Cleaning Validation of Losartan Potassium Tablets on Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipments
This study is to establish the procedure of cleaning validation of Losartan Potassium tables on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipments and analytical method validation by UV spectroscopy. This study develops a procedure and validation analytical method by UV spectroscopy used in cleaning validation. This study is aimed to produce a simple and validated method by UV Spectrophotometer for cleaning validation and develop a system as compliance to the regulatory bodies like USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc. The method gave good results as compared to official books and guidelines. The analysis of samples by UV is easy as compared to other sophisticated instruments like HPLC, TC. Samples are analyzed effectively by UV Spectrophotometer.

Comparative analysis of the effect of attendance on academic performance of management and finance course students
The fact that attendance has a positive effect on the performance of students has been studied by many researchers. This paper provides some evidence on the assumption that the subject of finance requires more teacher-student interaction than the subject of management. Thus attendance and academic performance has more strong relationship for finance than for management subjects. The 170 responses collected from students were analyzed through OLS technique. A stronger positive relationship of attendance and performance was found for Finance as compared to Management. The findings can be applied for other subjects, keeping in view the technicality and non-technicality of the subjects. The limitation in the research has been the variability in the personality of teachers and also the students, which can be very difficult to measure correctly and thus the finding can be different in different scenarios.

Comparison of medical image and video segmentation using various algorithms
Image segmentation is an essential but critical component in low level vision image analysis, pattern recognition, and in robotic systems. It is one of the most difficult and challenging tasks in image processing which determines the quality of the final result of the image analysis. Image segmentation is the process of dividing an image into different regions such that each region is homogeneous. The problem of segmenting the image and/or the video content into meaningful pieces of information is of crucial importance for further steps such as 3-D shape reconstruction, object and event recognition, etc. Video segmentation is different from segmentation of a single image. While several correct solutions may exist for segmenting a single image, there needs to be a consistency among segmentations of each frame for video segmentation. Various image segmentation algorithms are discussed. Some examples in different image formats are presented and overall results discussed and compared considering different parameters.

Comparison of Vitamin E and Omega3 effects on oral dryness
To determine whether vitamin E and omega-3 supplementations could increase saliva production and reduce oral dryness, 60 patients with oral dryness received either vitamin E (n=30) or omega-3 (n=30) in a three month prospective clinical trial. There was a significant saliva volume increase in vitamin E group (p<0.001) before and after taking the supplementation; However no significant saliva volume change was seen in omega-3 group (p=0.999). In this study vitamin E supplementation was found to be significantly better than omega-3 and significantly effective to improve oral dryness.

Corporate social responsibility of business - an Indian scenario
The operation of a business enterprise affect a wide spectrum of society. The resources that are used not only limited to those of the proprietors but also from many connected with the enterprises - the share holders, the suppliers of material resources, the consumers, the local community and the society at large. Hence, a business enterprise has to be socially responsive so that a social balance is struck between the conflicting interests of business and society. The Social responsibility of business refers to what the business shall do, over and above the statutory requirement, prescribed by the government for the benefit of the society. The word responsibility connotes that the business has some moral obligations to the society. The government of India enacted many labour welfare and social security legislations to ensure social justice. The objective of the government is to provide good working ambiance to the labour force working in different environment and to improve their standard of living by the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility by the corporate.

Culture of human resource management in the globalizing world
Indian economy has been growing at the rate of 8-9% during the last three years thus placing it in the top ten economies in the world. According to one estimate India will be the third largest economy by 2012. Another indication of growing India’s international visibility is the growing number of Indian multinational companies in the area of software services, Information Technology, ITES, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Finance, Petroleum, iron and steel, retail and services. It means more and more companies will open their production facilities and offices outside India. Indian companies have to see as to what styles of management are appropriate in their global operations.

Design a Fuzzy Model for Evalustion of Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the University
The main purpose of this study is to assess the level of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior By Mathematics Model. The Secondary objectives of the study is to assess the impact of organizational justice on the Organizational Citizenship behavior of the Faculty Members and staff in Shahre-Rey Branch of Islamic Azad University. The research is based on fuzzy Delphi method. Component of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior appropriate features have been extracted through interviews with experts and data Were analyzed by using Fuzzy Delphi. To determine the level of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, the adaptive fuzzy inference system is used. To assess the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior Pearson correlation test was used and chi-square test was implimented To analyze the differences between the components of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Research findings showed that Relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior is positively and directly and The correlation coefficient is 0.963. Procedural justice has the greatest impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Distributive justice with correlation coefficient of 0.981 have the greatest impact on the Sportmanship Among the components of organizational citizenship behavior.

Design of an intelligent SMS based remote metering system
Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) is a state-of-the-art technology for reading electric, gas or water meter readings automatically from a remote place without any human intervention. Remote metering promises fast and accurate billing system. In this paper, a technique for remotely reading electricity meter readings using Short Message Service (SMS) has been illustrated. Existing Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) networks have been used for sending and receiving SMS. A prototype of the system has been designed and developed for system exploration and experiment.

Design of efficient reversible multiplier using reversible gate
Multiplier is a basic arithmetic cell in computer arithmetic units. The energy consumption in computation turns out to be deeply linked to the reversibility of the computation. The primary objective of this paper was to gain insight into the Reversible Computation and its use for making circuits energy efficient for long life. In the recent years, reversible logic has emerged as a promising technology having its applications in low power CMOS, quantum computing, nanotechnology, and optical computing. In the proposed work, we synthesized a parity preserving reversible multiplier circuit with the help of existing fault tolerant Toffoli gate and SCG gate. Here partial products are generated using Toffoli gate and final sum is carry out using SCG gate. The proposed design is best compared to existing in terms of garbage output, constant input, power consumption.

Developmental stages of eggs of giant African land snail (Archachatina marginata)
One hundred (100) mature black-skinned ectotype of giant African land snails (Archachatina marginata) were managed intensively in wooden cages to generate eggs used to investigate the developmental stages of eggs. The eggs laid by the black-skinned ectotype of snails were partial cracked by the side and a small portion of the shell using pin opened up for microscopic examination at two days interval. The microscopic examination and photographs of the internal structures of the eggs revealed that embryo and shell formation took place between the eighth and fourteenth days. From days eighteen to twenty, the snails were found to be completely formed. The baby snail or hatchling crawled out of the egg’s shell on the twenty-four day, marking the incubation period for the eggs of black-skinned ectotype of A. marginata to be 24 days.
