Every year on December 1 the whole world celebrates World HIV/AIDS Day. This date reminds us that this disease still remains and is the basis of many cases of death. Based on this provision, the new Framework Law No. 14/004 of February 11, 2014 on national education on the organization and functioning of education in its article 9 in point 11 insists on the fight against endemic and epidemic diseases including HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.

Education through educational institutions is at the center of the evolution of societies because it contributes to the development process of a country. It has been the subject of many international consultations, including the World Conference on Education for All (EFA) in Thailand in 1990 and the World Education Forum in Dakar in 2000, etc. This effectively explains why education is one of the indicators of human development.

Green synthesis of nanoparticles using plant source has been given much important. In the present study, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized using the aqueous extract of Quisqualis indica. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by UV-visible spectroscope, FT-IR and TEM analysis. The particle size of the synthesized AgNPs was 40 nm as confirmed by TEM. The qualitative assessment of reducing potential of the leaf extract of Quisqualis indica indicated the presence of reducing agents. Synthesized AgNPs exhibited significant antimicrobial activity against human bacterial pathogens like Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia, and pseudomonas aeruginosa. 

This paper focuses on anti-reflective coatings on monocrystalline silicon solar cells and the impact of thickness and refractive index on reflectivity. The reference wavelength of silicon is 700nm, with its optimum refractive index (n = 3.7838) and a surface reflectivity of 33%. The calculations were based on values of layer thickness and refractive indices that meet the chosen phase and amplitude conditions, namely (HfO2), (MgF2); (SiOxNy), (SiOx), (Si3N4) and (SiNx:H). Numerical simulations have shown that low reflectivities at the surface of the single-layer coated planar cell can be obtained (3% with Si3N4) and (2% with HfO2). Multilayers such as MgF2/SiNx:H/Si, give a very low reflectivity of around 1%.

E-commerce has become one of the most commodious methods of shopping because of the technological revolution. Research shows internet shopping is much preferred by people rather than the traditional mode of shopping. Millions of user-generated comments are posted daily on the web, and analysis of these opinions could be more directive towards the customers and manufacturers. That makes the Sentiment analysis of online reviews one of the most sought-after research topic. This paper portrays our experimental work on domain-specific feature-based sentiment analysis of product review. In this paper, we worked with some fixed predefined core features of a product for presenting the customer’s acceptance of the principal attributes of a product so that the manufacturer can improve the quality of the basic features. We have proposed a feature-oriented sentiment prediction scheme. That analyses the generated expressions from the textual reviews of a product for predicting sentiment and assigns scores for our predefined features to present a net sentiment profile of a product of all parameters. With 92% accuracy, our sentiment detection scheme is proved to be an effective way to highlight the core attributes that seem to be really beneficial to the customer and manufacturer.
