Data mining is a technique that utilizes a range of data to provide valuable information. Customer relationship management through data mining can be a powerful tool for attracting, retaining, and promoting customers in today businesses. Banks, financial institutions, and insurance institutions are of those business that collect and storage many data from their customers on a daily basis. This research on one of private banks in Khomein city was accomplished in September 2012 in which 5939 customers with 7199 transactions were studied. These transactions were modeled using four demographic characteristics including age, gender, education, and occupation. At first, data was preprocessed which was the most time-consuming part of the study. After that, using visualization technique, graphic display of customers' demography was obtained. And then, the customers' transactions were predicted based on their transaction volume and probability, and it was checked whether the customers accept the bank's new service (i. e. instant card issuance) by using decision tree algorithm. Finally, the customers were clustered by conducting the two step algorithm and the result was that the cluster of 2543 transactions (cluster 1) is comprised of target customers. The characteristics of customers in target cluster are the age of 25~40, often having a bachelor degree, and be self-employed.

The major part of Eastern Ghats comes under the state of Tamil Nadu. It is spread over three States of India, namely Orissa, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The author had collected this species the first time in localities of Odamandurai odai, Karanthamalai hills, Dindigul district of Eastern Ghats, form the shady places and River margins. Recorded only from North of Tamil Nadu, the present collection assumes significance as the first report of an extended distribution to central Tamil Nadu.

Emerging development in mobile learning and technology has offer great opportunity in education. The flexibility and reliability of mobile devices allow us to meet new pedagogical innovation in the education field. In this study, the use of SMS-based learning system (m-learning) towards full time Management students' motivation have been analyzed. A quantitative analysis was used to identify is there existed a significant difference on students' motivation between IMMS 1 and IMMS 2. Keller's (1983) ARCS model was widely applied to designed and developed the course content and Instructional Material Motivational Survey (IMMS) has been used to collect the data. Paired samples t-test was carried out to scrutinize is there existed a significant difference on students' motivation between IMMS 1 and IMMS 2. The findings illustrated that, there is existed difference between mean scores of students' motivation of IMMS 1 and IMMS 2 and a significant difference between relevance and satisfaction after the implementation of the SMS based learning.

This analysis investigated with the boundary layer flow and heat transfer aspects of a micropoloar nanofluid over a porous shrinking sheet with thermal radiation. The boundary layer equations governed by the partial differential equations are transformed in to a set of ordinary differential equations with the help of suitable local similarity transformations. The coupled nonlinear ordinary differential equations are solved by the implicit finite difference method along with the Thamous algorithm. Dual solutions of dimensionless velocity, angular velocity, temperature and concentration profiles are analyzed by the effect of various controlling flow parameters viz., Lewis number Le, thermophoresis Nt, Brownian motion parameter Nb, Radiation parameter R, Prandtl number Pr, material parameter K, mass suction parameter S, magnetic parameter M. Physical quantities such as skin frication coefficient, local heat, local mass fluxes are also computed and are shown in a table.

The significance of Cloud Computing is growing and it is getting an increasing awareness in the technical and industrial community. This paper is mainly focused on the security concerns of cloud computing and techniques to prevail over the data privacy issue. Before studying the security concerns, the definition of cloud computing and brief discussion to under cloud computing is presented, then it surveys the cloud security issues and problem faced by cloud service provider. Thus, defining the authentication, integrity and confidentiality techniques that will be used to overcome the problem of image security.

The occurrence of Diaretiellarapaeparasitizing Lipaphiserysimiin Brassica alba,Brassica campestris cv. BSH-1, Brassica carrinata,Brassica nigra,Erucasativa cv. T-27, BrassicajunceaL. cv. Varuna,YST-151 and GSC-6 were evaluated.The correlation coefficients between aphid population and D. rapaeand its hosts on different Brassica species with different abiotic factors revealed contradictory results.Except for a few instances the weather parameters showed low order of associations with L. erysimiand its parasitism byDiaeretiellarapae. Thus, the ecologicalfactors exhibited little impact on the population build- up of mustard aphidand its parasitism byDiaeretiellarapaeon different species of Brassica.Brassicanigraharboured relatively higher populations of the aphid While,B. carrinataand Taramina,T-27 have lower aphid population.

With the rapidly growing interest in smart grid technology, plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) are expected to become more popular as low emission replacement for the petroleum based vehicles. Significant PEVs charging activities will mostly take place in customer’s premises, public or corporate car parks and electric charging stations. Therefore, utilities are concern about the possible detrimental impacts of these sizeable and unpredictable loads on the performance of distribution grids. Based on a recently proposed real-time smart load management (RT-SLM) control strategy, this paper focuses on the impact of uncoordinated and coordinated PEVs charging on substation transformer loading, system losses and voltage profile. Detailed simulations are performed on a 449 node smart grid system consisting of the modified IEEE 23 kV distribution system serving 4 charging stations and 22 low voltage residential networks populated with PEVs.

The paper presents an optimal fuzzy logic controller – controlled shunt active power filter (SAPF) used to compensate for harmonic distortion in three-phase systems. A optimal fuzzy logic controller based current controller strategy is used to regulate the filter current and hence ensure harmonic free supply current. The optimal adjustment of the membership functions and normalization gains are realized by using Ant Colony Optimization. Simulations results show the best dynamic behavior and performance control compared with traditional Fuzzy controller. as well as effective in reducing harmonic. The validity of the presented approach in harmonic mitigation is verified via simulation results of the proposed test system under different loading conditions.

Treatments with biologics drugs have become the order of the day for many diseases and ailments including cancer. Unlike the availability of small molecule generics at lower costs, generic versions of biologics are not available at costs that are affordable to the patients in the developing countries. This is mainly due to factors such as immunogenicity, interchangeability, and difficulties in the manufacturing and characterisation of these biosimilars. These factors also raise a question on the conductance of pharmacovigilance programme, since each version of biologic is different. In this review, we analyse the major issues and the regulatory mandates concerning biosimilars and discuss some recommendations for the pharmacovigilance programme.

This study is aimed to observe the effect of mix proportion of Sylhet and locally available river sand on the compressive strengths of concrete. A series of laboratory tests is carried out for six different mix proportions 5:0, 4:1, 3:2, 2:3, 1:4 and 0:5 of Sylhet sand and local river sand. For all of the mix ratios, compressive strengths are determined at 28 days. The compressive strengths increase by designing the appropriate gradation of sand mix, which is determined by fineness modulus of both types of sand and their mixes. The results indicate that the best of the corresponding six mix proportions of Sylhet and local sand is 3:2.
