Web Based Design for Academic Management System and E-Learning Portal
The Academic Management System is useful to both students and Faculties for Time table, Lesson Plan, Log Book upkeeping , viewing circulars sent by authorities , on-line assignment submission capability, Internal Marks entry, attendance and Mentoring and prepare the final report to be sent to parents. This system is developed as Web Application in ASP/ASP.Net for front end and MS SQL Server as the backend. Security is achieved by using SQL injections prevention codings and encrypted cookies and sessions. Username and password also given only in encrypted form. This automated implementation in our University environment has eased the work-load and enhanced the work efficiency of faculty members and students also feel happy to receive instantly all their Academic Information.

Work social support and performance of employee in automobile industry
No human being is born and lives individually. Being a social animal, every individual is highly dependent to the other people around him and also the amenities at the place of living and also working. This concept has named as social support and it has defined by many researchers Social support in the workplace can come from many sources. The most commonly explored sources are supervisors and coworkers. The present study on “WORK SOCIAL SUPPORT AND PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY”. The main objective of the study is to understand the level of work social support an employee perceives inside the organization. The study is to find out satisfactory level of the work social support and performance in organization. The main objective of study is to analyze the sources of work social support in the organization. Major findings shows that most of the employees are satisfied with the management practice, IR, etc. They are proud to say that they are employee of Roots industries.

“Common Ureteric Bud Anomalies”-Embryological basis and its clinical importance
A ureteric bud anomalies occurrence in the world’s population is very common. One in every thousands babies born usually have some form of ureteric bud congenital anomaly. However these congenital anomalies can vary from individual to individual due to science stating that during embryological development, the ureteric bud is responsible for the collecting system, which includes the major and minor calyces of the kidney, the ureter and the bladder. Congenital anomalies can vary to the abnormal development in any of these stated parts. A ureteric bud anomalies occurrence in the world’s population is very common. A new interaction design model for digital Chronological infographic development
This paper will explain briefly about a selected model of instructional and interaction design. The intensive review from a several literature has done and every fact against each selected model has analyzed to identify their advantages and disadvantages. Based on their advantages listed, in intend to overcome their weakness and enhance the instructional model in order to make the instructional and interaction model more relevant in this age, this paper will proposed a new interaction design model for chronological infographic development. Apps Mobile is a latest technology as a platform to disseminate information and educate people by use infographic approach. To convey the information, which is relate with time line and historical information in 21st century, digital chronological infographic is a appropriates matter to apply.

A novel electrical power generation using wind harnessed from train
This paper effort to describe a pioneering method of generating eco-friendly electrical energy that could be obtained from the wind energy harnessed from train. The energy generated from this method can be used to partially fulfil the daily power needs of human being. The method for generating electricity is by using the wind pressure which is generated by fast moving vehicles (train). By channelling the induced wind in the direction of the wind turbine and to convert the kinetic energy of the wind into mechanical energy with the help of wind turbine. The converted mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy with the help of an alternator. The ultimate aim of this project is to develop much cleaner and cost effective way of power generation, which in turns helps to bring down the global warming and to reduce the power shortages. The idea explained here does not interfere in the normal working of the moving train.

A Study on Analytic Solution of Burger’s Equation arising in Longitudinal Dispersion Phenomenon in Groundwater Flow
The present paper discusses an approximate solution of the Burger’s equation arising in longitudinal dispersion phenomenon in groundwater flow. In the porous medium pure water, salt water or contaminated water disperse in longitudinal direction gives rise to a non-linear partial differential equation in the form of Burger’s equation. The equation is solved by the optimal homotopy analysis method. The longitudinal dispersion phenomenon may be miscible or immiscible fluid flow through porous media. The problem of miscible displacement can be seen in the coastal areas, where fresh water beds are gradually displaced by sea water. Longitudinal dispersion phenomenon plays an important role to control salinity of the soil in seashore region. The governing non-linear Burger’s equation has been solved by optimal homotopy analysis method and the numerical and graphical representations have been given.

A survey of intrusion detection in mobile adhoc network
Numerous schemes have been proposed for secure routing and Intrusion Detection for ad hoc net- works. Yet, little work exists in actually implementing such schemes on small handheld devices. In this paper, we present a proof-of-concept implementation of a secure rout- ing protocol based on AODV over IPv6, further reinforced by a routing protocol independent Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for ad hoc networks. Security features in the routing protocol include mechanisms for non-repudiation and authentication, without relying on the availability of a Certificate Authority (CA) or a Key Distribution Center (KDC). We present the design and implementation details of our system, the practical considerations involved, and how these mechanisms can be used to detect and thwart malicious attacks. We discuss several scenarios where the secure routing and intrusion detection mechanisms isolate and deny network resources to nodes deemed malicious.

A Survey of the Relationship between financial development and economic development
This paper reviews, appraises, and critiques theoretical and empirical research on the connections between the operation of the financial system and economic growth. It describes the role of financial system development in economic growth at the macro level, both theoretically and empirically. It also describes briefly the relationship of corporate finance and firm performance. It finally concludes the review and presents some policy implications in view of the reviewed literature. Furthermore, theory and evidence imply that better developed financial systems ease external financing constraints facing firms, which illuminates one mechanism through which financial development influences economic growth. The paper highlights many areas needing additional research.

Allelopathic potential of leaves of Lantana camara L. for puri?cation of waste water of Amani Shah Nala, Jaipur
Plant extracts of various parts viz., seeds, leaves, bark, roots and seeds have been used for water puri?cation for many centuries. According to UNICEF about 15 % population of the world is facing safe drinking water problem and 5 million people died once a year (WHO, 2006). Different plant parts of Strychnos potatorum, Tamerindous indica, Cyamopsis psoraloides, Hibisicus sabdariffa, Trigonella foenum, and Lens esculenta have been conducted using raw water with turbidity that ranged from 50 to 7500 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units). The activity of Lantana leaves were tested by two experiments. In experiment 1 colony count and turbidity methods was followed whereas in experiment 2 only colony count method was followed. The increasing concentration from 1-10 reduced the bacterial growth and turbidity also decreased with increase the concentration.
