The relationship between teachers ‘ability and Iranian EFL students ‘motivation
Different characteristics of teachers are perceived as important factors for motivating students to learn. According to Meek (1989), Escalante explained that "a teacher has to possess love and knowledge and then has to use this combined passion to be able to accomplish something" (p. 47). Mckeachie (1999)notes that : interaction , particularly with peers , is an important motivator for many students. In this study, we investigated the relationship between teachers’ ability and students ‘ motivations. Participants are1000 students at Intermediate level. This study was conducted in Khorasan foreign languages institute in Kashmar. Participants were given questionnaires and asked to answer the questions. This research uses information from students to explore the relationship between teachers ‘ability and students ‘motivations. The data from the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS. After analyzing the data, it was clear that there is a significant correlation between teachers' ability and students' motivation.

The relationship between personality characteristics, based on the Five Factor Model of personality with mental health of Students of Azad University Chaloos Branch
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics, based on the Five Factor Model of personality, mental health, Azad University of Chaloos, was performed. The present study, the type of non- experimental or descriptive More specifically, the project was correlation. Population, all students, Azad University, Chaloos, in the academic year 2014/2013, were enrolled, the formed, numbering 2,500, respectively. samples 330 through Morgan was chosen. instrument used in this study, two standardized questionnaire, features five big personality factors McCrae and Costa (1985 ), and health Questionnaire, 28 - GHQ is used. Our results indicate that, between physical symptoms, personality characteristics (extraversion, accountability, consistency and Welcome ), a significant positive correlation, and between social functioning, personality characteristics (extraversion, responsibility flexibility, adaptability and Welcome ), a significant positive correlation, and between anxiety symptoms, personality characteristics (extraversion, accountability, consistency and Welcome ), a negative relationship, and the symptoms of depression, personality characteristics (extraversion, accountability, consistency and Welcome ), a negative relationship, and the personality trait of neuroticism, positive and significant relationship, and the total score of mental health, personality characteristics (extraversion, accountability, consistency and Welcome ) there is a significant positive relationship. The overall results of the study suggest that, with every aspect of the character to behave in certain ways and have certain expectations, abilities and behavioral skills, unique and have different needs, based on the personality pattern, with the needs, expectations, motivations, expectations and specific goals, are.

The relationship between learning styles and teaching methodology with the achievement of civil engineering studies at secondary technical school in Negeri Sembilan
The purpose of this descriptive study was to survey the relation between students’s learning style and teacher’s teaching methods which apply towards the achievements in CES subject in three Technical School in Negeri Sembilan. Respondent of the research involving 180 students and a questionnaire was used as research instrument. This questionnaire contained two parts, which were Part A; seven questions related to background of respondents and Part B containing 36 items related to 3 types of learning styles and 2 types of teaching methods. The acquired overall alpha value was 0.844 and possessed high trustworthiness questions. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software version 15 to acquire frequency, percentage and mean that were later shown in table form. Acquired study findings showed that auditory learning style was the most dominant learning style which applied among the students whereas demonstration method was the most dominant teaching method used among the teachers. In this study, it was discovered that no significant relation between visual and kinesthetic learning style with the achievements in Civil Engineering Studies (CES) subject whereas there was a significant relation between auditory with the subject achievements. For analysis of relation between learning styles and teaching methods there was a significant relation between both of them. This research suggest a further research to find the effectiveness of teacher’s teaching methods which must be required to attain correct information and used it to solve the student’s achievement problems.

The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the staffs of the youth and the sport department in Charmahal & Bakhtiari
In order to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and its relation with organizational commitment of the staffs of the youth and sport office in Charmahal & Bakhtiari, 150 staffs in this office were selected as the samples. To collect data, there were used the job satisfaction questionnaires (Brown and Pierson, 1993) and the organizational commitment questionnaires (Allen and Mayer, 1991) by a descriptive- correlation survey. To analyze data, there were used descriptive- deduction statistics of the factor analysis(Pierson correlation coefficient). Due to survey results, all components of the job satisfaction such as supervision 0.774, work 0.896, salary 0.753, upgrades 0.826and general satisfaction 0.848 affect on the organizational commitment. There is some meaningful and direct relation between job satisfaction and its aspects with the organizational commitment. These results of this study, as other surveys, showed thatthe lack of the job satisfaction in every office causes forming non commitment toward the organization. The managers should be ensured about the job satisfaction among staffs in order to prevent some internal problems in the organizations.

