We have been demonstrating that the Distribution of Amino acids in Genetic Disorders. we retrieved that the diseased Proteome sequence for Genetic Disorders such as Anglemann Syndrome, Canavan disease, Celiac disease, Charcot Marie tooth Disease, Colour Blindness, Cridu chat, Cystic fibrosis, Down syndrome, Hemophilia and Neurofibrometasis. The Content of Polar amino acids are higher when compared with other type of amino acids. From the normal sequence, the Amino acids are mutated to Aspartic acid and Glutamic acid. If the amino acids are mutated to hydrophobic, hydrophilic and non polar amino acids we can control the genetic diseases. According to our work, based on Lipinski’s rule we observed that Alverine, Ropinirole ,Cyrimine , Carbidopa and Phosphatidylserine are the best controlling agent for Anglemann Syndrome, Canavan disease, Celiac disease,Charcot Marie tooth Disease, Colour Blindness respectively. We also observed that Mematine,Tyloxapol, Heaprin, Tranexamic acid and Indomethacin are the best drugs for Cridu chat, Cystic fibrosis, Down syndrome, Hemophilia and Neurofibrometasis respectively. Finally we concluded that, if the amino acids are mutated to hydrophobic or non polar amino acids, we can prevent Genetic Disorders.

A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of Belinostat in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form. The separation was affected on a Altima ODS C18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm,5µ) using a mobile phase mixture of buffer and acetonitrile in a ratio of 40:60 v/v at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection was made at wave length of 210 nm. Calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 25 – 150 µg/mL of Belinostat. The proposed method was validated as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. The method was accurate, precise, specific , rapid and found to be suitable for the quantitative analysis of the drug and dosage forms. Forced degradation studies have been carried out under different conditions.

In this study, an organized method for determining the novelty of submitted manuscript is presented. The importance of the need for objective determination of the novelty of submitted manuscript is identified. Discussions on the meaning of novelty are presented and used as basis to form mathematical expressions defining parameters useful to quantify the novelty of submitted manuscript. The defined parameters will be found more useful in objective decision of the novelty of submitted manuscripts as opposed to the current frustrating subjective methodology adopted by editors and reviewers world over.

Water-in-oil-in-water (w/o/w) double emulsions are potential for enhancing oral bioavailability of drugs with high solubility and low permeability, but their industrial application is limited due to the instability. Herein, a novel formulation is developed-a self-double-emulsifying drug delivery systems (SDEDDS) by formulating mixtures of hydrophilic surfactants and water-in-oil (w/o) emulsion. The optimized formulations are stable. SDEDDS can spontaneously emulsify to water-in-oil in-water (w/o/w) double emulsions in the mixed aqueous gastrointestinal environment, with drug encapsulated in the internal water phase of the double emulsions. SDEDDS was employed to improve the oral absorption of Vancomycin Hydrochloride, a peptide-like drug with high solubility and low permeability. The optimized Vancomycin -SDEDDS were found to be stable up to 3 months under 40ºC.

The self-adjointness of product of two singular differential operators generated by a th-order symmetric differential expression is discussed. This part of research focuses on analysis and evaluation for synthesis problem of a computer network heterogeneous structure. Where the core of the network has a ring topology, the network lower level-topology tree, and this paper composed of two interrelated parts. Firstly, this part of presented herein addresses one of problems concerned with planning of computer networks with heterogeneous structure associated with cost effectiveness. However, the second part presents other side of the computer networks' structure problem associated with optimality of network size. Specifically, at this first partfocusing attention on the cost effectiveness problem of networks' structural features using modified elastic net method. Itadopted modified method applied for reaching shortest path topology of computer network backbone structure via computing method of weight coefficient values. That solution characterized by introducing additional Synthesized weight coefficients' values taking into account the amount of internal network nodes' demands/ traffic. Interestingly, obtained solution esults after simulated experiments proved to take the advantage of better cost effectiveness(lower cost) of designed network structure , rather than other well known applicable solutions to date.

Any experiment should be compatible with scientific approaches such as statistical reliability, rationality, internal and external validity, generalizability, and other specific criteria related to the subject, at the laboratory level or field level. Hence, planning a design to accomplish those approaches is critical, and selecting an appropriate model accordingly to acquire basic principles of design would make the experiment more precise.
