Studying the influence of intellectual capital on gaining competitive strength
The purpose of writing the current paper is to survey the effect of intellectual capital on competitive advantage in Abyek cement Company. Two separated questionnaires about intellectual capital (contains human, organizational and relational capitals) were designed and after proving their validity and reliability distributed among 277 employees in Abyek Company. The results of applying Pearson and Regression test explained that intellectual capital and its indices have positive and meaningful influence on competitive advantage in which the effect of human and relational capital was more than organizational capital. The result of applying Entropy technique proved the mentioned results. Finally it was found that all variables apart from human capital were placed in high levels.

Synthesis, Characterization and anti-HIV Activity of 4-hydroxy-3-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrano[3,2-c]chromene-2,5-dione
Substituted 4-hydroxy -2H,5H pyrano (3,2-C) chromene – 2,5 – dione (I) have been prepared by 4-Hydroxy coumarin when treated with phosphorus oxychloride and zinc chloride. (I) on reaction with acetic acid and phosphorous oxychloride to give 3- acetyl 4-hydroxy -2H,5H pyrano (3,2-C) chromene – 2,5 – dione (II). Which on heating with ethyl acetate and pulverized sodium metal for several hours afforded 4-hydroxy-3-(3-oxobutanoyl)2H,5H pyrano(3,2-c)chromene-2,5-dione (III) . (III) when treated with ethanol and phenyl hydrazine afforded to give 4-hydroxy-3-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrano[3,2-c]chromene-2,5-dione (IV). Several of similar derivatives were also synthesized. The structures of the synthesised compounds have been assigned on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, NMR and mass spectral studies.

The determinants of e-relationship quality on e-satisfaction in hotel websites
This study aims to investigate the determinants of e-relationship quality on e-satisfaction in Malaysian hotel websites. The objectives of this study are to investigate the association between determinants of e-relationship quality and e-satisfaction. This research adopts the quantitative method (correlational design) so that the questionnaire could be sent to a large number of informants, making the collection of great samples feasible. The researcher gathered data through survey and used close coding to code the data as well as constant comparative methods to analyze them. In addition, based on the aim of this study, 150 respondents were randomly selected by using the accidental sampling method comprised of Malaysian adult male and female with age ranging from 25 to above 65 years old. This survey was conducted in Malaysian hotels which are located in Kelang Valley. The findings revealed that the communicational function, followed by relational function and transactional function was the most important dimensions that would affect customer e-satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings of this study indicated that there is a positive relationship between the e-relationship quality and e-satisfaction.

The effect of watching captioned movies on Iranian learners’ vocabulary learning at pre-intermediate level
This research study investigated the effects of captioned and non-captioned movies on learning vocabulary of Iranian English learners. Sixty pre-intermediate Iranian male and female students aged between15-18 took part in this research study. They were divided into two groups: control and experimental group. The control group was exposed to non-captioned movie and the experimental group was exposed to captioned movie. The video clip was called “Victorious” which was created by Dan Schneider in 2010. The students were shown one part of this clip and asked to focus on sentences and vocabularies. Before watching the movies, they were given a standard test of proficiency, Oxford Placement Test (OPT). After determining their level and before watching the film, the students were given a test on the vocabularies based on captions as a pre-test to make sure they didn't know the words. After watching the movie, they were given a 80 target vocabulary items. Based on inferential statistics, the findings showed that the experimental group who was exposed to captioned movie outperformed the non-captioned group.

Transformer’s internal short circuit fault detection by using transmission line model
In this study, a new approach is proposed for modeling power transformers internal faults by using transmission line model (TLM) and also presented a method to forecasting these kinds of faults by monitoring the effect of partial discharges on transformer primary side current. These monitoring actions boost the reliability of power system. Simulating and detecting loop to loop and loop to ground faults between the desired Transformer’s coil wires in early stages is advantage of this method. Finally, Transformers TLM is implemented with Matlab for observing this method. Simulation results verified application of proposed modeling technique for studying and detecting power transformers different short-circuit faults conditions.

Wood Anatomy of Mistletoe-Infected Wood of Tectona grandis Linn. F
Anatomical features of infected wood of teak (Tectona grandis) were investigated in this study. Mistletoe-infected trees were sectioned and examined under a light microscope in order to ascertain the extent of infestation of the parasite, especially the haustoria, on the wood species. Wood micrographs of healthy Tectona grandis were presented, while photomicrographs of the infested wood sections revealed patches of deposits which were noticeable at the tangential section in the parenchyma cells. Upon examination and in comparison to sections from healthy Tectona grandis, it was observed that the deposits might have been as a result of the wood response to the infestation of the parasite (mistletoe). The materials which seemed to plug part of the rays were associated to the parasite activities in the wood rays, as the areas mostly infected were the parenchyma cells where food materials are normally stored in wood. The study revealed that impact of Mistletoes goes beyond the peripheral of the bark region but further into the host wood microstructures.

“Turnover lead to more turnover” The effect of organization culture and job climate on employee retention in Pakistan
This study investigated the employee retention dependency on predictor variables like training program, incentive programme, co-worker social support, working hours and union representation. For this purpose data have collected from individuals in four banks and government employee who are living in government colonies in Pakistan. Total population was approximately 550 and sample size 226 has been used for collecting data. The regression test is used to check dependency of employee retention on predictor variables. the result of the study indicate that employee retention depend more on incentive program, union representation, co-worker social support, and less on working hours and supervisory program. However incentive program is more significant predictor variable for employee retention than other variable.
