Knowledge management can play a vital role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses. The earnings from utilizing knowledge management has caused that most organizations try to execute this process. In their initial attempts, however, most organizations were faced with a major challenge that despite of investing on knowledge management, the penetration of its usage is too low. The main reason is the lack of an applied model by the organization in order to achieve the aims rapidly. After introducing the concepts of knowledge management, present study studies various models on executing knowledge management provided by various authors. Affecting factors on each model are extracted. Likewise, various introduced processes of knowledge management by authors are studied. By using such factors, we achieved knowledge management execution model in organization.

This paper is deliberate the psycho study in earthquake affected area in Nepal. Earthquake is one of the fatal natural disasters we have regularly experienced. Nepal and its adjacent areas are vulnerable to very high magnitude of earthquake. On the basis of investigation it has been found that recent earthquakes had destructed many human lives and their properties in Nepal and north India. The earthquake was considered to be the main cause for avalanches, landslides, slumps, many creaks and fissures in the adjacent area of Nepal. The study endeavors to examine the nature, extent, causes and consequences of the tremor of quakes.

The experimental and theoretical study on the structure and vibrations of 1,2,4-triazine-3,5(2H,4H)-dione have been carried out by ab initio HF and DFT/B3LYP method with 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of the title compound have been recorded. The molecular structure, vibrational wavenumbers, infrared intensities and Raman activities were calculated. The force constants obtained from this study have been utilized in the normal coordinate analysis. The temperature dependence of thermodynamic properties has been analyzed. Molecular electrostatic surface potential (MESP), total electron density distribution and frontier molecular orbital’s (FMO) are constructed at B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level to understand the electronic properties. The atomic charges, electronic exchange interaction and charge delocalization of the molecule have been performed by natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis.

The Americium-Beryllium neutron irradiation facility at the National Nuclear Research Institute (NNRI), Ghana, was re-designed with a 20 Curie source using MCNP5 to investigate the maximum amount of flux that is produced by the source. The main objective was to enable us harness the maximum amount of flux for optimization of neutron activation analysis. The design was compared with the values recorded in the existing Am-Be source design. The thermal neutron flux ranges from (1.80 ± 0.0008) × 106 n/cm2.s to (2.28 ± 0.0008) × 105 n/cm2.s. The epithermal neutron flux ranges from (8.20 ± 0.0008) × 105 n/cm2.s to (3.73 ± 0.0008) × 104 n/cm2.s and that of the fast neutron flux ranges from (4.20 ± 0.0008) × 105 n/cm2.s to (1.72 ± 0.0008) × 104 n/cm2.s. The keff of the Am-Be source design was obtained as 0.00115 ± 0.0008.

The Retail employees are driven by the same universal motivational theories. Though their life style and the aspirations in economic terms are different in the Indian society, their behaviour towards the motivational stimuli are almost the same as employees of other industry. When we apply Maslow’s need hierarchy and check where the preference of the Retail employees lay. They are concentrated as social and elite needs as the lower physiological and basic needs are taken care of easily given their economic stand in the society. Work is an important event, a fact that is inevitable in the life of an individual whatever form, it is done; it is an activities and source of satisfaction ones needs. Employee try to find satisfaction in what they do and as a result the manager should be able to understand the problems faced by his workers and find a way of satisfying their needs and aspiration The general assumption is that an adequately motivated worker will in turn give in his or her best towards the attainment of a general consensus. The observations of the present study corroborate the fact that, there is a strong positive relationship between employee motivation and His/her productivity. 98% of the employees responded that they will get motivated by their working environment. The kind of monitoring they have from their managers, the compensation what they get from the company is also important motivator to retain them. Over 90% of the employees say that quality of their working environment motivates them to work with enthusiasm, working culture, behaviour and attitude about their work. Based on the above respondents response we can say that there is a relation between employee motivation and his/her productivity.

