An outlook about evolution modeling of small world brain functional network simulating memory connection mechanism
In order to understand the character of the brain functional network, we propose a new evolution model to simulate the mechanism of the brain network. With the reference of the memory mechanism, the network was set up by the compression path algorithm and displayed good effect of its characteristic on degree distribution, average path length and clustering coefficient, especially on community.

International funding agencies and marginalized sections: reflections on India
Reliable NGOs are an extended arm to any Governments. The purpose of this paper is to give an overview of the quantum of foreign aid contributed to Indian development and the role played by International non-Governmental development aid agencies and Bi-lateral and Multi-lateral agencies in this area. The paper also explains the role played by Indian non-Governmental organizations in the poverty alleviation programmed among marginal sections of the Indian society. The paper then examines some of the drawbacks in their aid programmed with special reference to Dalit cause and makes some recommendations to address these drawbacks. However some of the conclusions we have drawn in the paper is based on interaction with many groups and years of experience. Therefore please treat this as a first attempt of a beginning of a wider debate in the months to come.

A review of the use of indigenous communication systems in development work: the case of drama, theatre and puppet shows
Communication is a very essential element for the reins of development. Indigenous communication systems have increased relevance in terms of their localized application in developing countries. The study aimed at unearthing the use of indigenous communication systems in development work with special focus on drama, theatre and puppet shows. Contrary to popular opinions that indigenous communication systems have lost their relevance, the study found that it is very effective for family life education, dissemination of information, sex education, extremely sensitive issues, increasing self-efficacy, development of pronunciation and interpretation skills, oral language proficiency, self-help communication projects. Notwithstanding the influx of modern communication systems, the study recommends a renewal of culture whereby Africans will do things according to their culture.

The investigation and comparison of the level of Isfahan university female and male graduates unemployment with that of their emotional/mental health in 2009
The main objective of the present study was to investigate the relationship between Isfahan University male and female graduates’ unemployment with their emotional/mental health. The population of the study includes all the BA graduates from Isfahan University of whom 100 have been randomly selected. Of the sample population twenty five female and twenty five male graduates who had enrolled in the Department of Labor and Social Affairs in Isfahan and twenty five working male graduates and twenty five female ones were randomly selected that comprised the other fifty individuals of the sample. The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) specifically touching upon the mental and emotional traits and characteristics of people was used to collect the data and the findings of the research having been analyzed indicated that there is a significant difference between the emotional/mental health level of the employed graduates and that of the unemployed ones and between the emotional/mental health levels of female and male ones.

The role of social work in controlling and reducing the social costs from the phenomenon of street children in Isfahan
The compound term ‘Street children’ refers to a group of children with special age groups who are passing through their adolescence having identity crisis and strongly feeling need for support and help. These children are de facto those who walk on the shoulders of the streets to earn some money for their families. Their contact with their families varies from a daily visit to a few times a year; however, they feel a sense of belonging to them [families]. In the present study, the researcher has tried to investigate the motives/reasons that account for the coming-into-existence and development of the street children who take up jobs that never conform to the norms of the society and he has also strived to scrutinize the different aspects of young age employment.

Study of social and economical consequences of unemployment in province Illam in year 2006
The aim of this study is to Study of social and economical consequences of unemployment in province Illam in year 2006.In this study, research method used is causal or after coming one. Statistical society in this study is all unemployed persons from Illam in year 2006.that are 8844according to statistics of census. Statistical sample in this study is containing of 450unemploymentployed ones from Illam in year 2006 who are randomly selected and are given questionnaire. Device used in this study is questionnaire. There are 4 assumptions in research that are analyzed by using statistical method of correlation. Findings show that unemployment cause to increase marriage age and finally delay marriage. There is a meaningful relation between unemployment and family conflicts. There is a meaningful relation between unemployment and social deviations and damages. But there is meaningful relation between unemployment and family conflicts. There is meaningful relation between unemployment and migration.

Stud of effect of selected program swimming on improving performance employees in Mobarakeh steel complex
The aim of this study is to investigate Study of effect of selected program swimming on improving performance employees in Mobarakeh steel complex. Among 62000 intermediate category employees, 30 persons were randomly selected and divided into two groups, experimental group and control. in the first stage of study , one questionnaire was made with 30 questions that measured factors of improving practical performance and relations , creativity and enforcing practical contribution and self confidence and distributed between these experimental and control group and then they were completed , after that experimental group participated regularly in practical programs of swimming for 8 weeks with sessions and every session 1 hour and 15 min and after finishing practical period , they were examined by a test data were analyzed and following results obtained. The result shows that level of improving practical performance in experimental group in last test has meaningful effect than control group. (p<0.01). It is shown that selected practices of swimming have meaningful effect on practical performance and relations, creativity and enforcing practical contribution and self confidence. (p<0.01). This study shows generally meaningful effect on performance Mobarakeh steel employees and it is necessary that spread programs are presented for all productive industries employees and finally cause to increase products both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Managers human skill assessment in girls primary schools from Teachers perspective in Esfahan city in 2010
Educational management-which its brief definition is to advance and make learning easier in Education-is more related to human skill and in human skill the function of leadership and learning is to influence people and change their behavior. An education manager should focus his main attention to know the behavior and performance of human beings specially those people that he has lasting administrative communication with them. Educational managers by having awareness and cognition of behavioral sciences and come into conjunction with their peers, especially those who have a problem should have an effective and efficiently behavior with them improbable from emotional and interactive understanding like anger. Paying attention to the importance of human skill in succeeding managers, researcher decided to search on" Managers' Human Skill Assessment in Girls' Primary Schools from Teachers' Perspective in Esfahan City in 2010" and framed his research questions in relation to the objectives. Population for this research is all teachers and managers working in academic year 2010 in girls' primary schools in Esfahan City. Sample includes 40 teachers teaching in these schools by random sampling. This is a survey research and based on opinion poll. The tool for data collection was a questionnaire that researcher developed himself and includes 30 questions with five dimensions based on research hypotheses. In a pilot study obtained validity was 0/94. Findings of this research were analyzed by using ANOVA t test with df=39 and significant of level 0/05. And all hypotheses were verified in a significant of level. it means based on the opinion of all teachers, managers had necessary flexibility in their managerial performance. They had positive attitude to others and themselves. They had hearing ear and good relation with students' parents. Also they were able to use all employees' ability, capacity and specialty to solve school problem.
