Self- efficacy as moderator for absorptive capacity and knowledge acquisition
The objective of this paper is to investigate the role of self-efficacy as a moderator between individual’s absorptive capacity and knowledge acquisition behaviour among engineers in the electrical and electronic (E&E) sector in Malaysia. The study utilized survey method to collect the data. There were 305 responses for the survey. Partial least square (PLS) properties of structural equation modelling (SEM) were used to measure the interaction between absorptive capacity and self-efficacy and its effect knowledge acquisition. The study found no support for self-efficacy as a moderator between the two variables.

Significance of Periodontal Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics in Adjunctive Orthodontic Treatment
Introduction: Coordination and team work between periodontists and orthodontists plays vital role to boost clinical outcomes of mutual therapies concerning interdisciplinary. Furthermore, imprints on orthodontic therapy by reduction in usual treatment time and resisting anchorage loss Methods: Teamwork of orthodontia and periodontia specialties can create imprints to improve periodontal health as a result of orthodontic treatment. However, equal and reciprocal important that maintenance of periodontal health boosts orthodontic treatment success. Hence, it clears that, interdisciplinary approaches of periodontology and orthodontia plays major role in existing treatment alternatives like periodontal accelerated osteogenic orthodontics (PAOO). Results: PAOO technique may defined as modified decortication with bone grafting augmentations to facilitate faster orthodontic treatment outcome than conventional approaches with least trauma to root and underlying and associate structures. This technique utilizes natural bone remodeling process i.e.( transient nature of demineralization-remineralisation process in healthy tissues). Implications of PAOO technique in healthy hard and soft (bone and periodontium) tissue leads to supplementary advantages like reduced orthodontic treatment time, increased bone volume and post-orthodontic stability. Conclusion: Pedestal of existing literature, our aim is to present a comprehensive knowledge and idea of PAOO technique for clinician and readers.

The present paper emphasizes the need to promote specific skill development programmes of a higher order with a Public Private partnership between the Government and Industry, various educational institutions, NGO’s etc. Further, as preliminary steps are being taken by the Government under the name of Skill Development Initiative, the Corporate houses & industrial associations can play a vital role under the umbrella of the new CSR law to make the ‘Make in India’ mission a ground reality. The paper also goes on to critically assess the ongoing programmes implemented by the Central Government as well as the State Governments including both the Public and Private sectors, to nurture the talent of youth so that they can become employable and also understand various aspects of industrial activity required for setting up their own businesses. For this purpose relevant data have been collected from secondary sources and analysed to draw a meaningful conclusion. Statistical overview of decay of glorious past of popular handloom weavers in Andhra Pradesh, India
The handloom industry in Andhra Pradesh is famous for its age old weaving craft next to agriculture. Located in Andhra Pradesh Prakasham district, Chirala mandal is famous for its specialized weaving craft. Considering entire district of Prakasham 95% of total textile production comes from Chirala mandal alone stretching from Eepurupalem - Vetapalem - Pandilla palli, a stretch of 16 Kms length. In Chirala mandal itself some 300 varieties of fabrics were produced. Some of the world famous Tie and Die products are taken birth in Chirala. Chirala is known as second Mumbai. However it is observed that this traditional cottage industry is losing its attractive occupational status forcing the weavers to migrate to other occupations out of desperation. In the year 2007 around 15,000 weaver families have already migrated to other occupations, but even of course the weaver families are still continuing to hope for a bright future on day or the other. The income from these highly skilled weaver products are not able to produce an honorable living by solely depending upon this occupation resulting in migration to other occupations. The present study is under taken to understand the grievances of the weavers and also the weavers shifted to other professions.

Statistics for social science: structural equation modeling approach
The paper attempts at introducing Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as an advanced analytical technique in the area of social and behavioural research. Although other multivariate analytical techniques are equally being employed by the social and behavioural scientist, SEM provides a more holistic analysis and handles complex models. A literature review was conducted and consequently, the procedure, merits and demerits of SEM were revealed. It was concluded that the SEM is superior to other multivariate analytical techniques such as Analysis of Variance, Multivariate Analysis of Variance, Factor Analysis and Regressions.