The aim of the present study was to design and develop a self microemulsion drug delivery system (SMEDD) of Atorvastatin Calcium and evaluate its release kinetics by using mathematical models. Suitable oil, surfactant and cosurfactant were selected based on the solubility, HLB value and biocompatibility. Pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were constructed to identify the microemulsion existing zone and to get a tentative surfactant to cosurfactant ratio. Atorvastatin Calcium loaded SMEDD was developed and characterized for particle size, zeta potential, surface morphology, drug entrapment and comparative in vitro drug release study. Different dissolution models were applied to drug release data in order to evaluate release mechanisms and kinetics and the criterion for selecting the most appropriate model was based on linearity (coefficient of correlation). % Transmittance, Particle size and zeta potential of the formulation containing Labrafac PG as oil, Accenon CC as surfactant and Transcutol P as cosurfactant were found to be 99.87%±1.2, 31.82 nm± 1.15 and -15.8 mV± 1.13 respectively. The drug release data fit well to Koresmayer Peppas equation plot (r2 =0.981) indicating the dissolution rate limited drug release from a SMEDD formulation. Drug release mechanism was found as a Super case-II transport, (i.e., n value-1.229).

It has been widely reported that cochlear implantation has had a dramatic effect on language competence among young profoundly deaf children. Thanks to this revolutionary device, language competence, speech intelligibility and conversational fluency among this category of children are now attainable by many of those who previously depended on sign language to communicate. However, due to the considerable variability and large individual differences in the performance outcomes of many other children, it has become commonly believed that motivating cochlear-implanted children who have learning spectrum disorders is a basic but hard challenge. It is a fundamental challenge because these children experience hearing and perceive speech for the first time after the rehabilitation of their hearing skills. Such skills are undeniably necessary for community living and coping. It is a hard challenge because children with cochlear implants by and large are vulnerable to diverse factors internal and external which impact their learning unless positive and successful experiences are planned. The following questionnaire-based paper is an attempt to address one of the challenges associated with motivating cochlear implanted children, namely, resistance to learning. It also aims to explore different behaviors that manifest this phenomenon, explain its possible reasons and highlight its major implications.

Enterprise informatization is a procedure in which IT is applied into the field of enterprise production, technology, and management, to improve the cost-effectiveness of exploration of informational resources and obtain financial profits. Enterprise informatization consists of three main aspects, the automation and flexibility of production, the integrative management and the systemic organization. The capacity of enterprise informatization is a resources-based capability, which has technical, manageable and organizational properties; it is divided into the three categories, which include information technology capability, information organizing capability and information innovation capability. Enterprise informatization capability can improve business performances, in this study we do the research on informatization capability how to increase enterprise’s competitive advantages in synergy, integration of customer relationship management, e-supply chain management, as well as global opportunities.

Education is bound to be affected if safety and security concerns of students are not addressed fully. The objective of the study was to determine the role of financial resources in implementation of school safety measures in public boarding secondary schools in Trans- Nzoia County, Kenya. The study used descriptive survey research design. The study targeted 754 teachers from 40 public boarding secondary schools in Trans-Nzoia County. stratification and simple random sampling were used to select boarding secondary schools. The total sample was 143 teachers. Questionnaires were used as data collection instruments. Data was analysed using descriptive statistical techniques that were frequencies and percentages. Data was presented in tables. The study found out the ministry of education had no provisions for allocation of funds to take care of safety needs and requirements in the institutions. It ascertained that the secondary schools have vote heads allocated for the purpose of catering for the safety needs and requirements though in many instances the schools diverted the funds to other needs that they felt were more pressing owing to situation of shortfalls in financing and budgetary deficits. The government through the Ministry of Education should ensure that Standard Safety Guidelines are availed to all schools and the schools be allocated sufficient funds to be able to implement the guidelines. Funds should always be availed at the required times to allow for the provision of infrastructure for safety requirements and the allowing of purchase of tools and implements for safety needs.

The movement of people from one society to another society is called migration, this may be contemporary or permanent basis. This study assessed the consequences of rural-urban migration on the source region of Ughievwen clan in Ughelli South Local Government Area. secondary sources data were collected from journal publications and other published materials from textbooks and official gazette. The findings of the study show that females migrate more than the males in Ughievwen and migration is high within the age cohorts of 15-25 years and 26-35 years. Moreso, migration decreases with age, and this may be due to the higher psychological cost for migration associated with older people. Most of the persons in the community had acquired just their basic education. Thus, most of them are willing to migrate to major cities to obtain higher education. It has been widely observed that the propensity to migrate increases with education. Furthermore, the study revealed that migration is affected by socioeconomic, demographic and cultural factors. It was recommended that functional social amenities such as electricity, pipe borne water should be provided in the rural areas as a way forward against rural-urban movement
