A cross sectional study is determined to know the effects of nepotism-favoritism and cronyism on the job stress, job satisfaction, adverse word mouth and intention to quit of the bank employees. A random sample of 909 employees selected randomly from 199 branches. A structured questionnaire is used to get the data by self-administered approach. The study revealed that negative practices of nepotism-favoritism and cronyism creates the job stress which decrease the job satisfaction create the adverse word of mouth and increase the intention to quit

The 2',4'-difluoroacetophenone (DFAP) molecule has been characterized by Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Density functional theory (DFT) calculation using B3LYP have been performed to investigate the molecular structure and 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the title molecule. The obtained results show that the calculated NMR chemical shifts are in a good agreement with experimental data.

A thick-walled 90° elbow pipe is of particular interest due to its frequent usage in industrial systems such as chemical processing plants and petroleum refineries. Elastic stress analysis of thick walled pipe elbows using finite element computer software, such as ABAQUS was investigated. The current study shows that the stress level is influenced by the effects of the ratios of bend radius to pipe mean radius (R/ ) and mean radius to wall thickness ( /t) and value of internal pressure. The investigation is limited to include the elastic stresses due to internal pressure and stress variation which was found to be similar to that of a theoretical study reported in the literature. The stress along a thick-walled 90° elbow pipe with the increase in the inner radius, thickness and pressure increases the stress. Based on the variance analysis, the predictive models in this study are believed to produce values of the elastic stress of a thick-walled 90° elbow pipes close to those readings recorded numerically with a 96.5% confident interval.

In this paper Particle filter and SIFT algorithm are combined for moving objects tracking. SIFT key points constitute parts of particles to improve the distribution sample. The work, experiments of this study are performed using a movie from a soccer match. First, the ball is selected in the first frame by removing the background. Afterwards, key points are extracted via SIFT algorithm which are combined with particle filter. The particle filter algorithm tracks the ball till it is inside the scene.

Over the past few decades the stress had become a growing dilemma in organization and cause unfavorable effects on job performance. Stress is a universal element that affects employees worldwide. There are many barriers that affecting the employees in the workplace. Work stress often affects the employees in the workplace, where each employee will feel it at least once in their workplace. Work stress is a real life problem that not only affects the organization, but the employees mainly become victims of stress. stress become a familiar element in organization and nowadays the workplace become more complicated, which bring more negative impacts to the employees compared to positive impacts. Stress among workers is greater than before which also effect on the whole performance of the employees. Stress which occurred in workplace declared as harmful to physical and emotional responses that happen within a human being when the requirement of the job do not match the employees? capacity, resources and needs. In addition to higher levels of stress are connecting to lower performance, whereas higher job satisfaction point out higher performance.

In this paper, properties of fuzzy extremally disconnected spaces and fuzzy submaximal spaces are discussed.

We study composition operators between higher order weighted Bergman spaces. Certain growth conditions for generalized Nevanlinna counting functions of the inducing map are shown to be necessary and sufficient for such operators to be bounded or compact. Under a mind condition we show that a composition operators Cj is compact on the higher order weighted Bergman spaces and Hardy spaces of the open unit ball in n C if and only.

The study considered the impact of auto- mechanic activity on underground well water in Ado- Ekiti. Physico-chemical and heavy metal status were determined in water samples from four auto-mechanic workshops and control site in Ado- Ekiti. Samples were collected for both dry and wet season. The results showed that pH for both season ranged from 5.92 - 7.89, temperature ( 21.0 - 28.00 C), conductivity (232 - 456 µms/cm), dissolved oxygen DO ( 3.98 - 5.19 mg/L), chemical oxygen demand COD (10.1 - 14.4 mg/L), Turbidity (12.8 - 30.4 NTU ), sulphate (5.17 - 9.05 mg/L), total hardness (160 - 360 mg/L), suspended solids (62.0 - 142 mg/L), total solids TS (100 - 480 mg/L), total dissolved solids (200 - 420 mg/L), chloride (78.1 - 208 mg/L), alkalinity (12.1 - 26.5 mg/L CaCO3) and acidity (0.16 - 0.28 mg/L CaCO3). The turbidity levels in all the samples were high when compared with maximum permissible level while most of the physio-chemical parameters fall within the WHO standard for drinking water. Zn, Cr, Pb , Cd, Cu and Fe concentration for both season ranged from 0.8095 - 1.3921, 0.0002 - 0.0009, 0.0014 - 0.0036, 0.0016 - 0.0136, 0.9099 - 1.8552 and 0.1862 - 09.4623 mg/L, respectively. Cadmium was slightly higher than maximum permissible level for drinking water when compared with WHO standard. On pair wise comparison using linear correlation rxy at P0.05 n-2=4, there were significant difference in the concentration of heavy metals and the control samples for both seasons. The result also showed that at P0.05 n-2=12, the physico- chemical parameters for both dry and wet seasons for the four wells were significantly different when compared with control samples.

Phytoplanktons are primary producer of the aquatic ecosystem and constitute the base of food chain in any aquatic ecosystem. The qualitative and quantitative fluctuation of phytoplankton has a great effect on the aquatic life. The present region of Hardwar lies between approximately between approximately latitude 29º58' North and longitude at 78º13’ East. There are six aquatic bodies have been selected for study because all of the study areas are situated along the Ganga river bank and due to anthropogenic activities they were heavily polluted .Phytoplankton were observed in the first and third week of each month for two years for six different study areas. It was recorded that phytoplankton found in River Ganga mainly consisted of Bacillariophyceae, Chlorophyceae and Cyanophyceae. It was recorded that phytoplankton were maximum in winters and minimum in monsoon period almost in every study areas.

This paper focuses on the social and political ills prevalent in the African societies with a view to correcting them thus, making the contemporary society a better place to live. Using two texts from a renowned Nigerian writer, we see the religious, social and political evils which normally degrade our society and the community at large. These evils are being satirized to bring about transformation. Here, the sociological approach is employed. The quota sampling used in this paper, brings about the religious hypocrisy, moral decadence, marital instability and corruption palpable, a savage, portrait of group of dictatorial African leaders in our texts of study. This study brings out the evil inherent in African socio-political system and calls for a change especially in a society bedeviled by all sorts of evil.