The relationship between big five personality with work motivation, competitiveness and job satisfaction
In spite of its popularity, the Big Five Personality has been criticized for being too descriptive to provide a theoretical model of personality. The current study aims to investigate the extent to which personality and demographic variables contribute to motivation, competitiveness and job satisfaction as defined by measuring their personality, work motivation and satisfaction. This paper shows that conscientiousness and job status were both significant predictors of job satisfaction. All acknowledgement that individual differences can affect the success of an intervention, may contribute to the design of effective work reorganisation schemes that are better suited to the employees they seek to benefit. Originality. The value of this paper was that it looked at how personality and demographic factors may influence work motivation, level of competitiveness and work satisfaction.

The Prediction of the Obssessive-Compulsive Disorder Subtypes, According To the Worry, the Perfectionism and the Responsibility
Compulsive disorder is a cognitive process disorder in which individuals experience ideas, beliefs, imagination and unwanted disturbing impulses that make him/her anxietic and is difficult to remove. The prevalence of OCD is 1/9 to 3/2 percent. With the lifetime prevalence of 2/5 percent and six months prevalance of 1/6 percent, obssessive compulsive disorder is the fourth psychiatric problem in the U.S.A. In Iran, in the region of Kashan, the prevalence of obsessive-compulsive disorder is estimated to be 1 percent. Given the importance of the role of the psychological variables in the causation and the severity of the obsessive – compulsive disorder, the role of perfectionism, worry and responsibility variables has been studied in this research. Recognizing the role of these variables (by psycological methods such as logical thinking, responsibility and worry modification)could help taking an important step treating patients with OCD. The present research is aimed to investigate the prediction of the obssessive – Compulsive disorder, according to the positive and negative perfectionism, worry and responsibility. To achieve this aim ,118 students from ardebil azad university took part in an initial research, completing the positive and negative perfectionim inventory and maudsley obssessional and compulsive inventory (MOCCI), AHWAZ worry inventory(AWI) and responsibility attitude scale (RAS). The spss13 software was used to analyse the datas and the relation between the negative and positive perfectionism and OCD, was evaluated by stepwise regression method. The results of this research showed that the positive perfectionism and worry and resposibility had no role in prediction of the obssessive compulsive disorder.in contrast ,negative perfectionism predicted the obssessive compulsive disorder by stepwise regression method(p<0/05).

The music - means of achieving the psycho diagnostic and therapeutic objectives for alexithymic patients
The problems of adaptation and of reduced possibilities of expression and externalizing of the psychic or somatic suffering of alexithymic patients is a special attention among specialists, being outlined a set of measures taken to reduce these deficiencies. One of the methods with curative potential on the human psyche is the music therapy, which offers endless possibilities for improving somatic and mental suffering. The interest for this art grows, more so when the latest researches finds many advantages attributable to the music, this being achieved thanks to the action of sound vibrations on the cerebral cortex, which may serve as a means of stimulation and potentiation of some intellectual and affective processes. However, the music can accomplish the major goal in achieving a cathartic process, acting as a purifier to the accumulated negative emotions, present in alexithymic patients . To develop a deeper perspective into communicative sphere, invite you to the reflection on the influence of musicby designing an intervention process in the future and awareness of how this can be done. The moderating role of intrinsic motivation to know on the relationship between novelty seeking and video game playing
The present study investigated the moderating role of adolescent’s intrinsic motivation to know on the relationships between novelty seeking and video game playing among 400 Iranian adolescents. Results showed that novelty seeking was significantly related to video game for adolescents who have high level on intrinsic motivation to know. The Current findings highlight the importance the motivation of game on personality traits and video game.

The moderating effect of intrinsic motivation to accomplish on temperament, and computer game playing
The present study examined the moderating effect of adolescent’s intrinsic motivation to accomplish on the relationship between temperament and computer game playing among 400 Iranian adolescents. The findings highlighted that moderating effects of intrinsic motivation to accomplish moderated the relation between novelty seeking with video game playing (b= 2.15, p?.001). As a conclusion, intrinsic motivation to accomplish would influence on the relationships between novelty seeking and video game playing.

The Investigation of Social, Economical, and Emotional/Mental Factors Affecting the Giving up of Addiction
Undoubtedly, addiction has long been with different societies in different forms, and they [societies] have constantly been under its harmful effects. What appears so important is the manner of dealing with and the way of solving the problem which has always been under hot and chaotic arguments. Needles to say that no society desires to dissipate and/or extirpate its active, social, and economic human resources and precious institutions such as ‘the family’, only because of addiction, and this has caused the authorities to choose different strategies to eradicate the leech-problem. What proves very crucial among all is the change in people and authorities’ attitudes towards this highly undesirable phenomenon.
