The Effects of Performance Evaluation P/E Ratios and Tobin's Q: Evidence from the Tehran Stock Exchange
The main purpose of investors from investing in the stock of companies is “wealth increase” which this is achieved through "stock return". Stock return is one of the most important factors in choosing the best investment. Therefore, each investor in their best choice, in order to be able to achieve stock with more efficiently and less risk, need information about that stock. This study investigated the correlation coefficient P / E as a measure of performance evaluation index companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange in the automotive and construction segments Tobin Q is the current version. The study Listed Companies the Tehran Stock Exchange There are parts in the automotive industry. The population size was 33 companies Among the 24 companies in deletion (Census sampling) have been selected. Hypotheses have been proposed, using multiple linear regression method and Pearson correlation test were the results of the three hypotheses indicate that the ratio P / E and versions of conventional Q Tobin (Qs, Q-LR and CP-Q) in the automotive industry during 2001 to 2004 there was no correlation of construction components.

The Relationship between Financial Development and Economic Development
In this paper, we investigate the relationship between financial development and economic growth in the emerging economies. We explore the effects of financial liberalization and the impact of financial development on economic growth in the emerging economies. Financial liberalization creates market-based incentives that promote economic growth, (Davies, 2010).This paper reviews, appraises, and critiques theoretical and empirical research on the connections between the operation of the financial system and economic growth. It describes the role of financial system development in economic growth at the macro level, both theoretically and empirically. It also describes briefly the relationship of corporate finance and firm performance. According to these discussions, the nature of casualty between the two was established. On the other hand, there is a very common view that financial development is significant and provides to economic growth popularly known as supply lending activity. Equally, there is an order following the belief which states that economic growth stimulates the progress of the financial sector. In addition, researchers state that a pointer association exists between financial development and economic growth. Due to the argument surrounding the link between the two, a group of researchers has subjected the financial growth link to experimental proof. However, despite their efforts, a gap remains in the literature. These results from the fact that very few studies have given attention to the stage development theory, developed by Patrick in nineteen sixty six, where the direction of casualty between the two variables changes over the course of development. The scarcity of experimental studies on Patrick’s theory may be due to limitation of information. It finally concludes the review and presents some policy implications in view of the reviewed literature. Furthermore, theory and evidence imply that better developed financial systems ease external financing constraints facing firms, which illuminates one mechanism through which financial development influences economic growth. The paper highlights many areas needing additional research.

The Quality of Light-Openings in the Iranian Brick Domes (with the Structural Approach)
Paying attention to light is considered as one of the most prominent features of Iranian traditional architecture, which influenced most of its structural and conceptual patterns. The construction of light-openings in the buildings such as masjids, bazaars, madrasas, and caravanserais, as the Iranian outstanding monuments, proves the point. The Iranian master-mimars’ strategies to create the light-openings in the domes has been taken into consideration through this study. To this end, the light-openings’ exact location, according to the domes’ structural properties have been taken into analysis. Next, based on the foursome classification of the domes, the research theoretical framework has been determined, and through applying the case-study and the combined research methods, the case-studies have been studied meticulously. According to the achieved results, the light-openings of the Iranian brick domes have been located at four distinguished areas, including: 1- the dome’s top, 2- the dome’s curve, 3- the dome’s shekargah and 4- the dome’s drum. Moreover, because of the structural limitations of each type of dome, the constructional techniques have played the pivotal role at locating the light-openings in the domes.

Application of One of Multi Attribute Decision Making Models for Site Selection of Damp for the Purpose of Sustainable Development Case Study: (BAKHTIARI Basine)
In recent decades, duo to increase in population, demand for reliable water supplies has increased. The situation is critical in places where groundwater is the only accessible water resource and the discharge rate of water is more than the rate of recharge. In such areas, artificial recharge of groundwater is an important management strategy. In establishing an artificial recharge scheme, site Selection is the prime prerequisite and its success depends on the collection and analysis of a great deal of geographic data. The use of ELECTRE in site selection projects allows the decision-makers to incorporate unquantifiable information into decision model. In new researches of site selection multiple criteria decision- makers methods have been considered. In this paper, site selection of artificial groundwater recharges using an integrated method of ELECTRE has been carried out by raster layers in GIS. The result and findings of Research show that in ELECTRE method, zones (3,4) dominated (5) times and defeated (1) time, so it is located in the first rank with (4) points and is the most suitable zone for establish damp. In contrast, zone (1) defeated (6) time and dominated no time, therefore it is located in the last rank with (-6) points and is not the most suitable zone for artificial recharge. And, zones (5, 6, 7, 2,) dominated (4, 2, 1, 1) times and defeated (2, 4, 5, 5,) and located in other ranks with (2, -2, -4, -4) points respectively. Also, zones (7, 6, 2, 1) should be omitted because their defeated times are more than dominated times.

Scaled Quantum Chemical Studies on the Vibrational Spectra of 2,5-Dichloroaniline
In this work, the experimental and theoretical study on vibrational spectra of 2,5-Dichloroaniline (25DCA) were studied. The molecular structure, fundamental vibrational frequencies and intensity of the vibrational bands are interpreted with the aid of structure optimizations and normal coordinate force field calculations based on density functional theory (DFT) using B3LYP method with 6-311+G** basis set combination. Complete vibrational assignment and analysis of the fundamental modes of the compound were carried out using the observed FT-IR and FT Raman data. Simulated FTIR and FT Raman spectra for 25DCA showed good agreement with the observed spectra. Mulliken analysis of atomic charges is also calculated. The calculated HOMO–LUMO energies shows that charge transfer occur within the molecule. The dipole moment (?) and First-order hyperpolarizability (?0) of the molecule have been reported. Electronic excitation energies, oscillator strength and nature of the respective excited states were calculated by the closed-shell singlet calculation method for the molecule.
