HRD interventions and Innovative KM
Knowledge management is an important issue for business life and one cannot achieve a competitive advantage without completely relying on KM’s innovative work and HRD interventions. HRD includes a wide range of activities that make work possible for business managers that are competing in global work to gain competitive edge. HRD activities make KM work easy and thus knowledge flow becomes mollifying and then use and reuse of knowledge creates value. The value addition brings out organizational effectiveness. The gap has been identified from the study conducted by (Elena, 2013). In the paper researchers main focus was on accessing the HRD efficiencies in Knowledge Management. Researchers left space for future researcher to find the link between HRD interventions and KM. In this study the focus is on two HRD interventions i.e. performance appraisal and training with great emphasis on Knowledge Management. Both are of great importance in an organization and needs continuous feed back and improvement.

Reviewing the performance of tuned mass dampers (TMD), in the near-fault earthquakes
Using of tuned mass damper is a common way for reducing responses of structures as a result of wind and earthquake. This damper is consisted of concentrated mass which is connected to the point of structure by a damper and spring. In this paper frame of last floor is used for placing tuned mass damper. For this reason, four models of 4, 8, 12, 20 floor buildings with moment resistance frame are studied under effect of earthquakes of near field Leandros, Northrdig, Kube and Tabas faults. So, mass damper which is suggested on the base of improved values in scientific resources is calculated. On the base of these results, it is possible to found appropriate behavior of tuned mass damper in 12 and 20 buildings.

Exploring the Iinflunce of situational factors (money?time avialable) on impulse buying behaviour among different Etthics
One of most important discussion in consumer behavior and marketing sciences is choice of product and buying behavior. Most behavioral researchers make an effort to make in behavior models. In this research, the effect of situational variables (time available, money available) on impulse buying investigated among different ethnics in Malaysia. These variables influenced to urge to buy impulsivity & at last this variable influenced to impulse buying. Data were collected in Malaysia (Chinese, Indians, Malay people). In this study, Path Analysis used to measure effect of variables. A descriptive statistics (Frequencies, Means, and Standard deviations) is used to describe the quantitative data. For measuring the validity and reliability of items, we used CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and Alpha Cronbach Coefficient respectively. Results revealed that the situational variables (money available and Time available) were influence to the felt urge to buy impulsively and impulse buying. Beside that positive effect has mediating role between situation variables and impulse buying.

The knowledge and Use of collocations and their Relation with English Speaking Proficiency among Upper- intermediate to Advanced Iranian EFL Learners
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge and use of English lexical collocations and their relation to the speaking proficiency among upper- intermediate to advanced Iranian EFL learner students at Sadr Institute of higher Education. It is worth mentioning that all of the students had already passed placement test and were preparing themselves for IELTS exam. Data for the study were collected from 20 students. The participants were asked to take 2 tests .The first one was a lexical collocational test for estimating the knowledge of lexical collocation. Another one was an IELTS speaking test, to collect the participants ‘use of lexical collocation and understanding their speaking fluency. Data analysis for correlations between the subjects’ knowledge of lexical collocations and their speaking proficiency showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between students ‘knowledge of lexical collocation and their speaking proficiency in IELTS success. Current study concluded that knowledge of lexical collocation play a significant role in develop speaking proficiency particularly in IELTS exam.
