This study analyses peer tutoring sessions of two groups of advanced diploma financial accounting students with mixed proficiency. Many studies in peer tutoring have highlighted the positive results of the approach due to the scaffolding process which promotes effective learning. Hence, in this study, much emphasis is placed on the scaffolding element. The students’ peer-tutoring sessions in analysing case studies were video-taped and they were followed by the production of individual student diary entries and interviews in order to increase understanding of the experience gained during the sessions. In addition, the researcher’s observation notes were analysed to increase understanding of the group process. The findings reveal that the scaffolding process was evident during the peer tutoring. It resulted in the tutors assisting the tutees in increasing understanding, clarifying ideas, gaining new information, organising their answers, and improving their command of English. Therefore, peer tutoring is advocated in helping less capable students to learn effectively from their more capable peers.

Development of the country has been the ultimate agenda since the independence of Malaysia, in year 1957 up to now. The development of the country will inevitably involve the development of the current younger generation who will eventually be taking over the leadership of the country. Here, the generation that needs to be focussed upon is the youth, the ones who will be leading the government as well as the country in the future. The youth should not be ignored in the country’s development scheme plan. Therefore, this write up concentrates on the elaboration and suggestions on how to develop patriotic spirit in youth.

Global growth in tourism has brought a wealth of economic and global. Today one of the planners in the tourism resources that have attracted more and more rural areas. Overall, a very valuable part of our heritage, rural world And especially the indigenous architecture and unique identity of a region well-supported and reflected in its territory Thus, according to the situation in rural areas And development necessary to sustain it, Rural tourism can be an option for rural development .In this study population, statistical information is from 19 villages in Isfahan city. A matrix with 11 rows and 19 columns, including indicators to be studied include the village. Component analysis based on survey results showed Six factors (distance from the village to the city center, The number of rural doctors, Village distance to the center section Sports facilities to count toward the village, High proportion of rural banks and rural villages have a number of drinking water to villages), about 86/89% of the cumulative variance is explained. Weighting and aggregation of these factors with the environment, GIS, and the potential areas of tourism infrastructure services were identified. Village on the area of tourism and Jrqvyh Lyy as the Ramshh Village, Sistani and Zefreh tourism in terms of having been the last times. The Euclidean distance method and a gap analysis, four regions were similar in terms of its tourism infrastructure services.

The present study was conducted to assess the health impact of, high fluoride content in ground water among the inhabitants of nine fluoride affected villages in and around Munndaragi of Gadag district in Karnataka, India. The study area, where sample survey was conducted includes Muktampur, Kalakeri, Virupapur, Bennihalli, Mushtikoppa, Hirewaddatti, Mevundi, and Budihal villages including Mundaragi town. Research articles by many researchers revealed that, fluoride distribution in these villages was found higher than the prescribed limits. Sample survey was conducted, by randomly selecting fifty families in each village comprising total population of 2001, in the month of April 2012. Dean’s index codes were used to assess the severity of dental fluorosis. The results revealed that 42.12% found normal,14.34% found questionable,28.18% found with very mild fluorosis,13.80% found with mild fluorosis,0.15% with moderate fluorosis and only 0.05 % found with severe fluorosis. It was also revealed that people also suffering from pain in neck, back, joint, etc.

Tongue is one of the most important organs in the oral cavity which has significant roles in different functions such as speaking, mastication, swallowing, breathing, etc. The tongue may be influenced by internal diseases sooner than other organs and also may be involved in some abnormalities such as developmental, genetical and environmental. This study has been performed to determine the frequency of seven tongue abnormal conditions in patients attended in the Screening Clinic of oral medicine department of dental school in Shiraz, Fars providence, Iran. A total of 112 adults that aged between 15-58 years old were clinically examined punctilious observation using dental mirror and proper light. The prevalence of tongue anomalies were evaluated and analyzed according to form, age, sex and systemic condition using chi-square method. Tongue lesions were seen in 19patients (16.9 %) and the most prevalent lesion was geographic tongue(5.4%) followed by fissured tongue(2.6%), combination of both(2.6%), atrophy of tongue papilla(1.7%), coated and hairy tongue (2.6%), oral lichen planus (0.89%) and finally macroglossia(0.89%). Respectively a correlation was found between the occurrence of fissured and geographic tongue. A correlation was found between hairy tongue and smoking. Familial history was also seen in some patients. Emotional stresses relate to lichen planus and geographic tongue. Tongue anomalies and abnormal conditions were more prevalent and occasionally may be related to systemic problems so complete oral and specially tongue examination is necessary.

Penile lymphoma is an extremely rare neoplasm. We report the case of a 68 -year-old man who presented with penile masse. MRI confirmed the existence of a masse infiltrating the corpus cavernosum. Staging was performed using fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT). The patient was treated initially with penile amputation; we confirmed malignant lymphoma of the corpus cavernosum by postoperative pathological examinations. We treated with a systemic rituximab-chemotherapy regimen. The patient was tumour-free at the 18-month follow-up.
