Customer Relationship Management is the philosophy, policy and coordinating strategy and some might say “the art” of connecting different players within an organization so as to manage their efforts in creating an in general valuable series of experiences, products and services for the client. For instance, the CRM “personal touch” can help to improve customer satisfaction, generate great “word of mouth,” and increase revenue. In this way, CRM helps companies distinguish, in addition to anticipate, the needs of existing and potential customers. Functions that hold up this business idea include sales, marketing, customer service, training, professional development, performance management, human resource development, and reimbursement. Many CRM proposals have failed because performance was limited to software installation without coalition to a customer-centric strategy. In any organization customer should be in the top priority in their list. In today’s business nobody owns customer but customer owns the vender. In order to be successful and viable in 21st century a company must have customer-centric capability. In RFC it is essential to make its business more customers oriented by implementing CRM. The customers at CRM are looking for not only service but also excitements. The customers of RFC are also looking for organized, safer and valuated service rather than other competitors. The main reason for this is that it is one of the oldest schools in the vicinity that is Transport Canada approved Flight Training School. To make it happen have to follow some strategy which will determine the directions of success. Target segment, behavior and positioning as long as strategy, structure, process, human resource and reward to follow. The structure to process, reward the people to motivate them towards the main goal of the company. All of these must be consistent among themselves. In RFC, CRM have to introduce to improve its services, which will lead the club to its goal. RFC customer we find in every segment has their own demands but core goal in the same.

Seasonal Changes in Cardiac Response, in Lamellidens Corrianus, from Nandrabad Pond
Bivalve and gastropod molluscs undergo large changes in external environmental conditions, as well as in internal state. Cardiac responses to these changing conditions have been recorded in a variety of species. There is a general tendency for heart rate, and presumably cardiac output, to increase in response to situations that would increase the load on respiratory and excretory systems. Changes in molluscan heart function in many cases appear not to be mediated directly by cardiac nerves, but rather by such indirect mechanisms as changes in blood constituents or mechanical, homodynamic affects the endogenous factors but the change in exogenous factors to affects the cardiac response. In the present investigation the heart beat rate was maximum in monsoon and minimum in winter season which is correlated few environmental factors. Key words: heart beat, Lamellidens corrianus and seasons.

Structural and magnetic characterization of martensitic Ni2MnGa polycrystalline ferromagnetic shape memory alloy
Ferromagnetic shape memory alloys (FSMAs) are keenly investigated due to their Shape Memory Effect (SME), high frequency response and large magnetic field-induced strain. Polycrystalline Ni53.2Mn24.6Ga22.1 alloy was synthesized by arc-melting technique. X-ray diffraction revealed that annealed alloy at 1073 K exhibit a well-defined 5M structure .Scanning Electron Microscope image confirms the twinned martensite plate with magnetic domain walls. It is worthy to notice that a high saturation magnetization of 65 (emu/g) and martensitic transformation temperature of TM (334 K) are found by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer and Differential Scanning Calorimetry.

Study of Behavior of Steel Fiber Concrete
In this modern age, civil engineering constructions have their own structural and durability requirements. Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) is a composite material made primarily from hydraulic cements, aggregates and discrete reinforcing fibers. Fiber incorporation in concrete, mortar and cement paste enhances many of the engineering properties of these materials such as fracture toughness, flexural strength, resistance to fatigue, impact, thermal shock and spalling. The SFRC is a composite material made of cement, fine and coarse aggregates and discontinuous discrete steel fibers. Recently developed an analytical model to predict the shear, torsional strength and bending torsion behavior of fiber reinforced concrete beam with experimental substantiation. However, very little work has been reported in combined torsion and shear. Similarly to beam with conversional reinforcement, the presence of shear may significance influence on torsional strength of fiber concrete beams. Present investigate the mechanical properties like as shear strength, and torsion strength of concrete with different types of steel fiber with constant volume fractions and different aspect ratio.
