Pleural, pancreatic and muscular metastasis of dermato fibro sarcoma: a report case and review of literature.
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a relatively rare skin tumor that is considered to have intermediate malignancy; it demonstrates frequent local recurrence, but systemic metastasis is rare [1]. A 38 year old male presented with multiple cutaneous nodular lesions of DFSP since 6 months, who underwent for CT scan that revealed distant metastasis to: the pleura, pancreas and psoas muscle.

Carotid web: a case report and literature review
A carotid web (CW), an atypical fibromuscular dysplasia, is rare and may cause ischemic stroke. It is challenging to recognize a carotid web promptly and treat it accordingly. We report a case of young man who has no history of stroke, and initially consulted for vertigo and cervical plusatility sensation.

Unusual association of intra-dural lipoma and myelomeningocele : case report and literature review
We report the case of an 18-month-old girl who presented a complex spinal dysraphism combining an intra dural lipoma and myelomemingocel. The coexistence of inradural lipoma and myelomeningocele is very rare. We will focus on the contribution of imaging to the diagnosis and follow-up of spinal dysraphim.

Desulphurization of Ultrafine Egyptian Coal by semi-coking & Wet High Magnetic Separation
A combination of semi-coking followed by wet high intensity magnetic separation has been used for the upgrading of El-Magara ultrafine Coal. The samples were semicoking at 550°C and then upgraded by the wet high intensity magnetic separator. Semi-coking of ultrafine coal decreases energy costs for its crushing and significantly increases magnetic properties of its mineral constituent. The factors effects on the processes were studied feeding rate, solid/liquid ratio and magnetic field intensity. The semi-coking coal in the size range of ?25?m with pyrite feed contains 2.1% was used for this study. At the end of this study the Sulphur decreased from 2.1 % to 0.45%.

Unusual Localisation of Aneurysmal Bone Cyst
Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a benign cystic lesion of bone composed of blood-filled spaces separated by connective tissue septa. it usually affects the metaphyseal in long bone (70-90%) and then vertebrae (15% of cases) Talus is an infrequent site of ABC and may be confused with other benign bone tumors because of its behavior less aggressive and his prognosis more favorable than the classical proximal lesions. The curettage with or without bone graft showed a high success rate to treat ABC of the talus cryosurgery for a recurrent lesion and talectomy as the last resort in some cases.

Colonialism, Military Intervention and Political Instability in Nigeria
The British colonial administration used the divide and rule system, thereby making sure that no part of Nigeria is seen as an integral part of the other. The indirect rule system worked only in Northern Nigeria, while protests characterized the system in the Eastern and Western parts of Nigeria. Indeed the warrant chiefs who became symbols of authority in Eastern Nigeria maintained stability in the country before Independence. Another feature, which characterized this period, was regionalism. This was the system in practice during the First Republic. It was based on the ability of each Region for compete autonomously for economic sustenance, but in reality, this was not feasible. Therefore, in 1966, the military overthrew the first democratically elected government of Sir Abubakar Tafawa Belewa. Thus, between General Aguiyi Ironsi and General Abdusalam Abubakar, the Military stayed in power for abut thirty-three years. This period was characterized by massive underdevelopment and human rights abuses. This paper therefore reviews this era of military interventions and their consequences to the Nigeria social and political climate.

The impact of self-efficacy on job performance in the banking sector of Spain
In this study, I explore the impact of self-efficacy of individuals on their job performance in the banking sector of Spain. In particular, this study explores different prevalent literature on self-efficacy and how it can lead to improvement or deterioration of individual’s performance in banks. The results highlight an important corporate level phenomenon. The results on the basis of robust statistical techniques support the proposed key arguments of the study.

Exploring the Human Resource and Business Strategies in the Middle East to COVID-19
The implications arising from the suddenness of emergence and rapid onset of the COVID-19 on business have been remarkable in disruptions to traditional employment, with the extreme virulence and fear of mortality of the disease. The aim of this qualitative, case study was to explore the strategies by the management of the Middle East (MEA) organizations and discern encountered by company management managers in the proactive adaptations necessary for complying with the healthcare mandates on safe distancing with business sustainability. The target population involved interviews of 5 managers in the MEA, who have provided insight into the strategies in addressing the challenges imposed by the pandemic. The key themes of this study were a) focus on maintaining business sustainability during the tough and debilitating period; b) pay more attention to employees' morale, motivation, and empathy; c) ensure training for employees to cope with innovation and to show prowess. The findings from this study may contribute to emerging knowledge of business adaptations in negotiating the difficult terrain of achieving business sustainability while protecting employees and by default, the community.

Lower Body Lift: Preoperative Markings, Surgical Procedure and Complications
The increasing prevalence of obesity and the development of bariatric surgery have led to the gradual development of skin redraping techniques. Body lifts is the unique solution for the large skin excesses that occur after massive weight loss. Body lifts are surgical procedures that are infrequently performed because the length of operating time increases the risk to the patient as well as the likelihood of surgeon fatigue. The goal of this article is to describe the surgical technique of the lower bodylift by positioning the scar correctly, using precise preoperative markings and how to prevent the most frequent complications.

Removal of toxic metals from aqueous solution using synthesized chitin (Poly [B-(1?4)-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine])
Aqueous media containing heavy metals from industries are directly or indirectly discharged into the environment to cause pollution and threat to human life. The bio-polymer chitin was synthesised using local snail shell to study the adsorption of lead, zinc and nickel from aqueous solution. The synthesis of chitin involves the following stages: (i) pre-concentration, (ii) demineralization, (iii) deprotonization and (iv) deacetylation. Chitin is characterized using analytical technique such as Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) to confirm the presence of chitin. This study shows the effect of pH, time, and adsorbent dosage removal efficiency of the metals in solution. The concentrations of Pb2+, Ni2+ and Zn2+ absorbed under different conditions was evaluated using atomic adsorption spectroscopy (AAS). The result shows that the optimum pH adsorption for Pb2+, Ni2+ and Cu2+ using chitin was found to be at pH 2 for the all metals (Pb2+, Ni2+ and Zn2+) with percentage removal efficiency (92.5%, 82.4%, 80%). The synthesized chitin has a potential of an adsorbent for the removal of heavy metals in aqueous solution.
