Study the levels of adiponectin, FSH, LH and Sex hormones in Type 2 diabetes (NIDDM)
Background: The hypothalamic/pituitary/gonadal (HPG)axis is central to the mammalian reproductive system. Pulsatile release of GnRH from neurons in the hypothalamus stimulates the secretion of LH and FSH from gonadotropes in the anterior pituitary. It has long been recognized that reproductive function is closely associated with energy balance, and metabolic dysregulation is linked with reproductive abnormalities (Lu et al.,2008). Compare the differences in levels of adiponectin, FSH, LH, testosterone and estradiol between the diabetic patients and control group and in diabetic patients according to the durations of disease for both males and females groups .Also study the relationship between adiponectin and hormones for both gender and for both diabetic groups and control also in diabetic patients according to the durations of disease. The statistical analysis of this study showed that patients with Type 2 diabetes of both males and females had significantly lower in adiponectin levels than control group (P<0.05),but this level of adiponectin significantly higher in females than males for both diabetic groups and control (p<0.05) ,while the levels of FSH and LH had significantly higher in diabetes group than control (p<0.05) ,also significantly higher in females than males for both diabetic groups and control (P< 0.05). The result of hormonal analysis show there were no significant differences in estradiol and testosterone between diabetic groups and control (p > 0.05). According to the durations of disease, the results show significant elevation in adiponectin level in third duration of disease for both males and females groups as compared with first and second duration (P <0.004), while the levels of FSH, LH ,estradiol and testosterone show no significant differences among duration(P>0.05).

Assessments of the Relationship between growth, phonological and Yield Attributes of Two Sorghum Cultivars (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) and Plant Population at Gash Delta , Eastern Sudan
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of varying plant population of two sorghum cultivars on growth and yield at three sites(Degain,Tendeli 8 and Tendeli 12) within the Gash delta Eastern Sudan , during 2014/15 and 2016/17) seasons. The RCBD design used for split-split plot trail. The treatments include two cultivars (Tabat andAklamoi) and three planting densities spacing within the row of 30, 45 and 60 cm between holes. Correlation analysis technique has been used for finding association between agronomic characters in the three sites. Generally the mean number of tillers, phonology, seeds/panicle, panicle length and 100-seed weight had positive strong significant correlation with plant height, and phonological attributes but they had moderate positive correlation with LAI, panicles/m2 and grain yield/ha. 100-Seed weight and panicle length were positively correlated with all characters except stem diameter, panicles/m2 and grain yield/ha. Likewise, LAI and number of tillers had significant and positive correlation with all characters. Grain yield per hectare was positively and significantly correlated with most of the studied traits. Results of analysis revealed significant and positive correlation among the variables and showed that these variables could play a vital role in increasing yield of sorghum hybrid.

Land capability classification of soils in a lithosequence within forest and savannah zone of Nigeria
It is important to evaluate the capacity of soils to support arable crop production for proper land use planning and sustainable management. The soils developed on schists in southern guinea savannah zone (Kabba) and older granites in dry upland rainforest zone (Ado-Ekiti) were mapped and classified with Land Capability Classification. Profile pits were dug and described in sixteen pedons delineated at both locations. Soils samples were collected from the pedons for the analysis of some soil physico-chemical properties. Data on climate and physiographic features were also collected. The capability groupings of the soils are as follows: KA-IIIS3,4; KB, KF, KH, AB and AF- IIIS4; KC, KD, KE, KG and AA- IIIS4, while AC, AD, AE and AG were VS4, VS3,4, IVS4 and VW2S4.The capabilities of the 16 pedons were limited by low nutrient capacity, shallow depth and wetness due to high water table. Appropriate fertility management scheme and land use were suggested for both sites.

Anatomical variability of the Cystic Duct about two Cases
The aim is to show through two clinical cases an anatomical variability of the cystic duct. The first clinical case of a patient admitted for endoscopic treatment of the main bile duct lithiasis while cholangiography had objectively dilated the cystic duct over its entire length, it was very low implanted in pre-papillary with the presence of a lacunar image evoking a vesicular infundibulum lithiasis. The second clinical case of a patient admitted for endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography and extraction of a millimetric lithiasis of the main biliary tract visualized on the biliary Magnetic Reasoning Imaging, whereas retrograde cholangiography objectified: a thin main biliary tract and a cystic duct measuring 4 mm, long and low implanted with a doubt on a lacunar image. The anatomical variability of the cystic duct is not uncommon, therefore detailed knowledge of all these anatomical variations is essential to avoid iatrogenic lesions of the bile ducts.

