Developing an effective research proposal is a challenging task for the researchers. Research proposal is a detailed description of a proposed study, designed to investigate a given problem. Research Proposal writing is an important node in the pursuit of a graduate, Master, M. Phil or PhD degree throughout the world. This article highlight the need, importance and preferred style of research proposal as most researchers do not fully comprehend the mechanics of writing a research proposal and its importance for the subsequent research.

There is a great number of attributes behind the verbal communication that make it proper, appropriate, sensible, necessary, formal, presentable and endurable. This paper presents the aspects that regulate the mind of a communicator and influence the efficiency level of the communication. It also studies the condition of the students with a clear relevance to the objectives of the language teaching programmes and the innate cognition characteristically developed in the art of verbal communication. In this way it will be assisting the language teacher to emulate an effective supplementation that would be appropriate for the same.

In this paper, Periodic Component Analysis is used to extract the fetal electrocardiogram (ECG) from the abdominal and thoracic maternal electrocardiogram. The thoracic ECG (TECG) is assumed to be almost completely maternal while the abdominal ECG (AECG) is considered to be composite as it contains both the maternal and fetal ECG signals. Three channels of signal, from chest leads and five from abdominal leads from DaISy data set are used . Extracted signals consist of mixture of components including maternal ECG, fetal ECG and random noise. Periodic Component Analysis (?CA) is used to isolate the fetal ECG from maternal ECG signal. Generalized Eigen Value Decomposition is used to decompose the ECG record. It uses phase-wrapping of the R-R interval, for extracting the most periodic linear mixtures of a recorded dataset. Comparison with Independent Component Analysis (ICA) demonstrates the quality of this method. This method is therefore of special interest for the decomposition of ECG and the extraction fetal ECG from maternal ECG signal. The average sensitivity and accuracy of this method is 99.04% and 94.56% respectively. By using one thoracic signal and three abdominal signals this method is able to achieve 100% sensitivity and accuracy.

In this paper, an efficient and accurate method for human color skin recognition in color images with different light intensity will proposed .first we transform inputted color image from RGB color space to YCBCR color space and then accurate and appropriate decision on that if it is in human color skin or not will be adopted according to YCBCR color space using fuzzy, adaptive fuzzy neural network(anfis) methods for each pixel of that image. In our proposed system adaptive fuzzy neural network(anfis) has less error and system worked more accurate and appropriative than prior methods.

The prices of oil, natural gas, uranium and coal are increasing at a high rate. It gives importance for all countries to focus on development of alternative energy resources. For developing countries, these price increases can have disastrous economic consequences; for many countries already overwhelmed by poverty this means a choice between fuel and food, health care, education and other essentials. Renewable energy resources need priority because: 1) the rapid climate change; 2) the severe health and environmental consequences from fossil fuel burning being experienced in every major developing country city; and 3) the high cost, environmental damages and security threats of nuclear power.

Background: Discharge and Billing process being the final step in the hospital experience is likely to be well remembered by the patient. Even if everything else went satisfactorily, a slow, frustrating discharge process can result in low patient satisfaction. Thus this study was carried out with the aim to ascertain the average time taken for the patient to be discharged in a tertiary care teaching hospital of Karnataka. Method: Registers were designed for the study purpose and were kept in the ward and billing office. Instructions were given to the nurses in the ward and clerical staff at the billing office about the study and entries to be made in the register. The average time taken for the whole discharge process of an individual patient was calculated using the data maintained in the registers. The statistical analysis was made to ascertain the average time taken for discharge. Appropriate tables and graphs are used for representing various findings and results. Results and Conclusion: The average time taken for the whole discharge process i.e. Intra processing time +Inter processing time of an individual patient is 2 hours 22 minutes.

Interleaved Boost Converter (IBC) topologies have received increasing attention in recent years for high power applications. It serves as a suitable interface for fuel cells to convert low voltage high current input into a high voltage low current output. The advantages of interleaved boost converter compared to the classical boost converter are low input current ripple, high efficiency, faster transient response, reduced electromagnetic emission and improved reliability. This paper focuses on power loss analysis of the interleaved converter with winding –cross-coupled inductors and switched-capacitors. The performance parameter of interleaved converter such as switching losses, conduction losses and efficiency has been studied. Simulations of IBC interfaced with fuel cells have been performed using MATLAB/SIMULINK.

In this paper, we study some of the properties of Q-intuitionistic L-fuzzy subnearring of a nearring and prove some results on these.

In this paper, numerical performance analysis of jet compressor’s has been carried out using irreversibility characteristics. The various losses that occur in different regions of jet compressor have been quantified and an attempt has been made to increase the efficiency of jet compressor by reducing the losses based on minimization of entropy method. In the present work, new technique has been identified to minimise the momentum difference between the motive and the propelled fluid. This was carried out by forcing the propelled stream using a blower. The geometrical design parameters were obtained by solving the set of governing equations, a CFD package; FLUENT and it has been effectively used to evaluate the optimum entrainment ratio for a given set of operating conditions.

Patterns of crop diversification of modern agricultural technology, especially during the period of the Green Revolution in the late sixties and early seventies, there is a continuous surge for diversified agriculture in terms of crops, primarily on economic considerations. Indian agriculture is increasingly getting influenced more and more by economic factors. This need not be surprising because irrigation expansion, infrastructure development, penetration of rural markets, development and spread of short duration and drought resistant crop technologies have all contributed to minimizing the role of non- economic factors in crop choice of even small farmers. What is liberalization and globalization policies are also going to further strengthen the role of price related economic incentives in determining crop composition both at the micro and macro levels. Obviously, such a changing economic environment will also ensure that government price and trade policies will become still more powerful instruments for directing area allocation decisions of farmers, aligning thereby the crop pattern changes in line with the changing demand-supply conditions. In a condition where agricultural growth results more from productivity improvement than from area expansion, the increasing role that price related economic incentives play in crop choice can also pave the way for the next stage of agricultural evolution where growth originates more and more from value- added productions.
