We aimed to investigate factors associated with the creation of a learning organization at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran through the perspective of faculty members of the university. research method is Descriptive- survey. Sample population in this research include faculty members of Shahid Beheshti University which 517 subjects were selected using multi-stages cluster sampling and the researcher questioner was delivered to the subjects. The question numbers were determined based on Morgan among 221 people. Data collected via questionnaire regularly. Questionnaire used in this study is feasibility of the approach and is based on the Likert scale ratings. Towards data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical has been used. Descriptive statistical estimates the frequency distribution , percentage, density , mean , and .... . For hypothesis test, inferential statistical parameters such as Pearson correlation coefficient , ANOVA , t independent groups , multiple regression, post hoc Tukey test was used for data analysis . results showed that among the eight -component communication patterns , reward system , individual autonomy , risk - taking, conflict , identification, management support, coherence, integration and creating a learning organization at Shahid Beheshti University is a significant relationship between them which the description of each component of the items discussed during the study findings are presented.

The main aim of this study is analysis Employees’ involvement and quality improvement in Iranian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This research is conducted based on descriptive and surveying method; to collect data, was chosen through questionnaire. For research’s purposes, a distinction was made between small firms (fewer than 50 employees) and medium-sized ones (between 50 and 250 employees), questionnaires was mailed to 600 Iranian SME randomly selected. The questionnaire was pre-tested and validated with the help of a panel of two academics/researchers on quality management issues and two quality managers in SME. Out of the sample, a total of 95 questionnaires were completed and returned. Data gathered through questionnaires were submitted to a set of statistical analyses tools, using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences), and punctually, some of Microsoft Excel’s statistics and data bases tools. In accordance with research purposes, univariate analyses were performed on issues strictly descriptive, while bivariate analysis tools were used on issues based on means comparison (Student’s T test and Chi-square test). Showed that in considered society, most SME developed training programs specifically focused on quality improvement, suggesting that, beyond fostering quality improvement awareness, SME supply their employees with tools necessary to develop their skills and(or acquire new insights needed to improve their performance. These evidences may indicate that top management is aware about the importance of training and development focused on quality improvement, for effective employees’ participation in quality continuous improvement initiatives.

Energy utilized for lighting purpose sums up to a considerable part in the overall energy consumed. Effective and efficient lighting helps in reducing the unwanted excessive use of energy wasted. The solid phase FTIR and FT-Raman spectra of 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluoroaniline(PFA) have been recorded in the region 4000-400 cm-1 and 3500-100 cm-1, respectively. The spectra were interpreted with the aid of normal coordinate analysis following a full structure optimization and force field calculation based on the density functional theory (DFT) using the standard HF/6-31+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) methods and basis set combination. A close agreement between the observed and calculated frequencies by refinement of the scale factor. The values of electric dipole moment (? and First-order hyperpolarizability(?) of the compound were computed using ab-initio quantum mechanical calculations.The calculation results also show that the PFA molecule might have microscopic nonlinear optical (NLO) behavior with non-zero values. HOMO and LUMO energy gap explains the eventual charge transfer interaction taking place within the molecule. Temperature dependence of various thermodynamic properties like heat capacity, enthalpy, Gibb’s free energy, entropy is increase with increase in temperature. And magnetic susceptibility of the title compound at different temperatures is calculated.

Conflicts in works of literature are expected to show the dominance of good deeds over bad ones. In this way, readers are to be abreast of proper behaviour for the guilty must be punished and the righteous should be rewarded. However, this is not always the case in Igbo folktales. In them, there are three determinants that affect resolution of conflicts. The first is the poetic justice which is the generally expected one. Though there are numerous cases where it is applied, sometimes it is tampered with when it comes in contact with wisdom which unfortunately cannot be distinguished from trickery. Therefore, application of wisdom or trickery is the second determinant. The third determinant is when wisdom is in combination with vengeance. Of these three determinants, the only one that does not fail in Igbo folktales is the last mentioned. It is with them that the Igbo curtail the excesses of both Tortoise and other stronger animals. Therefore, of the three determinants that control the resolution of conflicts in Igbo folktales, the most dominant is the merging of vengeance and wisdom in a character.

In this present investigation, a mathematical model has been developed for shake-flask fermentation of L-methionine by a multiple analogue resistant strain Corynebacterium glutamicum X300. Using computer simulation, different parameters of kinetic model were evaluated. The kinetic model developed in this present investigation revealed better assumptions for bacterial growth, L-methionine accumulation and substrate utilization compared to the assumptions as predicted in the available literature.Sensitivity analysis revealed that the predicted model has heighest impact on L-methionine fermentation. In this present study, non-growth associated product formation coefficient had maximum inhibitory effect on L-methionine fermentation.

Soil samples from dump yards in Thiruvanthapuram were collected for isolation of bacteria. Isolates obtained were screened for non chitinase and protease activity, by culturing on skimmed milk and colloidal chitin agar plates respectively. The organism which did not degrade chitin but degraded protein was selected and identified by simple staining, gram staining, IMViC, and with further molecular identification by 16SrRNA analysis, it was confirmed that the isolate was Serratia marcescens. The economical application of Serratia marcescens was analyzed by quantifying the enzyme production and its degrading capacity on shell fish waste. The enzyme kinetics was studied after its purification and characterization using column chromatography and SDS-PAGE respectively. The optimum temperature and pH for maximum enzyme activity was identified and studied for future applications on a broad scale.

Cucumis melo L. is monoecious climber, commonly growing weed, belonging to family cucurbitaceae. Whole plant of C. melo is medicinally important. Plant pacifies vitiated dysentery, diarrhoeic diseases, flatulene, skin diseases, antivenin and general debility. Dispending medicinally uses, our study have been found that this weeds has mosquito repellent activities. To determine repellant activities petroleum ether fruit extract of C. melo was used against the larvae of Culex quinquefasciatus. The Larval mortality was observed after 24h exposure and highest larval mortality was found in petroleum ether fruit extract of C. melo.

Designing of Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits (VLSI) operates at Megahertz and Gigahertz satisfying the design constraints for desired applications is a challenging job due to various reasons like transient time effect, high power requirement and consumption etc. Phase Locked Loop (PLL) is an important integrated circuit used in various areas of communications. Frequency synthesizers when used in Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FH-SS) requires strict timing synchronization between transmitting and receiving system for successfully despreading and the power consumption is also high due to high frequency operation. In this contribution a new scheme has been proposed, in which frequency hopping transmitter and receiver has been operated at intermediate frequency and the same hopping rate was obtained as can be achieved by fast hopping spread spectrum operated at high frequency and therefore requires low speed frequency synthesizers and offers many advantages like more user capability, Low cost and simple amplifiers, filters, ADC and DAC converters requirement. The IFH-SS transmitter and receiver based on proposed intermediate frequency hopping spread spectrum has been experimentally verified. The results of experimental investigation have been presented in the paper. The waveforms obtained at various check nodes have also been presented.
