There are seventy Oraon families have been studied for the present paper.. The study area is located West Bengal and Bangladesh Border site. The Sadder Para (Oraon) of the Village Dhuluni is unit of the present study. The segments or hamlet of the village is completely composed with homogenous population. Only Oraons are living in this area and still now practice their traditional way of life with affluence of modernization. They had been living since hundred years. The people of the -study area- said that they came from Bangladesh due the Indigo tax. Their ancestors were come for cutting the jungle. The opinions of the villagers that their ancestors were not able to pay the Indigo tax and the British emperors not agree to release hard taxation on them. So they had come and find new jobs by the moneylenders or Zaminders in this locality.

This paper provides the designing of mosfet with different materials and compare which material is better for the designing. In previous time the mosfet is design by the combination of silicon and silicon oxide now we are using gallium arsenide and silicon dioxide as one combination and gallium arsenide and silicon nitride as another combination.

Silver nanoparticles dispersed in water in presence of trisodium citrate have been prepared and characterised. Aqueous solutions of silver nitrate and trisodium citrate were mixed in various proportions and heated at 30oC for 3 hours. The nanoparticles of silver dispersed in water in presence trisodium citrate were characterised by UV-visible absorption spectra, X-ray diffraction, EDX, and SEM. Nano-silver dispersed in water based nanofluids may used to increase thermal conductivity of fluids.

The Navier–Stokes equations, named after Claude-Louis Navier and George Gabriel Stokes, describe the motion of fluid substances. These equations arise from applying Newton's second law to fluid motion, together with the assumption that the stress in the fluid is the sum of a diffusing viscous term (proportional to the gradient of velocity) and a pressure term. For solving a free surface flow problem, the basic governing equations are Navier Stokes equations (N-S equations). Hence the study of methods, used for solving N-S equations is important. There are various methods to solve the N-S equations. The equations are useful as they describe the physics of many things of scientific and engineering interest. The Navier–Stokes equations are also of great interest in a purely mathematical sense.

Sexuality is an important component of human life given its implication for sexual satisfaction, reproduction, egalitarianism and the continuity of the human race. The purpose of this paper is to present a review of the literature on cultural sex-role prescriptions for male control and female deference particularly in the Nigerian literature, and to demonstrate the implication of such for relationship satisfaction, sexually transmitted diseases and egalitarianism. In this article, we emphasize the socio-cultural specifics of the Nigerian society and its role in perpetuating power imbalance, sexual inequality and sexual in-expression between men and women.

In this paper we designed optical wired DWDM based OFDM design and simulation .The system whole setup is achieved by DWDM-OFDM for prefect SSMF optical wired communication (OFC) for 60 KM, using Due to increasing data traffic in network its required to design high effective spectral transmission. Here we implemented design with OFDM-DWDM due to own high spectral efficient property of 60 Gbps using 4- QAM.

Despite the increasing attention of organizational commitment in the management literature, most studies predominantly focus on full-time workers in traditional work settings. The results of this study highlight important directions for implementing strategies to increase casual academic’s organizational commitment. Organization commitment is important because it is known association with other important organizational variables such as turnover, absenteeism and work effort. This study provides the first step in better understanding the factors that affect the organization commitment.

Structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed to test the hypothesized relationship between maternal and paternal parenting behavior and adolescents’ anxiety. Probability proportional to size sampling (PPS) technique was used to identify 1,200 school-going adolescents (aged 12-17 years) from selected daily secondary schools in Malaysia. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaire that comprised questions on demographic information, Parenting Behavior scale, as well as Beck Anxiety Inventory-Malay (BAI-Malay). The structural modeling proposed that maternal and paternal hostility were found to be associated with higher levels of anxiety. Findings seem to indicate that low-quality of parenting behavior would put adolescent at an increased risk for subsequent anxiety problem. Implications are discussed in relation to efforts that would help to diminish internalizing problems in adolescents, particularly anxious symptoms.

The present study was aimed to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the extract of tubers of Cyperus rotundus. It is a well known plant in Indian traditional medicine. An ethanol extract of tuber parts of Cyperus rotundus was examined for antioxidant activity. The study was carried out on equal four groups (n=3) namely as follows: group I (control group) group II (18%ethanol only), group III (18%ethanol and test drug Cyperus rotundus extract), group IV (18% ethanol and Ascorbic acid) was treated with 5ml/kg weight of body orally for 45 days. Antioxidant enzymes activity such as Lipid peroxidation was measured in the gastric tissue. Histopathological studies were carried out for ischemic injury. The serum enzyme level of AST and ALT followed a standard pattern of elevation after ethanol treatment. The extract of C.rotundus significantly reduced the triglyceride level in test animals. The results obtained in the present study indicated that C.rotundus rhizomes extract can be a potential source of natural antioxidant.

The investigation was carried out to determine the possible bioactive components of the leaves and fruits of Daturastramonium and D. metelby Antimicrobial activity and GC-MS. The chemical compositions of the methanol extract of the D. stramonium and D. metelwere investigated using Hewlett-Packard Gas chromatography–Mass spectrometry, while the mass spectra of the compounds found in the extract was matched with the Wiley and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) library or with the published mass spectra. Maximum activity was observed in methanolic extracts of fruits of D. metel against mycoplasma at 200mg/ml and minimum against Pseudomonas chrysogenumat 50mg/ml.