Studies on alkaloid yield in mutants of Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don. through character correlation and path analysis
Study on the relationship between alkaloid yield and it’s components will improve the efficiency of breeding programs to select the appropriate mutant with higher economy to fulfill the world demand for vincristine and vinblastine, with a view of it’s clinical importance. The comparative study on the morphometric variations on the mutants of C. roseus revealed that plant height and pollen diameter is positively correlated with each other through character correlation. The relative importance of each agronomical component in determining alkaloid yield in mutants of Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don. is achieved by partitioning into direct and indirect effects through path co-efficient analysis. The number of leaves and dry matter yield has direct effect on alkaloid yield with increased number of follicle/ plant. The increment in number of leaves/ plant resulted in increase dry matter yield with higher alkaloid yield. The vindoline, catharanthine and vincristine have direct effect but vinblastine pose indirect effect on alkaloid yield.

Studying the relationship between spiritual leadership and job satisfaction
Nowadays, the most important resource for organizations is human resource. Employing, maintaining and supporting employees are the key task or organizations’ leaders. So providing their job satisfaction helps managers to get organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of writing this paper is to survey the relationship between spiritual leadership and employees’ job satisfaction. To measure the research variable two separated questionnaires were designed and after providing their validity and reliability distributed among 234 people of Behnoosh Company. The results of using Spearman test show that there are positive and meaningful relationship between spiritual leadership and its dimensions with job satisfaction; meanwhile commitment was the most important criterion. No relationship between employees’ demographic characteristics and their job satisfaction was found by applying Chi-square test. Finally the results of Binomial test illustrated all variables apart from “altruism” were placed in appropriate levels.

Survey of aeromycoflora present in vegetable and fruit market
Airspora constitutes fungal spores, pollen, bacteria, hyphal fragments, insect’s scales, etc. Some of them are toxic and causing serious health hazards in human being, as well due to their higher concentration in the air creates environmental pollution. Among them fungal forms were taken into consideration to find out the status of various types of allergic and pathogenic spores at various places and their role in causing health hazards to plants and human beings. In vegetables and fruit market, airspora contain mostly fungal spores which are known to cause the diseases to vegetables and fruits and various allergies to human beings. The present aerobiological investigation was carried out by using Rotorod air Sampler for the period of one year. Total 17 fungal forms were recorded during the study period. Aspergillus (12.2%), Rhizopus (8.3%), Exosporium (7.7%), Sporidesmium (6.8%) and Curvularia (5.7%) were recorded as the predominant forms whereas Alternaria, Bispora, Heterosporium, etc. were found with comparatively less concentration. It was observed the concentration of the spores in the air varies from season to season probably due to variation in meteorological parameters. The dominance of name of the fungi in the air of vegetables and fruit market indicates their possible role in the damage of vegetables and fruits. The vegetables and fruit market environment had higher population of Aspergillus and Penicillium indicating possible source of contamination. Fungal spores are one of the chief components of aeromycoflora known to induce various allergic disorders in human beings.

Synthesis and characterization of a new noncentrosymmetric organic-inorganic hybrid material C7H7N2•NO3
The crystal structure of the title organic-inorganic hybrid material C7H7N2•NO3 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric orthorhombic space group Pca21 with the lattice parameters a = 15.824 (1), b = 6.5461 (4), c = 16.215 (1) (6) Å, V = 1679.64 (18) Å3, and Z = 8. The framework is built upon layers parallel to (0 0 1) made up from the nitrate anions and the ammonium groups associated by N---H...O and N---H...N hydrogen bonds. The organic entities are interconnected via weak C-H…N hydrogen bonds involving the nitrogen atoms of the nitrile groups, leading to an infinite one-dimensional chains running along the a-axis. These chains are located alternatively on either side of the ionic layers. Results from solid state 1H, 13C and 15N spectroscopy are in good agreement with the X-ray structure. Density functional theory calculations allowed for the assignment of some carbon and nitrogen peaks to the independent crystallographic sites. The IR spectrum is dominated by the antisymmetric stretching mode of NO3-, which splits into two components indicating that the symmetry of the nitrate anion is lowered by interaction with the ammonium group.