Effects of Mobile Tower Radiations on human health: A case study from Bangalore
Abstract The present study was carried out with an aim to emphasis on the effects of radio-frequency electromagnetic radiations from cell towers on human beings. Questionnaire based survey was conducted by means of interviews and general discussions with a population size of 181 inhabitants residing in five different localities (viz., Gangondahalli, Nagarabhavi, Moodalpalya, Chandra layout, Guddadahalli) of Bangalore south taluk. The participants themselves filled the self-administered questionnaire by entering their response data on the health effects faced due to establishment of mobile towers. Exposure assessment was based on the distances from base stations (less than 10 m, 10-50 m, 50-100 m, 100-200 m, 200-300 m, > 300 m) and their location in relation to the antennas (facing, beside, behind, beneath in the case of antennas placed on rooftops). Based on results congregated, it was evident that headache, irritability, nausea, appetite loss, discomfort, sleep disturbance, depression, memory loss difficulty in concentration and dizziness, etc., are more frequently observed symptoms of ill-health in the exposed groups. It is concluded that the cell phones and cell phone tower radiation are a strong risk factor for all the adverse health effects.

High air CO concentration associated with altered RBCs Hemoglobin, and PCV: Metrologicstudy Sudan 2013 -2014
Carbon monoxide is a significant air pollutant worldwide. Its poisoning causes hazards to health and damages in body. This study was conducted in Alkamleen area where a lot of red brick factories are located along the Blue Nile river bank in the east of the area. The study aimed to investigate the hematological parameter about Hb, RBC sand PCV at a high CO concentration area.the study area was divided by two lines parallel to the river bank, 500 meters distance from each other into three zones A, B and C from north to south. Also it was divided from east to west by five imaginary lines to give six squires in each zone. The reading for CO concentration was determined for each square. Blood samples were collected from the habitants in the study area. Hb was determined by the Drab kin’s method, Read by photoelectric colorimeter, RBCs was used improved Neubauer (chamber), to calculate the TRBC, PCV was determined by Micro-Haematocrit centrifuge. CO in air was found to be significantly higher levels of CO concentration in air were detected throughout the year in all zones. Mean+/-SD of RBCs among the study group in winter were 5.6±0.8, Mean+/-SD of RBCs among the study group in summer were 5.2±0.8. Hb, RBCs, PCV were significantly higher for study group in winter as compared to control group.air CO was significantly exceeds the WHO recommended standards. Higher reading in winter and summer of Hb, RBCs and PCV were associated to high CO concentration which emitted from red brick kilns in Alkamleen area.

Low Complexity Frequency Logic Controller for Network on Chip Router
Network-on-Chip (NoC) paradigm allows designers to integrate efficiently more intellectual properties (IPs) into a single chip system. However, the power consumption has become one of the most critical issues for designing such large complex systems. Low power design can be achieved by scaling the voltage and frequency of the target components. The question is how to make the voltage-frequency scaling adaptable to the required performance of the system at run-time while reducing as much as possible the power consumption. This paper presents a novel solution for NoC architectures to reduce power consumption. As the communication traffic is not equally distributed over the network architecture, depending on the communication load, each router in the network will be applied with a corresponding voltage and frequency to minimize the power consumption while keeping necessary communication throughput.

Thermal radiation effects on MHD free convection flow of a Micropolar fluid past a stretching surface embedded in a non-Darcian porous medium
A comprehensive study of thermal radiation on a steady two-dimensional laminar flow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting micropolar fluid past a stretching surface embedded in a non-Darcian porous medium is analyzed numerically. The governing equations of momentum, angular momentum, and energy equations are solved numerically using Runge- Kutta fourth order method with shooting technique. The effects of various parameters on the velocity, microrotation, and temperature field as well as skin friction coefficient, and Nusselt number are shown graphically and in tabulated. It is observed that the micropolar fluid helps in the reduction of drag forces and also acts as a cooling agent.

The foreign bodies of the oropharynx constitute a frequent emergency in the child. Management assumes a general rule that any foreign body that has penetrated through the natural pathways can be extracted by the same routes. The particularity of this foreign body and the difficulties encountered during its extraction.a 6-year-old girl admitted to take charge of a foreign body. This is a pen hat trapped in the para-pharyngeal space, examination of the oral cavity finds the extremity Distal of the cap of the visible hat through a 1 cm wound between the left lateral wall of the oropharynx without active bleeding, CT showed the foreign body enclosed in the left parapharyngeal space and which came into contact with l. The vascular axis of the neck without vascular lesions. The extraction was difficult since the hat was hung like a hook under the mucosa. It was performed under general anesthesia by the natural route.
