As a result of globalization the world is getting closer day-by-day and transforming into universal community. The organizations are in progressive state and converting into a hub of culturally varied individuals. This diversity is good as it brings significant prospective like innovative thinking, improved judgement, inspiration, etc. But on the other side,these cultural discrepancies have also become the root cause of clashes, encounters, intricate situations and communication collapse, etc. Among all these issues, communication can be considered as one of the biggest challenges of multicultural organizations, as different area employees’ speak different languages and unable to communicate effectively.This ineffective communication leads to a state of confusion and ambiguity among employees, partners and customers. Due to unsuccessful projects, business partners and customers become unsatisfied and organizations get converted into a dejected place. The purpose of this paper is to know that how communication is acting as a challenge in multicultural organizations. With the help of the existing literature the authors have made an attempt to explore the various factors which make communication, a challenge to Multicultural organizations, and to explore what all are the areas which may get affected due to dearth of productive multi-cultural communication and suggestions are given to overcome these barriers. Compatibility of implements with tractors has direct impact on quality of work (planting and tillage). To determine the degree of compatibility, data were collected from 310 tractor users throughout Kurdistan, West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, Kermanshah and Hamadan provinces in Iran by random sampling method using Cochran’s formula. Each questionnaire sheet had six check boxes indicating different levels of satisfaction (excellent, very good, good, moderate, weak and very weak) with the values of 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, respectively. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.67 obtained for the questionnaires. The results showed that the slope of land had significantly negative effect on compatibility of tractors with the equipment. Also tillage and planting equipment were less compatible with MF240 tractor. MF285 tractor was incompatible with all the equipment used. On the other hand, MF399, because of its high traction capacity, observed to be the most compatible with equipment. Results also showed that the farmers' education had direct impact on compatibility between tractor and implements. Providing the farmers with more knowledge about the compatibility factors, draft and implement adjustments through CDs and manuals as well as short training courses may help to overcome tractor-implement incompatibility problems.

In this paper, we propose to integrate Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), Genetic algorithm (GA) and Gantt chart (GC) for scheduling a construction project. Here, earliest start (ES) and earliest finish (EF) times of the activities are considered. Then, the parents, which depend on ES and EF, are selected from the uniform distribution. Crossover and mutation are implemented on the offspring for a better solution. The fitness, which represents the total cost, is computed. As a result, the finishing time and the cost expended for the project are minimized. In conclusion, the efficiency of the approach proposed is shown.

Correlation measure is an important tool in the field of fuzzy, rough and neutrosophic environments. The main aim of this paper is to introduce the correlation measure for rough neutrosophic refined sets. This concept is the extension of correlation measure of neutrosophic sets and intuitionistic fuzzy multi sets. Finally, using the correlation of rough neutrosophic refined set measure, the application of medical diagnosis and pattern recognition are presented.

The main purpose of this research is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility initiative of the state bank of India on the customer satisfaction. A conceptual frame work comprised of four elements (economic, social, legal and philanthropic) developed by carroll 1991 is used to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility on customer satisfaction. A multivariate likert scale (1-5) has been developed with one additional dimension customer satisfaction. A sample of 192 customers of the bank has been used to collect the data. Regression and correlation analysis is conducted using SPSS 22 on full version of data to generate the result of analysis. The results show that there is a significant and positive impact of CSR dimensions on customer satisfaction. Also this research shows that economic CSR have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. This result is confirmed by correlation analysis. Correlation analysis shows that the CSR positively and significantly correlated with customer satisfaction. Hence the research found that there is significant and strong positive relationship between improved customer satisfaction and CSR. This study concluded that improving customer perception of CSR practices such as legal, ethical and philanthropy CSR will improve customer satisfaction. Therefore the banks should take initiatives to improve their CSR practices to enhance customer satisfaction

Bioinformatics is a science typically associated with databases in genomics and proteomics and structure and Function information for genes and proteins, of all forms of life on earth. In the past decade there has been a ‘cyber-war’, with the introduction of a number of biological databases on genomics and proteomics. The major aim here is to introduce data mining techniques as an automated means of reducing the complexity of biological data in large bioinformatics databases and of discovering meaningful, useful patterns and relationships in data. The main purpose of data mining in the field of bioinformatics is the mining of complex data which is fast growing and can be said to be outgrowing our processing power.

Electronic Mail is the “killer network application”. It is ubiquitous and pervasive. This paper presents an implemented framework for data mining behavior models from email data. There are different methods for detection of spam through email. The main goal is to develop a method that outperforms the existing methods in terms of detection of spam, ham and wrongly classified spam, that is, the accuracy of the proposed method is higher compared to the other existing methods. The other goal is to implement the proposed algorithm for reducing the time. So, to recapitulate, this paper deals with the accuracy and process timing based on prioritization of detecting email messages.

This paper describes the study of coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of as-cast and heat treated aluminium 7075/ SiC composites. These composites were subjected to different aging durations. The stir casting technique is used to prepare the castings. Castings were machined in accordance with ASTM standards followed by heat treatment process. All the castings were aged to different periods of 1hr, 3hr, 5hr at an aging temperature of 175 oC. Coefficient of thermal expansion tests were performed in both as-cast and heat treated conditions. In each case the coefficient of thermal expansion values were found to increase with increase in aging durations. Solution heat treatment at 530 oC followed by artificial aging at 175 oC found to increase in dimension change of every specimen tested. The coefficient of thermal expansion curves exhibited some residual strains, which were decreased with the increase in aging durations.

The study was carried out to ascertain the antioxidant effect of vitamin E on sub-acute toxicological effects of alpha cypermethrin in male albino rats using hepatic enzymes aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (Alkphos) as indicators. Nine albino rats divided into 3 groups were fed diets mixed with vitamin E for 2 weeks to saturation prior experiment were administered with alpha cypermethrin intraperitoneally at concentrations of 50, 100 and 500mg /kg concentrations while the 4th group of 3 albino rats were fed normal rat diet with distilled water and injected with physiological saline and compared with albino rats fed normal rat diets administered with alpha cypermethrin intraperitoneally at similar concentrations. The result showed dose dependent significant increases in mean ± SEM Aspartate transaminase, Alanine transaminase and Alkaline phosphatase in the cypermethrin treated when compared with the vitamin E treated male albino rats (P< 0.05). Alpha cypermethrin elicited severe dose dependent changes in the hepatic enzymes, while treatment with vitamin E reduced enzyme activities in male albino ratswith milder alterations. The results of this study have shown that vitamin E conferred some level of protection on Alpha cypermethrin treated male albino rats.
