The importance of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance helps managers to understand the impact of investing in corporate social responsibility, on the cost of financing, as well as on investors in obtaining economic assistive decisions And has provided researchers with more relevant information than other accounting information. The corporate social responsibility of the integrated business processes, by creating innovative methods in them, contributes to improving the organization by improving it, and it affects financial performance, which requires the exploitation of both The benefits, and the benefits of integrating different management systems. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between corporate social authorities and financial performance, and the statistical population of the research is listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2015. The present study is of a kind of applied nature, and in terms of the purpose of correlation, after preparing and extracting the social responsibility data of the company, through a questionnaire and financial performance, through the information in the stock archive, the research variables for Estimation of econometric models is analyzed using EViews software using collected data, which according to the results obtained and the regression models are validated and significant. , And according to the results, there is a significant relationship between social responsibility and financial performance in the companies admitted to the stock exchange. This research will help managers to develop effective corporate social responsibility policies that are needed to achieve their better financial performance in the long run, as well as insights for companies on the role of social responsibility, Providing future benefits.

Shifting to new energy as well as other low carbon solutions was conceived and viewed as serious challenge even to the most developed countries in the world. Hence, with the disadvantaged position of the least developing countries, whom, in most locations around the world are at the highest risk of climate change effect, the challenges will be even more higher. These are from the perspective of technology, finance and policies of ensuring smooth renewable energy transition in these countries. However, within this challenge, there is opportunity to start enjoying new energy particularly in areas where not much investment is done in the fossil technologies. The study highlights these challenges as they are posed by climate change and the opportunities by way of estimating the investment requirements and environmental vis economic benefits of leapfrogging in West African sub-region. Reasons for slow to non-adoption of RE in developing countries as well as arguments for the possibilities of leap-frogging to renewables are also reviewed, so also the challenges/barriers associated with the process of leap-frogging are highlighted. At the end, a simple Emission/Energy Demand Based Strategy depending on energy intensity and necessity is proposed and a very good case-study of leap-frogging to renewables in developing countries is discussed. It is established that, slowly developing countries can and should choose not to be only victims of, but take the opportunity presented by climate change.

Addition to these qualifications their verbal communication is excellent but they have low in analytical and numerical skills. After deeply analyzing the given case about Magistrate Courts Service, certain issues which need to be addressed through effective development program in this study. These issues include lack of skills (mainly analytical and numerical), lack of coordination and consensus in most of the decision and activities performed, low coordination, more than required level of independence. Beside this the information on hand, differs greatly in nature and quality which makes it quite unreliable. Investigation report regarding the Magistrates’ Courts Service has proposed a number of options for change in order to improve the working. These changes are required for the management and administration of courts services in more effective way.

Microencapsulation is a process by which solid, liquid or even gaseous particles are coated with a continuous film of polymeric material, having a diameter in range of 1 to 1000 ?m and are widely used as drug carriers. The purpose of writing this review on microencapsulation by solvent evaporation technique was to compile the recent literature with special focus on solvent evaporation technique for microencapsulation of pharmaceuticals that have recently become leading investigated technologies in the field of drug delivery development. In order to understand the microencapsulation by solvent evaporation technique, the basics was summarized. Afterwards, we have reviewed various solvent evaporation techniques designed and developed until now. Finally, various potential factors influencing microencapsulation by solvent evaporation technique were covered in detail.

In today`s global scenario the demand of Wireless communication service is growing rapidly. In order to serve a high user population in a limited spectrum, using dense grids of microcells and picocells is one of possible schemes. While small cells relieve the capacity problem, frequent movements of mobile users across cell boundaries pose a big network control challenge: handover In personal communication networks (PCN) supporting network-wide handovers, new and handoff requests compete for connection resources in both mobile and backbone networks. Due to limited range of transceivers, mobile users can communicate only with base station that reside within the same microcell at any instant of time. The number of handovers during a call will increase, as the cell radii decreases, thus affecting Quality of Service (QoS). As the handoff rate increases, bandwidth management and traffic control strategy (call admission control, handover procedures etc) become more challenging problems in wireless ATM networks. Thus in a wireless environment, we need to consider two additional QoS parameters; dropping probability of handoff calls and blocking probability of new calls. Handoff calls require a higher congestion related performance i.e., blocking probability relative to new calls because forced call terminations due to handoff call blocking are generally more objectionable than new call blocking. In general, most of the previously proposed schemes for radio channel allocation in cellular networks reduce handoff call blocking probability substantially at the expense of increasing the new call blocking probability by giving higher priority to handoff calls over new calls in admission control. This reduces the total admitted traffic and results in inefficient utilization of wireless channels. The tradeoff between the new and handoff calls blocking probabilities should be defined. In this paper, a modified Hybrid scheme has been proposed for handover in ATM-based PCN, which combines reservation and queuing schemes for handoff calls. Also , the scheme assigns the handoff reserved channels to new calls depending on the locality principle in which the base station with the help of location estimation algorithm in the mobile location centre predicts the position of the mobile terminal. Here the FIFO and Measurement Based Priority Scheme (MBPS)queuing scheme are used. Thus the modified Hybrid Scheme is designed to have a remarkable reduction in forced termination Probability (FTP) along with to improve channel utilization while satisfying the QoS of the calls.

Based on existing experimental data for compressive strength values of different concrete mixes in statistical analysis for the data gathered was conducted. The analysis revealed a model for predicting the compressive strength of concrete mixes at any age with the help of two constants X and Y that are a characteristic property of a concrete mix. The constant X is introduced as age of concrete, whereas, Y is introduced as compressive strength of concrete constant. One of the values of constants X and Y are defined for a concrete mix, the compressive strength at any age could simply be predicted without collecting data at that age. Performing trail concrete mixes (1:2:4 and 1:3:6), is the method used to define the two constant and simple linear regression was used to model the results. The simple linear regression model for mix ratio 1:2:4 and 1:3:6 (Y = 10.75327 + 0.26667X and Y = 8.8605 + 0.022714X) yielded values for the prediction of the compressive strength at different ages (7. 14. 21 and 28days). The mean compressive strength for the two mix ratios are 13.2N/mm2, 14.7N/mm2, 15.03N/mm2, 19.07N/mm2, and 10.8N/mm2, 12.27N/mm2, 12.07N/mm2, 16.20N/mm2, respectively. While the results for each age of concrete using regression model for the two mix ratios are 12.62N/mm2, 14.49N/mm2, 16.35 N/mm2, 18.22N/mm2 and 10.46N/mm2, 12.04N/mm2, 13.563N/mm2, 15.22N/mm2. From the above data, it was observed that there is a slight difference between experimental and analysed results i.e. the analysed results are slightly above or below the experimental results. 

In the field of simulation work, it could proceed to an extent that, simulate with arbitrary values of the passive component and the voltage sources. The simulation results recorded various strategic points in the circuit indicate and validate the fact that the circuit is working in the expected lines with regard to the energy transfer in the expected lines with regard to the energy transfer in the tank circuit and sustenance in DC transient Analysis. Also in this proposed experimental work, it is observed that for an arbitrary load, the voltage obtained is agreeing with the theoretically computed DC-Voltage levels. The scope of the work can be extended to the actual calculation of the passives, the initial voltages across the capacitors and inductors. In addition to the exciting DC levels of the sources employed. The small signal analysis can also be done with due regard to the desired behavioural properties of switching devices used.
