Developments on Balanced Scorecard: A Historical Review
Balanced Scorecard is considered as the world widely used Performance Management System by organizations. Around 57% organizations of the world are using the Balanced Scorecard tool for improving their Organizational Performance. This technique of performance evaluation and management was coined by the Kaplan and Norton in 1992. From that date to now a lot of work has been done by the academicians and practitioner on the Balanced Scorecard. This study is summarizing the major studies conducted on Balanced Scorecard from 1992 to the present. Summing up all the criticism and appreciations on Balanced Scorecard, the study is suggesting some guidelines for improving the Balanced Scorecard in the light of previous researches conducted on Balanced Scorecard.

What extent do fees matter in the process by which students select their university?
The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of the university tuition fees on the education market in the UK. The aim is to identify university tuition fees and whether they are important in the decision making when choosing a university and the extent of this importance in different students. 100 students from the north campus of the London Metropolitan University were chosen as the sample for this research. Because of the significant differences between the respondents of this research and previous studies (which are mentioned in this paper’s literature review), a structured interview was conducted to find out the importance of the factors for choosing a university. A multi answer survey is conducted to collect data about the extent of each factor plus. This study uses the mix method approach; Qualitative and Quantitative method. The result of this study shows increasing university fees is more important for young students than mature students and there is a relation between increasing fees and the students expectation of university facilities.

Modernize the logo of the brand loyalty of customers (Case study: Iran Khodro)
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the new logo of the brand loyalty of the customer (in the case of vehicles), respectively. Descriptive study - an analysis of the survey is. The study population consisted of all car owners who have bought a car from Iran Since the total population of over 100 thousand people are The 384 samples were selected according to Morgan. Since there is no standard questionnaire for this study Therefore, a number of questions from the Latin sources and questionnaires were developed with the guidance counselor. Then, using descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software to analyze the collected data. Analysis of the data shows That All research hypotheses are confirmed And Iran is the new logo of the car and there is a significant relationship between customer loyalty.

Perception among the pass out graduates of different universities regarding challenges faced by graduate’s business education (Evidence from Pakistan)
The objective of this paper is to explore perception among the pass out graduates of different universities regarding challenges faced by graduates’ business education in Pakistan. A total of 300 respondents were randomly selected from different universities of Pakistan giving a response rate of 83 percent. The selection was made through simple random sample. The data obtained through questionnaire. The result of this study revealed that most of the respondents are satisfied regarding major reason of joining MBA programme. MBA programme helps in career development, deliver managerial skills, provide good opportunity of employability. Above 70 percent respondents working in well reputed organizations at top and middle level management, rest of them at lower level and non-managerial and they have completed their degree in full time programme before joining organization. It was found also that they have good business insight and career development. Overall result shows that 80 percent respondents have achieved their goal and made improvement in career, work status and management abilities. The result shows that all skills important for employer but most important are managerial, conceptual and interpersonal skills that MBA programme must deliver.
