satisfaction and loyalty but relatively price fairness had the bigger impact on customer loyalty than customer’s services and organizational growth. Results and implications of the study are also discussed based on the analysis and findings.

There are lots of nonlinear formulas in mathematics and physics and there are, many types of solitons to talk over. This revision is dedicated to the straight technical particulars of how to produce soliton solution of Maxwell's equations and intensive confirmation is placed on mathematical report analysis. The quasi-stationary state waveguides has been founded and with a small deviation from equilibrium, we measured and advanced a solution for a formula. Classical parting of parameters is presented with a special B.C. is introduced on a slab waveguide to obtain a general form of solution of the coordinates x, y z.

The experiment was carried out during the period from 2011,2012 and 2013 to compare the morphology of five gladiolus flowers genotypes with respect to plant height, length and breadth of leaf, number of leaves per plant, length of flowers, breadth of flower, weight of flower, weight of single stick, length of spike, length of rachis, flowers per plant, days to reach 50% spike initiation, number of corm and cormel per plant, breadth of corm and weight of cormel per plant. The results indicated the significant variation amongst the gladiolus genotypes with respect to studied morphological characteristics as well as with yield, yield attributes and plant height. The plant height was higher (70.15cm) and lower (55.52cm) in (SKG14) yellow and(SKG18) orange /(SKG24)red respectively due to genotype. The lengths of leaves were almost same but higher with(SKG14) yellow and(SKG20) violet (50.20/51.10 cm) than the(SKG10) white and(SKG18) orange ones where the smallest length was recorded for(SKG24) red (40.36cm) one. Almost same trends were recorded for breadth of leaves with the exception of few. The average number of leaves was highest for(SKG10) white (14.10) followed by(SKG24) red, (SKG20) violet, (SKG18) orange and (SKG14)yellow respectively. Most of the parameters of flower characteristics did not maintain regular trend and correlation when considered in terms of sequences starting from white to red as shown in the table 1, 2 and 3. The recorded results clearly indicate that the(SKG10) white genotype has the best planting materials which may be planted for luxuriant growth of plants and production of excellent flowers.

The present study was aimed to investigate the relationship between linguistic intelligence, ethnic identity, and bilingual Iranian EFL learners’ reading comprehension. To run the study one hundred male students at the intermediate level in an English institute in Sanandaj, Iran with mastery in Kurdish as their mother tongue, Persian as their educational language at school, and English as the third language or better say a foreign language were selected to take part in the present study. An ex post facto research was designed in which the participants of the study received a valid test of reading comprehension (NELSON-Danny Reading Scale developed by Brown et al, 1993), the Linguistic Intelligence Questionnaire (Gardner, 1999), and the Ethnic Identity Measure (Roberts, et al. 1999) as the measurement devices of the study. The data gathered was put into SPSS version 21 and since the normality assumption was met, Pearson Correlation was run to find answers to the questions of the study, and the results were reported. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between linguistic intelligence and bilingual Iranian EFL learners’ reading comprehension. Also, there is a significant relationship between ethnic identity and bilingual Iranian EFL learners’ reading comprehension, and lastly, there is a significant relationship between ethnic identity and bilingual Iranian EFL learners’ linguistic intelligence. The findings of the present study could be used in the research and practical work pertained to teaching English in the bilingual areas of Iran and other countries with similar status, ethno linguistics studies, and teaching English as a foreign language in different places.

Three different good mood food cereals or breakfast cereals viz; Cornflakes, Dalia and Oats were analyzed for different physic-chemical properties. The ash and protein content of three different breakfast cereals does not vary significantly with each other while moisture content showed significant difference. The protein content of Dalia and Oats does not vary with each other, however both varied significantly with Cornflakes. The crude fiber of Cornflakes and Oats differs significantly with each other Based on organoleptic evaluation by semi-trained panelists; the appearance of all the three breakfast cereals does not vary significantly with each other. Overall acceptability of all the three breakfast cereals does not vary with each other.

Combined free and forced convection flow in a vertical channel filled with porous and fluid layer is studied with boundary conditions of third kind. The flow is modeled using Brinkman model. The viscous and Darcy dissipation terms are also included in the energy equation. The plate exchanges heat with an external fluid. Separate solutions are matched at the interface using suitable matching conditions. The coupled non-linear governing equations are solved using perturbation series method valid for small values of the perturbation parameter. The condition for perturbation parameter is relaxed by finding the solutions of the governing equations using Differential Transform method. The effects of various parameters on the flow such as mixed convection parameter, porous parameter, viscosity ratio, width ratio, conductivity ratio and Biot numbers on the flow are explored graphically. Further it is also shown that the Differential Transform method solutions agree very well with perturbation method series solutions for small values of the perturbation parameter.
