Green positioning: succeed with right content messages a review
This theoretical paper summarises arguments and findings pertaining to the impact of green product positioning strategies upon green perception. Substantive literature supports that the legitimacy of green claims is enhanced by combined use of definitive (rational) and symbolic (emotional) claims. The emotional and rational responses vary in their impact time period. Consumers have the environmental consciousness/attitude but fail to reflect it in their actions/behaviour. This attitude/behaviour gap exists due to lack of confidence in environmental claims. Also the role of regulatory authority in scrutinizing the form and content of green messages is important in eliminating deceptive claims. Legitimate green claims enhance green purchase confidence among consumers already possessing environment values. This paper is divided into five parts. Part I discusses elements of green positioning. Part II throws insight into how green perception determines the green consumer’s buying behaviour, part III sums up the ineffectiveness of green positioning strategies and discusses possible reasons for the behaviour- action gap. Part IV gives possible outcomes of this study in context to green positioning and its impact on psycho graphics and part V concludes and offers possible insights into better positioning, future marketing and academic prospects in the field of green content promotion.

Heeding the voices of the past: Experiencing and learning its lessons in knowledge economy
This research proposes a different conception of knowledge economy by examining knowledge as a philosophical term and by arguing against Peter Drucker’s conception of knowledge economy. It primarily seeks to address the problem on how the Philippine education responds to the challenge posed by knowledge economy as contrastively conceived here. The research explains how the performance of Philippine education in the past decades, though demonstrating quantitative growth particularly during the 60s and 70s, failed to produce a real qualitative growth adequate to impact on the Philippine knowledge economy. It also substantiates the writer’s claim that there are types of knowledge economy, and that of the Philippines exemplifies a particular type. Though it aims to reach the type of knowledge of economy that characterized those countries in the First World, the Philippine education has to harness first the potential of its present type of knowledge economy by improving the curriculum and teacher education as well as by focusing on BPO, Service-Oriented, and low-end technological courses. This paper ends by proposing a new curriculum for its basic education, secondary education, and tertiary education. It views additional two years of education not as one of the options anymore but the only option to address the present woes in education that are slowly becoming irreversible.

Histological alteration in ovary of the freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium kistensis exposed to cuprous oxide
Among the various biomarkers, the histological analysis of different organs may indicate the biological responses to an unfavorable situation, because often the prolongs exposure of the organism to toxic agents does not provoke death directly, but it affects the structure and function of organs of freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium kistensis. The experimental prawn treated with lethal concentration (LC50value) 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours and sublethal concentration (1/10th of LC50 of 48 hr) for 7, 14 and 21 days of cuprous oxide shows many histological changes in ovary. Histological observations of ovary following exposure cuprous oxide showed destruction of epithelial layer, degeration of oocytes, disorganization of nucleus, vacuolization at periphery, rupturing of follicular epithelium, shrinkage in ooplasmic material and damage of ovarian structure was observed after exposed to lethal and sublethal concentration.

Hydrogen adsorption on transition element-doped SWCNT
Density functional theory (DFT) studies H2 adsorption on transition element (TE) doped single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) using Dmol3 software. We consider transition element as Ti doped various sites on the surface of armchair (5,5) SWCNT. The simulation results shows that binding energy of H2 adsorption on Ti doped SWCNT is much higher than pure SWCNT. We calculate the density of states for doped and pure SWCNTs, which is a show dramatic change in their structure on adsorption of H2 molecules. This study shows that the transition element doped SWCNTs can be used as a good H2 storage at various sites.

Hypertension Epidemic in India- A Comprehensive Review of Clinical Features, Management and Remedies
Antihypertensive drugs are medicines that help lower blood pressure. Fast-moving lifestyles, unearthly hours at work, stress, addiction to alcohol and unhealthy meals are making more and more Indians fall prey to high blood pressure at a very young age. The biggest problem with hypertension is that there are no symptoms. Thus people tend to be unaware that they have hypertension. The prevalence of hypertension ranges from 20-40 per cent in urban adults and 12-17 per cent among rural adults. Business process outsourcing is a subset of outsourcing that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions or processes to a third-party service provider. It is typically categorized into back office outsourcing - which includes internal business functions such as human resource or finance and accounting, and front office outsourcing - which includes customer-related services such as contract centre services. The bpo industry is a people oriented industry and human capital largely contributes to the top line and bottomline of the company. Thus, one of the major functions of this industry is recruitment & selection of the right employee. Due to high attrition rates prevalent in this industry, hiring of employees needs to be a fast track job with aggressive timelines. If not done so, the organisation might get impacted on its profit margins. Therefore efficient and effective hiring of employees is very vital in this industry. Hiring is also the first platform when an eligible candidate comes in direct contact with the organisation. The image formed then is the image the candidate takes forward. This image so created by the candidates hence becomes the market/public image of the organisation, which is very significant for the success of the organisation. The present study seeks to apply the principles of six sigma in making the hiring process of the organisation efficient and time bound.
