Square wave anodic stripping voltammetric determination of Mebeverin hydrochloride in tablet and urine at carbon paste electrode
A simple and reliable square wave anodic stripping (SWAS) voltammetric method at carbon paste electrode (CPE) of Mebeverin hydrochloride (MEB) in pharmaceutical dosage forms (tablet) and in biological fluids (spiked and real urine samples) has been developed and evaluated. Different parameters such as medium, supporting electrolyte, pH, accumulation potential, scan rate and accumulation time, were tested to optimize the conditions for the determination of MEB. The adsorbed form is oxidized irreversibly under optimal conditions, viz., 0.1 M Phosphate buffer (pH~8), 0.1M KCl, a linear concentration ranges from 0.233 to 42.406 µg/mL of MEB, at accumulation times 60, 150 s, can be determined successfully. The standard addition method was used to determine the MEB in pure solutions, tablets and in biological fluids with satisfactory results. The data obtained are compared with the standard official method.

Linear equality constraint conditions for the second half of the variable coefficient model parameter estimation
Half a variable coefficient model is a variable coefficient model, this paper mainly discusses the useful promotion in linear equality constraints in the second half of variable coefficient model parameter estimation problem, this paper presents parameters in part equality constraints under double parameters of the conjugate gradient method and the parameters of part estimate, on the double parameters conjugate gradient method of the decline of the projection and convergence is proved by an example, the algorithm of the optimal inspection benign.

Microcontroller based power demand control and energy management system using zigbee
The aim of the paper is proposed to reduce the electrical power demand in domestic and industrial sectors. Through this technique the power supply is controlled and supplied is achieved. The electric supply is turned off when it crosses above the threshold power level; this switching is done with the help of relays. The power measurement is done with the help of power measuring circuit which is connected across the supply and to the microcontroller in which the programs are embedded. The ZigBee is employed to control and communicate with the power outlets. By using IR remote controller the various power outlets can be electrically ON and OFF condition. Using this technique the various power loads can be cutoff in priority wise.
