A point determining graph is defined to be a graph in which distinct non adjacent points have distinct neighborhoods. If in addition any two distinct points have distinct closed neighborhoods, it is called point distinguishing graph. A graph G is said to be one point determining, if for any two distinct vertices v_1 and v_2 ?N(v?_1)and? N(v?_2) have at most one vertex in common. A graph G is said to be two point distinguishing if for any two distinct vertices v_1 and? v?_2, the closed neighborhood ? N[v?_1] and ? N[v?_2] , have at most two vertices in common. Here we focus on some properties of one point determining and two point distinguish- ing graphs.

Software Defined Radio (SDR) is a radio technique that has the capability of replacing several receivers with a single universal receiver. It includes a Digital Front-End (DFE) with the ultimate goal to implement all processing in digital domain. Just like that there are certain rules and guidelines which governs the behavior of a person and a group in their workplace which are known as professional ethics and code of conduct. Every professional persons, have different ethics and code of conduct like lawyer and chartered accountant, both’s ethics and conduct will differ from each other. In this research paper we will be studying who is Registered Valuer and the professional ethics and code of conduct of the registered valuers, who are responsible for valuation of the different assets like plant and machinery, land and building and securities and financial assets which they need to follow while valuing these assets.

In today’s competitive world, the only thing that is constant is change. As a result, creative capacity is the key. Creativity has become a topic of ever-increasing interest in educational settings. Like it or not, teachers serve as the metronome in the classroom. The meter and behavior established by them set the patterns and establish the models for students’ behavior as individuals and as a group. Thus, there is a need to identify the role of teacher leadership behaviors for students’ creativity. The purpose of this article is to propose possible approaches to facilitate creativity in the classroom, especially with the emphasis on leadership perspective. First, the definition of creativity is discussed. Then based on the literature, several strategies and ideas of promoting creativity are reviewed. Next, a possible model is proposed, including knowledge, creative thinking, motivation and self-efficacy, goal setting and work group, transformational leadership, and supportive leadership. Finally, the implication of this model is described.

This study was designed to investigate the quality of Victoria 1500 and 2000 capsules a herbal medication that contain ginseng (major components Rg1&Rb1), royal jelly (marker component is 10-hydroxydec-2-enoic acid (10-HDA)) and yohimbine. The study include determination of major components content, long term stability, determination of elements , studying the microbiological contamination, detection of pesticides residues and mycotoxins. The drugs were stored under different simulated climatic conditions. The reaction rate constant (K), the half-life (t1/2) and the activation energies were calculated for ginsenosides Rg1 &Rb1. The activation energies were found to be 10.99 and 10.2( k.cal.mol-1 ) for Rg1 &Rb1respectively. The % content of Rg1, Rb1 and 10-HDA of Victoria1500 &2000 capsules after six months storage were found at the lower specifications limit (80-120% of stated amount). For yohimbine were found within allowable limit(90-110%). Studies on the elemental composition confirmed absence of toxic heavy metals. The capsules were found to be free from Microbiological contamination and any pesticide residues. The mycotoxins content were found to be within the allowable limits(800-4300ng/kg). Victoria 1500&2000 capsules were found to comply with the given specifications up to six months storage, thereafter, the samples showed physical &chemical instability with a decrease in Rg1,Rb1 and 10-HDA contents but without effect on yohimbine content.

The primary task of the studies based on survey is the questionnaire development process. The design of a questionnaire involves a systematic procedure. This paper addresses the procedure adopted to design the questionnaire and to evolve policy guidelines for setting up of Environmental Regulation Management System (ERMS) in Indian Manufacturing Industries. During the process development, each and every phase of the questionnaire design is carefully framed based on the guidelines, experiences shared by the domain knowledge people and literature survey. The pre-tests, which are critical for the acceptance of any new questionnaire, are Understandability test and Reliability test. The questionnaire is validated with the above pretests using samples collected from different category of industries.

Recent research is to recognize and rank the critical factors of success to execute customer oriented strategy management by using AHP in three levels human, process and technology. Required information of this research is gathered through two questionnaires in three individual groups, and then extracted information has been analyzed by EC software and A.H.P technology then is prioritized. What is considered as a research problem in the study is to recognize and rank the critical factors of success to execute customer oriented strategy management by using A.H.P. This research has been discussed by using the problem CSFs and the perspective of analysis of system, first by determining and prioritizing organizational CSF in the firm. Recognizing recent position of current performance of CSFs and determining the success that put human priority for the research would be studied.

The main aim of this study is analysis of organizational commitment and professional commitment between staffs Private bank in Kermanshah. This study is according to descriptive analysis and reaching branch and information gathering tools is questionnaire. Sample population volume 350 subjects from privet banks in Kermanshah and according to sampling random way some of them had been chosen a stoical population and finally we collected 95 questionnaire for determining normality of data we use kolomogrove – sminoroph test and results of tests confirm normality of data so meaningful relationship between them had approved. the study results show that in the statistical society of the study ,there is a, there is a positive relationship between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Commitment

The study investigated the relationship between personal attitude and academic performance of self-sponsored education students at Africa International University. The study focused on the personal attitude of self-sponsored education student towards the learning environment, the commitment of teachers to teaching, university social life and the joy that a student derives from the learning experience. Descriptive research design was employed for the study. The population of the study comprised of 28 undergraduate education students who were subjected to census sampling because their number was manageable. Data collection was done using a close-ended questionnaire while data analysis was done using descriptive statistics such as a table and percentage rating. The findings show that students’ attitude towards the learning environment, the commitment of teachers to teaching, university social life, and personal interest in learning experience significantly relate to academic performance.
