Prediction of ultimate strength of PVC-concrete composite columns using FIS models
The main objective of the present study is to predict the ultimate strength of PVC-concrete composite columns (a new type of composite columns consisting of a PVC tube filled with concrete). The study aimed at to investigate the potential of using fuzzy inference system (FIS) to predict the strength of the composite columns. Two models, Mamdani and Sugeno FIS model, having three inputs, one output, and twenty linguistic rules were constructed. The models were trained with input and output data. Using only the input data in trained models, the ultimate strengths values of PVC-concrete composite columns were found. According to the coefficients of correlations, both models have high prediction performance. The obtained values ewre very close to the experimental results. The average values of ratios of experimental to predicted ultimate loads were 0.994 and 0.999 for the Mamdani and Sugeno FIS model, respectively. Fuzzy inference system (FIS) model has been proved to be very effective in predicting the ultimate strength of PVC-concrete composite columns without attempting any experiments in a quite short period of time with tiny error rates.

On the stability of some fractional dynamical models Related to tumor cancer evaluation
In this article, we present a general fractional dynamical system related to cancer tumor. The considered model describes tumor – immune cell interactions using a system of fractional order differential equations. The conditions for global stability of cancer free state are studied, for the ague therapy fractional model. In order to stabilize or completely eliminate the cancer, we suggest suitable choices of functions and parameters in our fractional model.

Budgeting Indonesian Defense: It is not just Business as Usual
We develope the models of defense budget demand by bureaucratic model. To see the business usual characterstics, we assume defense spending is the degree of inertia of the budget period, because a group of actors who enter into, always want to maintain the status quo and their positions. The results shows that Indonesia's defense budget policies positively affected by last year's defense budget with a low level of sensitivity. Although still business as usual, but the military actors only gave little influence to the policy. We develope the models of defense budget demand by bureaucratic model. Essay of poultry manures hygienisation and amendment value improving in South Benin
Poultry manures are widely used in market gardening in South Benin. Several studies have shown that the use of raw poultry manures in market gardening has an impact on both the microbiological and chemical quality of the vegetables produced. Therefore, the hygienisation of these manures, through various composting processes, is necessary. The main objective of this research is to study the efficiency of aerobic composting and the anaerobic digestion of poultry manures in terms of reduction of pathogenic microbial load. To do this, poultry manure collected on a target farm in southern Benin was treated according to the two composting processes. Samples of the raw manure and humus obtained after composting were collected and analyzed in the laboratory for the count of the pathogenic flora. The quantum of Escherichia coli decreased by more than 90 % at the end of both processes, but aerobic composting was more effective than anaerobic digestion. On the other hand, there was a proliferation of coagulase-positive Staphylococcus and Clostridium perfringens whose quanta increased considerably at the end of the two processes, which can be justified by several factors whose redox potential of these two particular bacteria, conditions of the composting process and the hygiene of post-composting operations.
