Purchasing and supply management practices play very important role for the performance of the firm, both are recognized as key success factor for an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of purchasing and supply management practices with firm performance. In this research data is collected from 440 respondents with the help of questionnaire. The modeling includes regression technique to analyze impact of purchasing and supply management practices on firm performance. On the basis of results of the study it was found that the strategic purchasing and supply management practices have significant impact on firm performance. Study was carefully conducted. But there were some limitations. Research was conducted by covering small population of retail garment sector as in Rawalpindi and Islamabad Pakistan; it would be good if it is completed by covering more cities. 

In the first part of this work we will present the modelling of a high school information system with the use of WebProtege. System ontologies and class properties will be presented. In the second part we will present an introduction for SPARQL and examples of queries that were made, with the results returned to us.

Intracranial metastases from prostate cancer are unusual. It appears frequently in advanced castration- resistant prostate cancer. Their prognosis is very poor and mediane of survival does not exceed 4 months at maximum. Few systemic treatments cross the blood brain barrier. We report two cases of patients with two different localisations of intracranial metastases from adenocarcinoma of prostate cancer.

This paper takes a closer look at how the components of the Expressive Arts; dance, drama, music, visual art etc., disclose enormous potential in effecting positive attitudinal and behavioral change in its users. This research explores creativity, as a potential for change in three different special needs Schools in Ghana. The study also juxtaposes the creative connections of Rogers, (2004) with the Expressive Arts to attain thriving results. The Expressive Arts are therefore potential teaching tools for intervention to achieve change and transformation in these users. In these creative processes, the children are encouraged to develop their artistic potentials regardless of their intellectual shortfalls to allow development to proceed so that, the innate latent capacities of these special needs children are extracted and improved raptly to achieve healing, empowerment and self- development.

This study examines the Banking Concept of Education as it applies to Ghana’s educational system and to establish whether the educational reforms carried out over the years have made any impact in producing a meaningful alternative to the banking education. Through textual analysis of existing literature on the subject, the study found out that the banking concept of education has persisted in Ghanaian basic schools in spite of the numerous education reforms. This is because the teacher education curriculum does not make provision for any alternative pedagogic approach. The study therefore argues that in order to produce critically thinking students who will be able to proffer solutions to basic problems, creative dramatics must be included in the teacher training curriculum of the University Colleges of education, and incorporated into every discipline, so that every teacher will be trained to apply the concept of creative dramatics to enhance their teaching irrespective of the subject they teach.

As part of the comprehensive reforms in Kenya, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) introduced performance contracting initiatives to counter the unsatisfaction in services delivery systems. Thus, the study sought to explore the infrastructural challenges facing headteachers in the implementation of performance contracting in public primary schools in Nandi North Sub-County, Kenya. The study adopted an exploratory design with a sample size of 123 respondents sampled through stratified sampling. Data collection procedures involved the use of interviews. The headteachers are facing challenges that include inadequate training, lack ICT skills, etc. The study concluded that these concerns have impeded the implementation process and recommend that the headteachers be trained and facilitated.

With the increase in the number of mobile applications in the day to day life, essential thing is to keep track as to which ones are safe and which ones aren’t. One can’t judge how safe and true each application is based only on the reviews that are mentioned for each application. Hence it is a need to keep track and develop a system to make sure the applications present are genuine or not. The objective is to develop a system in detecting fraud applications before the user downloads by using machine learning. Sentimental analysis is to help in determining the emotional tones behind words which are expressed in online. This method is useful in monitoring social media and helps to get a brief idea of the public’s opinion on certain issues. The user cannot always get correct or true reviews about the product on the internet. We can check for user’s sentimental comments on multiple application. The reviews may be fake or genuine. Analyzing the rating and reviews together involving both user and admins comments, we can determine whether the application is genuine or not. Using machine learning, the machine is able to learn and analyze the sentiments, emotions about reviews and other texts. The manipulation of review is the key aspects of Application ranking fraud. By using Machine Learning, analyzing reviews and comments can help to determine the correct application for both Android and iOS platforms.
