During 1993-1997, the policy of dual containment was selected by Clinton’s administration to prevent Iran and Iraq from any action jeopardizing the interests of the international community especially the United State of America. The new policy of dual containment was the result of the new world order in which the U.S. found itself as the hub of the new world after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Also, this new policy put away the balance of power policy that was the main policy of previous American administrations which had sought a balance of power between Iran and Iraq in order to contain these two nations from any aggression to the global peace and security.

With the progress of VLSI technology, delay buffer plays an important role affecting the circuit design and performance. This paper presents the design of low power buffer using clock gating and gated driver tree. Since delay buffers are accessed sequentially, it adopts a gated clock ring counter addressing scheme. The ring counter employs double edge triggered (DET) flip flops instead of traditional flip flop to half the operating frequency. Also for generating clock gating signals, combinational elements (C-element) are implemented in the control logic to avoid the increasing loading of the global clock signal. For the clock distribution network, a gated driver tree technique is used and it further reduces the power consumption. In addition, this technique is used in the input and output ports of the memory to decrease their loading. The proposed delay buffer consumes less power comparing to the conventional delay buffers

MANET consist of nodes that are often vulnerable to failure of delivering packets due to wireless network. All the existing Ad-hoc routing protocol are node moveable for geographic network specified. As multiple node are disjoint path from source to destination node. Due to this we have proposed an efficient mechanism which is position based opportunistic routing (POR) protocol when take advantage of the stateless property of geographic routing and broadcast in nature of wireless network. In this survey we have classified the void handling techniques which is used for the virtual destination based void handling method that helps us in providing multi hop packet delivery in robust manner is used together with position based opportunistic routing protocol(POR). This POR is stateless geographic routing and broadcast in effective way. Thus we utilize free air backup method of communications along with multi hop facility without interruption in POR. During this opportunistic of forwarding in void handling process virtual destination is obtained in the manet. This method is local route recovery method which overcomes the problem of duplication caused due to rerouting of packet when delivery of the packet fails. This might reduce rerouting of packet where not necessary thus reduce the cost. Then it necessary places a call to node which is mainly reliable node with a reliable path in multiple segment the Mobile ad hoc (manet) environments. In opportunistic routing neighbourhood location information can be exchange using one hop or multi hop where network varies.

The study investigates the nature and extent of causal relationship between government expenditure and inflation rate in a 42-year period (1970-2011).Times series data obtained from the Central Bank's statistical bulletin of relevant years are analysed using descriptive(graphs and charts) and inferential(correlation,stationarity, Johansen's cointegration test and Granger causality test) analysis.The variables are stationary,weakly and inversely correlated and show longrun relationship.However,they did not granger-cause each other implying that there exists no pairwise causal relationship between them. We recommend appropriate fiscal-monetary policy mix,redirecting government expenditure to productive channels in the economy and maintaing a strategic balance between capital and recurrent expenditure. The determination of a company’s capital structure constitutes a difficult decision, one that involves several and antagonistic factors, such as risk and profitability. That decision becomes even more difficult, in times when the economic environment in which the company operates presents a high degree of instability. Therefore, the choice among the ideal proportion of debt and equity can affect the value of the company, as much as the return rates can. This study analyses how far the capital structure (cs) affects the Profitability (p) of corporate firms in India. The study tries to establish the hypothesized relationship as to how far the cs affect the business revenue of firms and what the interrelationship is between cs and Profitability. This study is carried out after categorizing the selected firms into three categories based on two attributes, viz. business revenue and asset size. First, firms are grouped into low, medium and high based on business revenue. Second, firms are classified into small, medium and large based on asset size to establish the hypothesized relationship that cs has significant impact on Profitability of Manufacturing firms in India. Regression Analysis in addition to descriptive statistics such as Mean, Standard Deviation, and Ratios has been used. The study proves that there has been a strong one-to-one relationship between Capital Structure variables and Profitability variables, Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) and the Capital Structure has significant influence on Profitability, and increase in use of debt fund in Capital Structure tends to minimize the net profit of the Manufacturing firms listed in Bombay Stock Exchange in India.

The aim of this research is to study the relationship between the six virtues in positive psychology and the big five personality traits among the students at Tehran Universities. So, 317 students (179female, 138 male) were selected by random multiple cluster sampling. The tools used in study were the VIA and NEO-FFI. Data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression method. The results indicated that there is a correlation between the six virtues and the personality traits. There was a significant relationship between the scale of Agreeableness with Humanity, Conscientiousness with Courage and humanity, and between extraversion with courage. Also, the scale of courage had a negative significant Relationship with Neuroticism. There was no significant relationship between Wisdom and the five personality traits. The results of Regression analysis indicated that among the five traits, extroversion could explain 0/176 and Conscientiousness 0/184 of the variance of Courage.
