The impact of organizational change towards employees’ performance in the banking sector in Malaysia
The main objective of this study is to analyze the impacts of organizational changes towards employees’ performance in the banking sector in Malaysia. The factors that will be discussed in this study include communication, leadership, procedural justice, employees’ development and tolerance to change. The location that been selected are Penang and Perak. A sample size of 450 respondents in the questionnaire had been conducted. The questionnaire was design and distributed through randomly sample to employees. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software had been used in order to run the reliability analysis, frequency analysis, explaining the correlation coefficient analysis and test of hypothesized relationships among the dependent variable and the independent variables. As a result, it had been found that communication, procedural justice, employees’ development and tolerance to change has positive significant relationship with employees’ performance. On the other hand, leadership has the negative significant relationship with employees’ performance.

The Relationship Between Test Anxiety, Multiple Intelligence (MI), and Iranian EFL Learners’ Writing Test Performance
The present study attempted to explore empirical evidence to see if there is an association between test anxiety, multiple intelligence (MI) and EFL learners’ writing test performance. To this end, a Multiple Intelligence Checklist, a Test Anxiety Scale, and one IELTS writing task were given to 40 upper intermediate participants from three classes of two language institutes. The results revealed that test anxiety and learners’ writing performance had a negative but not statistically strong correlation. Further, there was a significant correlation (sig= 0.039 < 0.05) between linguistic intelligence and writing test performance. Accordingly, language teachers should regard test fairness by helping learners who have low linguistic intelligence.

The special heart and respiration on networks using Christina theory
In this work we have proposed a new application on mobile to cater the well being of heart and we designing a new mobile which is incorporating with stethoscope. We call it as “Mobile Steth” with automatic application for suggesting the food and heart related problems. Mobile steth will record the user datum; with this datum critical label will be checked. If the subject (patient) reaches the critical label, mobile steth will initiates an alarm to their family members and if the subject needs it will fix appointment in the nearest hospital.

Timing and Frequency synchronization in OFDM
With the advent of OFDM for WLAN communications, as exemplified by IEEE 802.11a, it has become imperative to have efficient and reliable synchronization algorithms for OFDM WLAN receivers. The main challenges with synchronization deal with the delay spread and frequency offset introduced by the wireless channel. In this paper, research is done into OFDM WLAN synchronization algorithms, and a synchronizer implementation is presented. This synchronizer performs packet detection; frequency offset estimation, and time synchronization.

Tunneled Buccal Mucosa Tube Grafts for Repair of post-traumatic urethrastricture: Report of a case and Review of the Literature
Buccal mucosa has been used in both primary and salvage urethroplasties, as dorsal onlay. Ventral onlay, and as tubed grafts in posterior and anterior urethral strictures. It’s recommended as ideal graft material which offers many advantages: availability, easy and less infectious complications. Repeat urethroplasties were performed by excising the fibrous tissue around the stricture; buccal mucosa was then harvested from the inner cheek, made into graft tubing, and interposed into the defect. We report the results of our surgical experience with staged reoperation using BM, in the repair of post-traumatic membranous urethra stricture with loss of substance estimated to 5cm a patient of 22 years with complications after multiple failed repairs.

Two phase boundary layer flow and heat transfer using non-uniform grid
The knowledge of the structure of the boundary layer gives an idea to understand the capabilities of the atmosphere to dispose of pollutants. Finite difference technique with non-uniform grid is used to investigate the effect of various flow parameters on skin friction , heat transfer and other characteristics of two phase thermal boundary layer flow on a flat plate. Heat is diffused away from the heated surface for smaller values of Prandtl number Pr more rapidly than that of higher values of Pr. The particle density on the plate goes on increasing and attains a finite value of 3.5 at a far down stream station. The presence of coarser particles with high material density have an effect of increase in magnitude of particle velocity and particle phase density whereas to reduce the particle temperature. The increase in Prandtl number Pr is to increase the magnitude of carrier fluid velocity, particle velocity, particle phase density, coefficient of skin friction and Nusselt number where as to decrease the displacement thickness.

Velocity law under peer-review
By more than a decade, the contemplation on the velocity law took me as far as the human mind could inform of, where I wondered at that time; what is the relationship between all of the time, space and velocity?. This question was frequented my imagination impotent, whenever I tried to understand the extent of the relation between these two numbers: zero and one. The following questions are the source of inspiration: At first glance, may not seem to us that there is a relation between these questions and the velocity law, but if we tried to conduct a scientific investigation on the velocity law during a theory of the high credibility, we are surprised how the trick that brought to us by classical physics. I firmly believe that the answer of these questions will strongly solve the biggest enigma in our live. Let's see how we will be able to get the Mared (giant) out of its bottle, through this research.

Virtual information environments
The recovery of significance topics and associated sources from environment where the information is readily available. In this project, fusion system has been developed to handle the information assembly method. Hierarchal Hyperbolic SOM (H2SOM) network is used in this system to configure the information background for information seeking process and to recover the information for the significant topic. Activation network has been used to choose the related information with reference to the existing knowledge. This network is used to choose the appropriate information from the source. This project use association rule of Data mining to examine the recognized topics. Association rule will perform numerical testing to examine the recognized topics. This system will be implemented in several industries and most applicable domain is hospital industry. Information overload has been monitored by this system. In this system information assembly method will be achieved effectively.

Well-Dominated and Approximately Well-Dominated Graphs
We prove that the upper domination number of a graph does not increase when a vertex is removed from the graph. Moreover, we consider well-dominated graphs and their upper domination number. We also define approximately well-dominated graphs.

"Bladder Duplication”-Embryological basis and its clinical importance
Normally, humans have only one urinary bladder but it’s not so in the case of bladder duplication because more than one bladder is present in this case and it occurs as a result of an abnormal development of the body specifically the abnormal development of the urinary system during the fourth week of embryological development. Bladder duplication was classified by Abrahamson into two forms based on the degree of duplication; complete and incomplete bladder duplication. And also, it can be classified into sagittal or coronal duplication based on the position of the accessory bladder in relation to the normal bladder.
